Lovely spacious property with a beautiful pool/ spa area. The house had everything we needed and more. We loved our stay here with family and made lots of memories. We loved the little touches in the property like the Christmas lights, wreath on the outdoor table and some essentials in the kitchen. Thanks so much for having us, we loved our time here and would Definitely recommend to other families wanting be close to Mandurah but have lots of privacy.

Our stay at Kate’s place was amazing! The photos doesn’t do any justice to the actual place itself. It so spacious, comfortable, super well-equipped and convenient too! We were 7 adults including elderlies and 5 kids, everyone’s needs were met. Don’t hesitate to book this gorgeous place!!

We loved oyr stay and experiance. The property was accuratly respresented , with great spaces and clear instructions posted around the property. Loved our staybit was peaceful with spectacular views.

We had a wonderful stay at this property! The location is fantastic, with beautiful sea views and a cool breeze even in early March without needing AC. The nearby IGA made grocery shopping very convenient. The house itself is beautifully decorated in a resort style, featuring two large bedrooms and three smaller ones, making it spacious and perfect for big families or group trips. Our kids loved the variety of toys available, and the large lawn was great for outdoor fun. We also enjoyed BBQ nights in the backyard. The host was very responsive and easy to communicate with, even kindly allowing us a late check out. Overall, our experience was excellent, and we highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a comfortable and enjoyable stay!

The Beach House in Port Kennedy was an amazing place to spend Christmas with the family. So tranquil & peaceful with an amazing sunsets over Warnbro Sound. The beach is almost directly accessible from the rear gate of the property with a pool & spa on the property if the beach is not your thing. Most of the rooms have AC or ceiling fans & were super clean. The living / dining rooms, balcony & kitchen were huge with plenty of space for everyone. Amy was super diligent, friendly & provided plenty of information & help when required 💗

My family thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Mandurah family resort. It was clean and comfortable with great facilities. The kids loved the pool and trampolines. It is a short walk to a beautiful beach and about 15min walk to dolphin quay where there was plenty of restaurants. Lovely holiday vibes. We would stay again and have recommended to our friends.

My partner, our 2 year old daughter and I booked here for a family holiday away and had a wonderful stay, the place was amazing, affordable and had everything we needed! There was so much to do here at the resort from swimming, tennis, bbqs or even a park for the little ones and only a short walk to the beach or 5 min drive to town. The hosts were wonderful and very friendly and welcoming. Definitely recommend this Airbnb! Thank you again for having us!!

The kids were in heaven here. And the host is fantastic - good hosts have everything prepared, but great hosts can handle there being a problem brilliantly. Michelle is a really great host. We have been raving to all our family and friends about the place and the people. And my son had an amazing birthday staying here. Cannot recommend highly enough.

was a great place for our little family break away. Close to everything and lots to keep the kids entertained. the only negative would be the skylight in the top bedroom, which meant it was very bright, very early. But it certainly wouldn't stop us from staying there again!

We had an overall great stay at this property. The apartment was clean and well-maintained, with a tidy kitchen, a comfortable lounge room, and a lovely balcony area overlooking the pool—perfect for relaxing. However, there were a couple of minor issue. The bathroom had some hair on the shower curtain, which was a bit off-putting. The biggest concern was the bedding on the 2nd floor. It was extremely squeaky and unstable, making it difficult to get a good night’s sleep. Overall was a perfect stay.

Lovely little unit, in a neat complex. Exactly as described, and perfect for a couple days away with a young family.
