We had an amazing stay at this beautiful mountain home! The house was absolutely perfect for our large group, with plenty of space and all the amenities we needed for a comfortable and relaxing stay. The accommodations were top-notch, and everyone had a great time. The hosts were incredibly kind and welcoming, making sure we had everything we needed. The location was stunning, and we loved the peaceful mountain setting. Highly recommend this home for anyone looking for a getaway with friends or family!

We had a fantastic stay at Ashley’s place. We had all that we needed. The bed was actually comfortable which is not always the case. The home was beautiful and cozy.

One of the best stays that we have had due to the comfortable feels of the house. The amenities were taken care of, the neighborhood felt safe, close proximity to "things," and the detail spent in maintaining this awesome house are second to none. Shower was clean and the water was hot with good pressure, beds were comfortable, bedroom carpet was inviting, wood floor was well taken care of, family got to enjoy movie night in the basement on the last night we were there. An easy 5 stars.

I had no trouble finding the house. In fact, I recognized it from a distance from the photo on the listing. I loved the nostalgic decor, recognizing so many things from my grandparents' homes and my own home growing up in the 1960s. My two dogs and I spent a quiet evening and a comfortable night recovering from a long day on the road. Damon and Lisa were responsive and friendly and I was well rested as I continued my drive the next morning.

Very cute house is a very cute neighborhood. Double beds upstairs are firmer and more suited towards kids than an adult. The queen bed upstairs is very soft and comfy. The master downstairs is very nice. We appreciated the kids play area as we had two littles with us, but be sure to pack some batteries as some of the toys needed new batteries. The backyard is a wonderful space as well. We came for the aquarium and to show our relatives Chattanooga and would stay again.

I had a wonderful stay with Kevin and Kendie. They were very responsive, friendly, and accommodating. I had a great stay and would 100% recommend Simply Sunny and hope to be able to visit again soon!

We LOVED this little place. We were on a girls trip, just 2 of us and it was perfect! It was very clean, comfortable and just as pictured and described in the Airbnb site. When we first pulled up to it we did question our surroundings. It was 1:00 am and an unfamiliar area to us. Some of the homes on that street were less well kept and we questioned our choice. HOWEVER, we had zero issues, never felt unsafe for any reason. In fact we needed up loving everything about where we stayed! Thank you to our host for such a wonderful experience.

We had a wonderful stay at Michael and Hilde’s place! The location was peaceful and beautiful, offering a perfect getaway. We needed to check in late, and they provided incredibly detailed instructions with pictures, which we really appreciated. We also brought our dog, who had a great time socializing with their friendly and adorable pups. Michael and Hilde were warm, welcoming, and very accommodating. Despite some bad weather over the weekend, they thoughtfully reached out to offer suggestions in case we needed shelter for the night. We would love to return and enjoy the close proximity to the water next time!

The room was cozy and looked to be newly renovated! The bed and pillows were very comfortable. It was a perfect stay for my husband and myself for a few nights!

We had a lovely stay here! It was a beautiful apartment and very conveniently located. Everything was spotless and the bed was extremely comfortable. As others have mentioned, it is next to a busy road so it was pretty loud at night but the provided earplugs helped a lot! Overall, we would highly recommend for a cozy stay.

It was a joy to stay at Jesse’s place. Very relaxing and peaceful. Beautiful view. This is one of the corner units so you get a view of the water from the living room and the bedroom. Would love to stay again. Thanks for having us.

Of my many numerous Airbnb stays, this one with Bonnie rates among my highest. Bonnie was an absolute delight as a host and a person. She thoughtfully anticipated our needs and was highly accommodating for check in and check out. The living space exuded a magical and welcoming vibe. It was conveniently located to downtown Chattanooga via a short drive. Thank you for an amazing and rejuvenating getaway!

We are return guests and love it each time. Place is clean and quiet, internet is fast, and we felt right at home. Neighborhood is peaceful and a short drive from the interstate. Will definitely be coming back!

We were only staying for a weekend and we checked in on Friday evening. We were able to enjoy a firepit by the river and make S'mores. We were a large group of nine, and accommodations were great! Plenty of room!. The teenagers enjoyed the foosball table. Saturday it rained hard all day and evening so we explored Chattanooga . We didn't get to really use the river since it rained (and there were tornado watchs and warnings all evening) but we still had a great time!

Fantastic space and Michael was a great, responsive host. Highly recommend for anyone on a fishing trip or just who want to enjoy the river!

Wow! What an amazing stay. Pictures cannot do the view justice. Great location - close to everything we wanted to do and see. No fault of the host, Travis, but lots of what seemed to be carpenter bees on porch. We weren’t able to sit out in the rocking chairs, but the rocks were a perfect spot to sit to take in the view. Bed was comfortable and all amenities we needed were available. Overall, we loved our stay!

If you are looking for a serene getaway, look no further! The design is excellent. All the windows are facing a quiet forested land, giving you full privacy and a lovely view. The kitchen has everything you need if you want to cook a full meal. We loved the place so much that we ended up staying in a lot more than we normally would. We slept very well too (the bed is great!), and the shower is a dream. This small house is a real gem!

Jason’s place was perfect for us! Short drive from the venue and was very accommodating to our needs.

We loved how relaxing and peaceful the farmhouse was—and especially enjoyed the goats and puppy dog! We were close to Chattanooga and exciting activities, but also able to play outside/board games and relax at the house. The best of both worlds!

The property and views were stunning! Very clean and easy to get to as well. A great place to unplug and relax!

Host was very responsive. View was beautiful off the back porch. Enjoyed the hot tub overlooking night lights in the distance. Very clean. Well appointed, we had everything we needed including small coffee bar and starter supplies of everything (except a dishwasher, which I just missed was not there). Of note, it is about 20+ minutes down the mountain to grocery, etc, so plan accordingly. Overall a nice stay to visit our UTC student.
