Really nice and cozy place, great host!!

Everything about my stay here was perfect! Phuong was incredibly helpful, friendly, supportive and easy to reach. She did so much more for me than one could reasonably expect, she even sent an item that I had forgotten at the place to Hanoi for me and helped me arrange everything about the delivery. The apartment is exactly what you see on the pictures. Everything looks very well kept and clean. I enjoyed the comfortable bed, the great view from the balcony and especially the bathtub and shower! If you have spent a while in other places in Vietnam, you learn to appreciate a shower with good water pressure and temperature! Phuong made sure to come every few days to clean the apartment, which is very valuable for long-term stays like mine. I can fully recommend everything about the place, and with this host you will never have any trouble! She is a gem :)

Lovely accommodation with great views. The area is still new and there are lots of construction around the building however this was not an issue and we had a great stay.

Amazing place

Everything was perfect! They picked us up at the bus stop, helped us with our laundry, had recommendations on what do, etc.. Super attentive and present when we needed help. The house itself is spacious and well equipped, it had everything you need to feel at home immediately! WiFi is good to work, and about 15 min walk to the center. Thanks so much for the stay, we totally recommend staying with them 😄

Ha was very nice and helpful throughout the process. Had some issues with smoke smell from the first room but was able to get into a fresh smelling room straight away. Ha was nice to help with arranging a shuttle van to Hanoi. Thanks again.

Minh was an excellent host. Often replying within 2 minutes from any question or message. Minh also organised taxis and a cruise for us on Ha Long Bay too which were excellent. That place is great!

⭐ Sandy is an amazing host! ⭐ The apartment is in a Five Star Hotel Apartments with a view of Halong Bay, It’s incredibly beautiful, peaceful and spotless clean 🧼✨. The kitchen is fully equipped with all amenities for cooking and 🍳, laundry 🧺. Everything was just perfect – I truly felt at home 🏡💖. The place was nice and cozy, we fit two couples in there comfortably. Everything was super clean and felt like a really nice hotel. There are plenty of places to eat near by and the pool is a must see. The view from the room was amazing and the stay was definitely worth the price in Ha Long. The air con was immaculate and all other amenities useful. We would stay here again.

10/10 stay, if i could give a higher rating i would!! Such a lovely apartment. Everything was perfect. Amazing attention to detail throughout the apartment. The host was so lovely, provided everything I needed and more. I would definitely recommend staying here if you would like a fabulous place to relax and enjoy some amazing views of the bay!

Kat's place was good. great location. Kat as a Host was so responsible and friendly always response my messages on time. She gave good institutions for check in.
