We had a great stay at the Sugar House! The house was cozy and beautiful. Kim thought of every detail from breakfast to making sure we were settled and comfortable. We lucked out with spring weather and took advantage of the BATS trails and Glastenview Maple Farm! Thanks so much!!

This house was delightful to stay in. We were here a week in February, and despite the cold outside, had such a lovely time hanging out in the living room with the fire going, the kitchen with the tea brewing, the cozy reading book upstairs with the great light. Franca was friendly and responsive, and went out of her way to make sure we were comfortable, which we greatly appreciated. And the neighborhood was historic and lovely, with a wonderful cafe called Arthur’s a stones throw away. Highly recommend!

We had such a great stay! Henry was responsive and communicated everything I needed to know. The place was very clean and great place to spend time with friends and family.

We loved the unique characteristics. It was fun to explore, Erin even included a scavenger hunt with a prize. We were looking for a peaceful weekend escape and there was everything we needed to stay in and still have plenty to do and all that we needed for food prep. We would definitely stay here again.

We were a group of 6 couples who spent a weekend at Kathleen's house. Everything was top-rate; 6 comfy bedrooms, a great open living area for talking and hanging out; a beautiful and well-equipped kitchen for group meals, and with a dining table large enough to accommodate all of us; a lovely neighborhood for walks, and a very short drive into downtown Saratoga Springs for walking, shopping and restaurants. Kathleen was immediately responsive to any questions we had, and communications in all other respects were great. I can't think of a single negative to say, and would return in a heartbeat (and hope to do so next year).

The house was nice, right on the lake and plenty of room for everyone. Beautiful sunrises over the mountains/lake. We liked the private master bedroom and bath. Communication with Jay and Stephanie was very easy and straight forward. They supplied plenty of info and suggestions. We had a fantastic stay. Thank you for sharing your house with us!

This was the ideal rental for what I needed. I was traveling solo to visit my son at college. I was out and about more than I was inside, so it was the perfect place to crash at the end of the day. Close to down town and close to the college :). I would definitely consider renting from Kerri again.

Our family had a wonderful time at Larissa’s farm. Our three kids loved working on the farm - learning, contributing, and being outside - and Larissa is just such a kind person who was super patient with the kids. The apartment was great, everything you need for a short stay, and was just what we were looking for, clean and well-kept. Larissa provides a ton of info about stores and restaurants and activities nearby, and we just had such a fantastic and relaxing time. Highly recommend!

I enjoy my stay and my cats were comfortable as well.

We were in the area for an event, unfortunately didn't get to spend a lot of time there, but the time we spent was excellent. Our space was exactly like the pictures, so cute, comfortable and perfect for our needs. Our only concern was ice leading to the entryway, which they had salted but it still was a little slippery. But it is also winter! I look forward to returning when we can spend more time!

lots of fun. totally brought me back to my younger days when I used to play Pinball. love the decorations and the mirrors on the wall, and appreciated having a video game machine and some consoles there to play also. we even used the Roku TV deciding to our accounts to watch a little of shows we needed to catch up on. I used to have a man cave, and I only wished it could be as cool as this. highly recommend

The place was wonderful. Very charming and homey, spotless with all the amenities and conveniences you could need. The information included in Joe’s binder gave great recommendations for meals and attractions within easy driving distance. We had never traveled to that area before and found the local scenery beautiful. Thanks for a lovely experience!

This was the perfect little home base for a weekend in Saratoga Springs! Even in the ice and snow, it’s a lovely walk through the park to city center, and the kitchen had everything we needed to pull off the moveable feast we brought to fuel a weekend of dancing. I especially enjoyed having coffee by the fireplace! Thank you Monica, the space was just the home away from home I wanted ❤️

No words to describe. Very neat, nice hospitality they even provided 2 days food items to cook in their kitchen. We enjoyed staying at their house. Will definitely be there in future.
