We have just returned from an amazing stay at the House at Ryde Sands. The views from the lounge and master bedroom are STUNNING! The house was very clean and tidy and well equipped. I honestly don’t think we could have found anywhere better to stay. Thank you Beth & Scott xx

James was good at communicating, and left clear instructions for everything. He also met us on arrival. The bungalow was as per the description and photos (please note that bed 3-twin room has drawer clothes storage but no hanging space). It's clean, light and airy. The bungalow was in a quiet location and yet close to amenities and a short walk to the beach. We had 3 cars between us and were easily able to fit them on the driveway. We would happily return!" I can't think of anything else that any potential guest would need to know above the information on Airbnb and reviews already left.

It was a lovely place, a very good wide space for everyone to enjoy the evenings in. Lovely location for our needs with a very responsive host to answer all questions we had. Will 100% recommend.

We had a wonderful stay for the Easter bank holiday. Being within walking distance for the beach to walk the dog and swim was lovely. The grounds and walled garden are also great. We felt welcomed.

Enjoyed a very pleasant weekend in Cowes near to where our son lives, so perfect location for us, and anyone who wants to be within walking distance of the sea, town and Northwood House where there are many activities on during the year. There is also a bowling green and tennis courts. The cottage is well equipped, spotlessly clean and nicely fitted out. Good instruction manual for the cottage and local info. The only slight negative would be the staircase, which is steep with only one usable handrail, but we were fine with this as we're mobile, but could be a problem for the less able bodied. Overall we would recommend this cottage to anyone and would definitely stay again, so thank you Patrick and Carrie.

We had a great stay at Daniela's place, great location for the beach and both Shanklin and Sandown. Daniela was very responsive with the queries we had and the house was great, the garden is a sun trap. Would recommend it.

Anna's flat was perfect for our family reunion. Everything we needed was there. Parking was easy and we had a very relaxing stay.

We truly enjoyed our stay. We loved the area due to wonderful scenery, cliffs, walkable distance to the Needles and breathtaking views. Likewise we loved the flat where we could see the sea and the horizon line straight from the terrace although you need to watch out for your food as seagulls would not miss the opportunity! We also loved local food and drinks (made in the Isle of Wight) which you can find in the local shop close to the flat.

We had a wonderful stay at The Tides it lived up to everything it was portrayed to be. Melanie and Deborah were extremely helpful and everything was left in immaculate condition and extremely clean and tidy. Wow we've just come back from a great little trip in Portsmouth with our two small children. The flat is spacious and well thought out with everything you could need for a stay. The bedrooms are a great size and perfect for us as a small family visiting friends. the location is really central so we could walk to most places including the seafront, numerous restaurants and places for coffee and lunch. Parking was also a bonus! We'll be coming back in the summer! Thanks so much!!

It’s a nice apartment that is 2 mins walk from Sandown Pier. Mark and Veronica are nice friendly hosts and are very responsive. Parking on the street might get tricky during busy times but then you get access to a parking space in a nearby hotel (which I didn’t use so no comment on that). Thanks

Fantastic flat in the heart of Lymington, car space very close and easy to find - walking distance to everything. Cosy and stylish, very comfortable, clean and well equipped. Plenty of towels and fresh water by the beds - a lovely touch. We will stay again and would highly recommend for a relaxing and comfortable weekend in Lymington.

Auf der Reise durch Südengland mit meiner Großmutter und meiner Schwester hatten wir das Glück, dieses Goldstück zu finden. Die Unterkunft hat schon beim Öffnen der Tür einen behaglichen Eindruck gemacht und die hausgemachten Brownies zur Begrüßung waren sehr lecker. Nachdem wir uns die Wohnung angeschaut hatten, waren wir uns einig, dass wir am liebsten länger als unsere zwei gebuchten Nächte hier verbringen wollen würden - leider hatten wir natürlich keine Chance, der Kalender war noch uns bereits wieder ausgebucht. Der große Wohn-, Ess- und Küchenbereich lädt dazu ein, sich dort gerne aufzuhalten. Die Sofas sind bequem, der Esstisch war schön groß und die Küche ist voll ausgestattet.Auch die beiden Schlafzimmer mit den dazugehörigen Badezimmern sind sehr schön, haben viel Platz und ließen für uns keine Wünsche offen. Meine Großmutter hat die Möglichkeit genutzt zu baden und war begeistert. Und wir Enkeltöchter waren auch begeistert - von dem starken Strahl der Dusche! Vielen Dank!

We loved our stay at Jackie’s place. It was spotlessly clean and very spacious and comfortable. The bed was comfortable with good quality bedding too. Within walking distance of Hamble Quay and lots of great restaurants and pubs. We will definitely return! Thanks again for a lovely stay!

Wow! Where to even start! This was my first time using air BnB and Ted has made it an amazing experience. Ted was super helpful from start to finish. I struggled with the booking system, no worries for Ted! He asked me to request the dates again and we booked straightaway. He was quick to reply and came across friendly and professional. When we arrived at the property, thanks to the guide we had received from Ted, getting into the property was a breeze and the location was easy to follow. Thanks for the annotations and pictures! Now onto the main event, the property. The flat was exactly as described and pictured and wow, that view off of the balcony overlooking the docks really is something else! The flat was very clean and tidy, had basic amnesties available as well as tea, coffee, milk portions in the fridge etc. The bedrooms were well stocked with towels and plenty of hangers as well as soap etc. The stay/flat was really wonderful and Ted even more so. Such a relaxing stay at Toads Pad. Felt right at home as soon as we arrived. Super comfy bed and warm little cottage. We enjoyed visiting the Motor cycle museum for some lunch. Wish we had stayed longer to explore more!

Perfect location to explore the New Forest. Convenient location for Lynhurst amenities. Really enjoyed our stay.

this house is in a great location, directly opposite to the pier with a co-op round the corner. the kitchen is well equipped, bathroom with good water pressure and the garden gets full sun all afternoon and evening. we didn't have problems with parking but also we didnt really move the car once we parked it as its close to everything and we didnt feel we needed to go anywhere else.

This is such a lovely apartment, in an amazing location. It was clean and welcoming with easy parking. The large beds were so comfy and there was so much space for us and the dog. The little touches really make the difference like fresh flowers in the vases, and the welcome hamper for the dog were so appreciated. I wish we could have stayed longer, it was exactly what we needed and I really hope we will be back soon!

Fijne en comfortabele accommodatie. Alles wat je nodig hebt is aanwezig, inclusief keukenspullen, wasmachine en droger. Lekker dichtbij het strand en prima uitvalsbasis om het eiland te verkennen. Wij verbleven met ons gezin (3 jongens van 5, 8 en 9 jaar oud) en hadden met deze accommodatie een fijne tijd op het prachtige eiland!

What an amazing place to stay. The apartment was ultra clean and cosy with everything you could possibly need provided. This was our first Airbnb stay and I think that this has set the bar really high!
