If you are looking for a home away from home in Hanoi, this is it! The minute we entered this home, our fatigue from having spent a few days in the busy old quarter vanished and we felt instantly at ease. Huong, the owner, is ever smiling and eager the help. Her happy face and positive demeanour made our stay so much warm! They also offer free laundry and cleaning services for long term guests. 100 points to the location as there are many options to eat and chill in the same lane. We stayed here for four days and wish we could extend it. Will surely love to stay here again if we find ourselves in Hanoi.

Séjour parfait ! Le logement était impeccable, confortable et idéalement situé pour découvrir Hanoï. Le personnel a été d’une gentillesse et d’une réactivité incroyables, toujours prêt à aider. Un vrai plus : le service de lavage de vêtements, rapide et efficace. Nous recommandons à 100 % et reviendrons avec plaisir !

L’appartement est très confortable , avec le jacuzzi en bonus après de longues journées à se promener dans la ville ! L’emplacement est pour nous idéale , car il est à distance de l’agitation de la vielle ville , mais tout en restant assez proche pour s’y promener! L’hôte est super accueillante!! Nous y avons passée un super séjour !!!

Lovely accommodation in French Quarter. Would definitely stay again!

This was a great stay for our family. The home was incredibly spacious and comfortable, and the host went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed. Close to everything we needed.

The place was easy to find and the hosts were very accommodating. I love how there's a coffee shop downstairs. My only concern was that the bed was too hard, almost felt like I was sleeping on the floor including the pillows. The air-conditioning wasn't working properly but it was resolved in a few hours. Nonetheless, it was a good stay.

It was our first time visiting Hanoi, Vietnam, and I was unsure of what to expect of the accommodation. To our surprise, the listing was completely what had been showed on Airbnb and the hosts were very hospitable and welcoming. A plus was having a cute postable coffee shop on the first floor of the building that offered a variety of drinks and pastries that tasted amazing as well. As a family, we loved the stay because of the services and cleanliness of the place. Lastly, many restaurants, stores, and activities were a walkable distance, but if you wanted to visit the old quarters, it would be better to book a Grab(much cheaper than taxis and Grab in other countries).

호안끼엠, 서호까지는 다소 떨어져 있지만 숙소가 매우 깨끗하고 친절해 좋았습니다. 기회가 된다면 또 방문하고 싶습니다.

A great place where each apartment is able to be secured, we rented all 4 apartments and bonus of having the pool on the rooftop. Amazing to have local Markets around the corner and plenty of restaurants. Shame our flight was delayed 6 hours so did not get to spend much time there.

The house was clean and we enjoyed our stay, I wish we would have had more time to visit.
