A lovely tranquil place to visit. Easy check in and everything as expected. Katrina was quick to respond to our queries and extremely helpful. Perfect place for our needs.

We really enjoyed our stay. Located at a peaceful area. Baby friendly. There are plates for babies, a highchair and a cot. Loved the low sofa in the living room. Comfortable for adults but also made it a safe and comfortable space for our little ones to play. There was a swimming pool perfect for kids, and a spa. We couldn't use them unfortunately as the weather turned colder during our stay.

Our big family had a great stay at Nathan’s place over the Easter weekend. There was lots to do including a hot tub, pool, dartboard, tennis court and games. Best yet, it is also home to lots of sheep and some chickens! During our stay we were able to enter the chicken coop and pick fresh eggs in the morning! Very lovely home and 100% would go back again.

had a lovely quick stay here to break up the long road trip we were on. Kids loved the pool and the location is an easy drive to everywhere in Hamilton. Beds were super comfy! recommended!

Andrew’s house is really nice, well presented and immaculate. A great location close to the river, a fabulous cafe in the same street, and not too far from Hamilton Central. And excellent value for money.

We loved staying in this place. It was so clean but also homely and easy to settle into! The kitchen is well equipped and the beds are so comfy. We would love to stay again if back in the area.

Sarna’s place was cozy, comfortable and felt like home. It was a peaceful retreat for our family in the evenings. It was lovely to be tucked away from the street as well.

Sarna was wonderful about accommodating an earlier check in which really helped. It was a good location giving easy access Hamilton Gardens and for our drive to Hobbiton. We were glad for nice weather so we could hang out laundry on the lines outside otherwise getting things dry would have been challenging. The bedrooms would benefit from blackout curtains given streetlights just outside. Overall, served our purpose.

We cannot say enough positive things about Brendan and his place. It’s pristine peaceful spacious. Beautiful family neighborhood. Easy access to sights, groceries, highways. Brendan was quick to respond to questions, super flexible and the directions for checking out were clear and simple. It’s THE perfect place to experience Hamilton and access other fun parts of the North Island!

Sarah’s place is very modern clean and comfortable. Great communication and friendly flexibility. Very easy access with key code pad. Beds are very comfortable. Master up and two others downstairs which works well. Apartment Is well equipped. Max two car parking. Be aware driveway is hard to spot when you first arrive and is on a fast bend otherwise good location.

It was really worth full stay in this house. This house met all of our requirements and comforting us very well....this is a pretty good new house and the interior of this house and deck space is the most attractive specs of this house... This house has small outdoor kids play area, which is also one of the best thing. I got a very good opinion about this stay from my friends...I hope we have also treated this home very well...thank you shelly

Franks was extremely communicative amd have me all the infomation required. I wasnt available during the stay however he was exceptional in providing support and the house was excellent. Franks house and stay is one of the best we have experienced.

Lisa's place was just what we needed for our stay in Hamilton. Townhouse is modern and has all amenities one could want. Perfect location to take on all of the nearby sites and convenient for day trips. We really liked the setup of the place and would definitely stay again. Thanks Lisa!

Graeme was amazing and helped us out greatly as we needed somewhere to stay very last minute. He was very flexible and allowed us to stay an extra couple nights. The house was amazing and we felt right home. Extremely grateful for Graeme and his home.

Beautiful 4 bedroom home in Hamilton right by the Waitomo River. Lovely setting. A little hard to find (traveling at night as well) as the home is tucked at the end of steep little road that comes off a cul-de-sac (unit #1). Easy to get in. Great communication with Janice. House met our expectations--lovely, roomy and clean. Warm upstairs in evenings--fans help cool it off. Home set in quiet neighborhood. Washer and Dryer worked well. Nice deck to spend time in good weather looking out over the river. Good value for what we got. Thanks, Janice!

Beautiful home with a great courtyard and yard. Was spacious and easy way to get around. Had kids toys which my daughter loved playing with. Would highly recommend.
