The Grampians National Park is in the area making this an affordable base for day trips. Modern shower was great. Kitchen is small but staff were available to provide items from the Great Western Hotel Motel over the road.

We had the most amazing weekend. The house is spacious and has everything you need. The surrounding area is beautiful which made for beautiful views. Thank you

Robert is a wonderful host, not only was he able to provide us with lots of local knowledge of the area but he also made us feel right at home. Apart from being able to tell us of many local things to do he went above and beyond to ensure we enjoyed our stay, even providing a delicious home cooked meal for us. There is a very good pub about 100m up the road with great food and friendly locals. Bobs' house is very clean and comfortable set in the quaint village of Landsborough this is the perfect location to relax and wind down from the busy city life. Bob and his partner (and his lovely dog Molly), are special hosts making you feel comfortable and homely immediately. Highly recommended if you want an invigorating getaway in the country.

We really enjoyed our stay at Melissa’s place. We felt at home and had everything we needed. The place was clean and cosy and the location was beautiful. Definitely recommend staying here!

A lovely light-filled property located in a beautiful, tranquil setting. The living area and covered deck make the most of the amazing views of the southern Grampians.

A great place to stay with our large family. It was quiet and close to all places of interest. Wildlife was awesome.

What an amazing place to stay!! Wildlife all around us, kangaroos emus right behind the place! Cockatoos landing on the back fence! star gazing at night was super!! Easy to get to the Park for hiking and close to town for great stores!! 5*

The tiny house was very clean and well maintained, the seating outside made it pleasant to relax with a cuppa and enjoy the birdlife. views to the Grampians from various spots were pretty and it's clear the owners put money back into the park to do added improvements. Great stop over spot.

Magnificent little stay on our way back to Melbourne from Adelaide. Hosts were amazing, friendly and very accommodating. Was great to meet Dale and Katey! Tiny house was clean and comfortable. The rec room was brilliant for my little fella and the communal kitchen was pristine. The backdrop of the Grampians added to the magic. A great experience and would recommend it for a short or extended stay.

During our holiday stay at this fantastic place with my mother, we had a minor issue with the heater. However, Katey and Dale quickly addressed and resolved the problem. Their attentive and efficient service enhanced our experience at this delightful location even more. I’ll highly recommend it and definitely come back.

I stayed here as a half way break between Adelaide and Melbourne. The homes are great, big enough with good amenities and everything else you need, the spot is close enough to Ararat to get supplies and the surroundings really help you relax and disconnect. Will be staying again on the next trip. Excellent communication from the staff also.

It maybe tiny but our stay was very comfortable. You’ll have everything you need inside the tiny house. The provided towels and beddings were fresh and crisp. Amenities in the campsite were sufficient and clean. Would love to come back in warmer weather!!

A great place to stay for work or play in Ararat with your fur kids, if needed. I had troubles with the keypad getting inside, but the host offered to change the batteries. Not sure if it was me the user or the actual keypad. Well equipped house with everything you need to cook, comfy bed and great shower. Will return definitely 💯

We had such a great time staying at Jenny and Ian’s. The kids enjoyed the upstairs area and we all loved watching the emus and kangaroos from the balcony. The house is very clean and comfortable. It is in a great location! We will definitely be back! Thank you so much!

We stayed at Bus 1 and we were a little worried whether it will be too tight or not. But it had everything we needed, two small fridges to fit all our foods, enough fresh linen and towels for a family of 4. It was a different experience for us. There is a kitchen right outside our bus which has most of the appliances. There are no stoves but we have seen people bringing their electric stove or portable stove. There is laundry room as well but we didn’t need to use it. All in all, they have everything you need and if you have any questions, just reach out. The front desk was very helpful. We were struggling to open the door and they helped us straight away. I would definitely recommend this to my friends and family.

Thank you for such a lovely stay ! We all Slept really well and it was such a peaceful environment — woke up to birds. Loved the water view and lights at night around the camp ground. The cabin was clean and cosy and well heated. Definately will stay again if back in Stawell for a visit. Ro 🙏
