Central location, nice and tidy, easy to deal with

Superb stay. Stunning cottage and absolutely immaculate. Wayne and Kim were so helpful to accommodate us (including our 19 year old daughter who decided to join us at the last minute)! We feel lucky to have found this stay and extremely grateful. Location is fantastic - right beside the lake and an easy walk into town centre.

Have stayed here many times now. Glori is a wonderful host, always proactive and very kind. The bed is so comfy and the place is peaceful private and quiet.

Super super clean - lovely kitchen with everything you need - lovely soft beds and special little treat of some wine and chocolates Perfect for our needs and Chris and Kathryn were always super quick when we asked a question !

We had a great stay at this property. The place was very neat, clean, and modern, exactly as described. The neighborhood felt very safe, and we appreciated how close it was to local amenities and everything we needed was just a short walk or drive away. The host was incredibly responsive and helpful, always quick to answer any questions we had. The only thing to note is that there was no air conditioning in the bedrooms, which might be something to consider if you’re visiting during a particularly hot time of year. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend this place to others. If we are visiting again we are going to come back this place.

This apartment was very clean and well presented. Instructions from the host were clear and easy to follow. A good place to stay for a short stopover.

Great to stay again at Matt's place. Lovely and welcoming, cozy and comfortable, beautiful decor, comfy beds, everything you need. This was our second stay in 2 years and we loved it. We will certainly stay again.

Great house to stay in especially if you are a couple of families staying together as there are 2 rooms on each side of the house separated 2 lounges and a lovely big kitchen and dining area. Lots of outdoor space too which is fully fenced. We thoroughly enjoyed staying here and would happily stay again. Thanks so much :)

Sarna’s place was cozy, comfortable and felt like home. It was a peaceful retreat for our family in the evenings. It was lovely to be tucked away from the street as well.

Had a lovely stay, the house is clean and as described. The location is quiet and we felt safe. It was so beautiful to be able to sit outside on the deck with the view of the river. Comfortable beds. Had everything we wanted for our stay except champagne glasses but we managed to survive. Just enough contact from the host. Would recommend

Easy to work with the landlady as we were a very late notice booking, and very accommodating for extension if required. Highly recommended.

Beautiful 4 bedroom home in Hamilton right by the Waitomo River. Lovely setting. A little hard to find (traveling at night as well) as the home is tucked at the end of steep little road that comes off a cul-de-sac (unit #1). Easy to get in. Great communication with Janice. House met our expectations--lovely, roomy and clean. Warm upstairs in evenings--fans help cool it off. Home set in quiet neighborhood. Washer and Dryer worked well. Nice deck to spend time in good weather looking out over the river. Good value for what we got. Thanks, Janice!

We had a comfortable 4 nights at Steve’s place. Enjoyed the lake views and garden, kitchen was well equipped and ease of access to the lake.

We loved our stay at Megan's place. Very homely & so nice to be in the countryside. Great outdoor space to chill & have dinner - a wonderful relaxing spot . Megan was warm & friendly - we will return !

Homely place. we enjoyed the space esp the separate living room. Carla always responded quickly to our queries/needs. Downside is lack of kitchen sink but this was expected as it's clearly communicated in the description.

Wonderful stay here. Big kitchen and lovely outlook. Was a good place to finish up our holidays. Heaps of restaurants and bars near by, it’s a good walk but you’ll need it after eating at Rice Rice Baby. A perfect location to visit Hobbiton and local sites. Thanks for having us.
