Raphaël and Hélène were very friendly and responsive, everything went super smoothly with check-in/out. The accomodation is located in a very pretty and calm neighbourhood, right next to a beautiful patch of forest, perfect for small walks. The view from the little apartment is equally calming and green. The accomodation itself is very clean and neat. All in all, a perfect retreat from the everyday rush, still with the option to walk into Louvain-la-Neuve easily.

I stayed 10 nights and would gladly stay here again! The apartment itself is well-equipped, very well maintained and clean, situated in a peaceful, quiet environment and in close proximity to a big forest/park. I'm a big fan of self-made meals and was absolutely delighted by how far the kitchen goes when it comes to cooking in a limited space. The host is absolutely lovely, speaks three languages perfectly and responds clearly, friendly and swiftly. All in all: highly recommended and great value for a fair price!

We are a family with 2 boys and stayed at "La Chênaie Moderne” for a month in August 2024. We had a fantastic time! The accommodation is a spacious and clean space and reflects totally the description provided. It is in excellent condition: fully equipped kitchen, washing machine and dryer, good wifi, free parking, numeric lock for the entrance door. We loved the enormous plants in the living room! Very welcoming! Towels and bed linen were provided. The host Frédéric is very kind, responsive, and supportive. The location is ideal for a quiet stay, Uccle is lovely neighborhood, and it is about 10ish-min drive to the commercial areas at Avenue de Waterloo and Saint-Job. You can visit easily the most enchanting woods in the city Bois de la Cambre. You can reach Brussels in 20 min by car and 40 min by public transport. Two bus lines (37 and 43) stop just right around the corner. We are very happy and grateful, and we could not have had better accommodation! Highly recommended!

Het huis van Hilde was geweldig. Veel ruimte, modern en alles wat je nodig hebt is aanwezig. Het huis is gelegen op een rustige locatie met meerdere winkels in de buurt voor de boodschappen. Prima uitgangspunt voor een bezoek aan bijvoorbeeld Lille, Roubaix, Gent en voor wandelingen in de Vlaamse Ardennen. We komen graag nog een keer terug.

Wij hebben een heerlijk verblijf gehad. Het huis was zeer ruim, schoon en sfeervol. Erg geschikt om tot rust te komen en quality time te hebben met het gezin. Bij aankomst stond er een lekker biertje klaar uit de regio en er was voldoende info over wat er is te doen in de omgeving.

Accueil chaleureux, gîte magnifique avec toutes les commodites souhaitées, endroit calme en pleine nature , ressourcement garanti.

Wij hebben een geweldig verblijf gehad na de kerst. De ruimte is zoals omschreven, en bij de open haard is het heerlijk. Veel te doen in het huis, met pooltafel, spelletjes en genoeg speelgoed voor jonge kinderen. De tuin is groot en heerlijk om door de bladeren te rennen voor een kind en hond. Er was zelfs een kerstboom. Tevens is er genoeg privé ruimte voor 6 volwassenen doordat alles slim is ingedeeld. Ons enige minpunt is dat er in December zeer weinig open / te doen is in de omgeving. Maar wij hebben ons ondanks dat een week vermaakt in het huis! Ook fijn en snel contact met de hosts. Wij zouden het zeker aanbevelen.
