車ですぐのところにコンビニやスーパーがあるなど、立地がよく、景色も良かったです。ホストさんもすごく丁寧に対応してくださり、安心感がありました。 室内にはユーカリの草や様々なゲームがあるなど、快適な空間で、過ごしやすかったです。 仲間とスノボ旅行で参加したのですが、大変楽しく過ごせました。

家族４人（0歳、2歳）での利用でした。 民泊を初めて利用しましたが、施設は掃除がしっかりされており、キレイでした。調理器具、食器関係も最低限揃っていますので自炊も自宅に比べれば多少の不便はありますが、充分満足です。調味料だけは期限があるので、その時によって置いている物は違いますので、最低限これだけは！って物は持って行くと良いと思います。洗濯についてもハンガー等は充実していますので、洗濯も問題ありません。小さい子どもを連れて行く場合は子ども用のハンガーやピンチがあると便利です。また、管理人の方は本業が有りつつも、電話で即対応してくれるので大変有り難かったです。強いて難点を上げるなら、布団が薄いので腰が痛いのと、珍しくＶＨＳのデッキしかないところです。 今回は移住先の選定が目的でしたのでゴミ出しのルール、気候等大変参考になりました。またスーパーが近いので、大変便利な場所でした。また利用したいと思います！

Our group of nine thoroughly enjoyed the recent stay at this chalet. The accommodations were perfect for our needs and provided a comfortable and relaxing environment. Every detail seemed carefully considered, making our trip truly memorable. We appreciated the chalet's amenities and the beautiful surroundings. We would wholeheartedly recommend this chalet to other large groups seeking a wonderful vacation experience.

Six friends from Australia, were fortunate to stay at Rumi and Roberto wonderful B & B in the mountain slopes of Bessho onsen in the district of Ueda. 4 days of exploring the area, recommended eateries, onsons, galleries gave us an insight into a unique Japanese lifestyle. Friendly people made us feel welcome and we soon overcame the language differences by a mixture of hand signs and attempts at basic Japanese. The hospitality of Rumi and her recommended places to eat was outstanding. This has been a great start to journey in Japan. It has set the tone for the coming weeks. Thank you Rumi and Roberto.

Fantastic place in Echoland. Has everything you need. Clean and big rooms. Kitchen was functional. Beds are comfortable. They were easy to communicate with and were super helpful in moving our bags to our next place so we could go skiing on a huge powder day! Wish we could have stayed longer.

If I could rate Eiro's place with 10 stars I would do so with no hesitation. The apartment is spacious, very comfortable for a family stay. Everything was super clean and there were instructions for everything, which made us feel comfortable. The location is great. Just along the canal, we had a great view of Cherry Blossom from our window. The apartment is full of light. Walking distance to some great restaurants and the train station. It was great when we depart to Tokyo by train. Eiryo is always around, happy to answer any questions. Highly Recommended

Easy and convenient! Great location and easy walk to the main street of Echoland. Huge corridor/hallway perfect for all of our luggage so it didn’t clutter the rooms. Comfortable beds and really good showers. Thanks for hosting us David, it was a great stay!

The host is friendly and helpful. The house is cosy, clean and well equipped. Checkin and checkout is very easy. Recommend for couple and groups 3-4 people.

Very central location, we loved it!

L'appartement était propre et fonctionnel, à deux pas de l'arrêt d'autobus. Pour notre part, nous avons plutôt marché dans le quartier qui était charmant, mais plus calme, un peu éloigné du centre. C'est ce que nous recherchions. Glendy a été très proactive et a répondu rapidement à nos questions. Nous avons même pu la rencontrer et discuter avec elle, ce que nous avons vraiment apprécié. Nous recommandons l'appartement de Glendy.

My husband and I felt right at home and very well rested staying at Lalala. There was Aeon mall, restaurants, cafes and the Matsumoto Castle was within walking distance. The accomodation also came with bike rental which is great because the town was very bikeable (we even rode the bike to the local art museum) and even had umbrellas or rainy days which it did rain for one day during our stay. The host was also very helpful and responded immediately when I told her that I'd left my iPad in the accomodation. Will definitely stay here again.

Wow! One of the best staying. The house is very clean and well built. Morino is very proactive and helpful. The house has everything. Washing machine is good for drying clothes well.

I could not recommend Villa Monochrome enough! Yasue was so helpful the whole time of our stay, she picked us up and dropped us off at the bus terminal for arrival and departure and even drove us to get groceries. She was helpful during our stay and really made us feel at home. The accommodation was beautiful and well equipped and the location is fantastic for snowsports at Happo One. Will definitely be staying again! Special mention for the Kotatsu (heated) table. That was such a lovely treat after a day on the mountain. 10/10 for Villa Monochrome.
