Julie is an outstanding host! This house is perfect for any getaway. It was clean, spacious, well equipped, comfortable, and STUNNING outdoor area with a gorgeous pool. This is 3 FULL baths and 1/2 bath!! Two kitchens! Two family rooms! You had space! It made you want to relax! The kitchen was well stocked with any utensil or appliance you would need. It was private. You could really escape and get away. Woodbury and the surrounding towns were jampacked with things to do. There were many places to choose from to eat. Such a variety from steak, seafood, pizza, and American fare pubs and other specialty restaurants. Lots of variety/antique shops, flea market, wine/liquor stores, convenience stores. Just a short drive into Southbury you find more shops, antiques, restaurants, bigger, grocery store, etc. We also drove to a few other neighboring towns. All under 45 minutes. Friendly people! We had a wonderful time! Price is fabulous, house/outdoor area is A+ value! Thank you Julie!!

Really loved this airbnb! Would stay again! I love the lay out gives everyone a ton of space and was super clean. Easy 15 minute drive to most places we visited in New Haven. The only things that weren’t an issue for us but to keep in mind was the one bathroom for large groups, that can be challenging. Also, the ceilings are on the lower end for anyone over 6ft, my boyfriend had to watch his head at the doorways. Under 6 you are all good though. Lastly, one of the bedrooms has a bedroom behind it. This was not an issue at all for his but just to note. We did love that the entrance way has doors that you can close, so we actually used that as a sleeping space to have everyone more separated. We were a group of 7 and had a ton of room. All bedrooms are a pretty good size as well.

Ritestay was a great place. We didn’t spend much time there because we were there to see our daughter. Would be perfect in the summer!!

We stayed at Ryan's place while visiting family in the area over the holiday weekend. The place was comfortable and clean and the bonus of being able to bring our pups was the best part. The dog park down the road was amazing and the locals were very friendly. The location was great, very convenient to shops, grocery store, gas etc. Overall we had a great time. Thanks again, Ryan!

Laurie is a wonderful and generous host. Though we did not take advantage of it, she let us know that early check-in was possible on our arrival date. When we did arrive, we were greeted with a lovely care package of treats, including excellent treats for our dog. Really nice touches, and much appreciated. The space is clean and spacious, free of clutter, with a nice kitchen. We are especially grateful for pet-friendly hosts, and Laurie's place was truly excellent. Even non-pet people should find the space very suitable. There are no signs that other dogs had stayed there, the space, furniture and linens are all very clean. Great host, great place!

Cozy, clean, beach gettaway. 2 Min walk to the beach. Fresh ocean air. Beautiful big back-deck and comfortable beds. Excellent, responsive hosts. Very good deal! Would stay here again.

Second stay at this place. Love the location as it is convenient to my family, walking, and eating out. We actually used the kitchen to cook this time. Nice layout, reasonably well equipped. Not a fan of Keurig so really appreciated the pour-over holder and filters.

Great stay! Loved the location- close to restaurants and The Peabody Museum. Loved walking around "Science Hill" of Yale. Plenty of room inside the airbnb. Great price. Will stay here again when we come to town!

This is where you want to stay when you come to Middletown. It allows you to walk everywhere—bookstore, toy store, coffee shops, restaurants, and Wesleyan! The beds were incredibly comfortable and everything was just so clean and tidy. We always check to see if their properties are available when we have a visit scheduled.

We enjoyed our stay at Samantha and Robert’s place. Convenient location, close to downtown and the beach. The place is spacious and cozy. Samantha and Robert provided us with everything we needed.

Sue’s place was wonderful. My boyfriend and I enjoyed our stay.

A stone’s throw from Wesleyan’s campus, we stayed at Mark’s place for my son to visit the University. The house was just as described, clean, comfortable, and cozy. I had a great place to relax, read my book, and drink coffee while my son did his tour. :)

Oomi was very helpful and the house was peaceful as well as walkable. I nice place to stay.

Camila was a great host, very responsive and always helpful. The apartment was clean, tidy and cosy and made us feel at home very quickly. Location was good, walkable distance to New Haven Green and its surroundings. All in all, we enjoyed our stay very much and would recommend Camila’s place to anyone planing to spend some time in New Haven.

The apartment was perfect! Well kept, very clean, quiet. Elizabeth is a pro - always responded quickly and her instructions were easy to follow. Made my three days a perfect stay!

Muna is an awesome host. She is super responsive and always gives us good advise. We had a long stay and the place is very warm, clean, and very comfortable. The apartment is located in a safe and quiet community. There are Italian and Thai restaurants nearby in which you can have good food and enjoy the cocktails. You can cook by yourself as well. You will have everything you need inside the apartment. Katelin is the best host I have ever met. The instruction is clear. She is very responsible , friendly and helpful. She once drove for an hour to come to help us when we were not able to reset the circuit. She also helped us to mail the package which is delayed on delivery to us. We have a great time in the apartment

I had a great experience staying at Anna’s place. Easy, safe parking. Check-in instructions were clear. The space was relaxing and quiet. The unit had everything I needed and more. I would definitely stay at Anna’s place again.
