This was our second stay at this pristine clean, fully resourced, perfectly located, practical layout and most awesome view apartment. Upon stepping through the front door you are immediately transported to feeling like you are on holiday. We will definitely be back again. Many thanks to Gaynor and Ray for their warm and welcoming hospitality.

The location of the apartment meant it was easy to walk to restaurants, bars, beach and all other amenities. The dolphins regularly coming up the canal in front of the apartment was spectacular, also the regular visits from the black swans, ducks, cormorants etc made our stay something special. We would have no hesitation in returning if we come back to Australia.

Kim is an excellent host. His excellent communication and follow up has made our stay a breeze and enjoyable. Thank you Kim!

Place was well catered. All the necessities were there and Liz had fresh bread, eggs milk and coffee for us. Location was perfect.

Geraint booked this for me ( his wife) it was a fab place to stay, a large top floor self contained apartment, immaculately clean with beautiful views, I sat watching the dolphins and sunsets! David was a very friendly host, always stopped for a chat and made me feel very comfortable. He met me and showed me around, told me I could use the kayaks and tennis court etc, I felt very much at home here and more importantly being on my own very safe, it’s a lovely neighbourhood, with a great walk along the waters edge into Mandurah. This is definitely an airbnb I would recommend and if in the area will book again! Thanks for a great stay.

This unit was absolutely stunning and the view was just gorgeous aswell. We had a lovely stay at Mandurah. We felt right at home from the moment we walked in as the unit was not only decorated to perfection, but all the comforts that we are used to at home, were all thought of also. The location was in a perfect spot, close to many restaurants and just a walk up the path to some dolphin spotting. Thankyou for having us, we didn't want to leave!

Beautiful apartment a stones throw from the beach, spotlessly clean and had everything you could possibly need, Marcella was a wonderful host who responded very quickly to any issues we had, would highly recommend and will definitely be returning on our next visit.

Great place for a family weekend. Great kitchen with a family table for socialising. The kids enjoyed the kayaks and a beautiful outlook from the spa.

House is beautiful, spacious and clean with great selection of cooking/serving utensils and plenty of crockery/cutlery for large groups. Host is easy to communicate with and very understanding. We stayed as a family of 11 which included two elderly grandparents so all the rooms with ensuites was very handy. We had a wonderful time, thank you very much Cathy! Just a suggestion if there could be lights on the jetty that would be excellent so can fish bit longer as its so lovely and peaceful.

Stunning views and excellent recommendations made our stay even more special. The house was warm, cosy, and felt just like home, with the most breathtaking scenery. Watching and listening to the ocean was the perfect way to begin and end each day. Thank you for having us!

An absolutely lovely place to stay for our annual whole-family trip! The pool table, table tennis and beach gear were a big hit with the kids, the house was roomy and beautifully set up for us. 10/10 no notes!

Beautiful home, well equipped and very clean. Great communication and great recommendations. Unfortunately we lost a little peace and quiet due to the neighbour's lawn mowing and nearby building construction. However it didn't stop us from having fun at this gorgeous property. Thank you so much for having us and being so thoughtful with all your amenities.

We had a very enjoyable stay with extended family, lots of space and areas to come together and have alone time. Wonderful setting and fishing off the jetty was a highlight.

We didn’t want to leave! Paradise down yunder blew us away from the minute we walked in the door! The property is absolutely amazing and the renovations inside the property are stunning. The outside deck area was so good and we spent so much time outside eating, drinking coffees in the morning and taking in the ambiance. We instantly felt comfortable and at ease inside the home. The beds and linen are so comfortable! The days were warm but nights were cool so the reverse cycles were so convenient to use! Our 10 year old is fishing mad and spent sun up to sundown fishing and crabbing off the jetty and using the kayaks supplied to drop a line of pots in. The property had literally everything we could need! Come our check out day, we were disappointed to leave. We can’t wait to come back and book again for longer! Thankyou again Rick!

Our stay was for an international lawn bowls tournament at Mandurah Bowling and Recreation Club. We had an awesome stay! Close to the venue, $8 uber, 4 minute drive. Also extremely close to Mandurah Foreshore and all surrounding amenities. restaurants. bars, etc. CJ stocked the house extremely well with beverages, coffee machine (with 2 different brands :) ), food, breakfast items, etc. That was absolutely amazing!!!! We experienced one issue with unruly neighbours having an internal domestic issue on the 2nd day but nothing after that. We accidentally broke a glass, and my silly husband accidentally packed up the curtain ties upon leaving, and CJ was very understanding about these issues which we were very appreciative of. Overall, a wonderful 6 day trip and will hopefully be back again shortly. Thank you so much for being so accommodating! Loved it!!!! Highly recommend!!!! Rochelle and Dave xxx

Great apartment in a great location! Perfect for a family of three or four, opposite the beach & close or Mandurah so lots to do. Kylie is an amazing host & the apartment has all the amenities you’d expect with good sized bedrooms, kitchen & living with the front courtyard amazing to watch the sunset. Can’t recommend highly enough!

Very stunning place in a beautiful location. The host was very accommodating and quick to respond. Instructions on how to check in were very clear. Would stay here again and highly recommend

Location location location This little trip was all about our Mum and spending quality time with her. Mum loves nothing more than the ocean and loved the view from the apartment. Mum also has mobility problems and this apartment was ideal. We could easily wheel her out to enjoy a walk, watch the sunset and eat at one of the many restaurants. Would love to do it all again!!
