What a special home! On a secluded cove of a pretty lake with lots of amenities and nice touches like s'more ingredients ready for a campfire. We took the kayaks out for a spin and enjoyed a soak in the charming outdoor tubs. Very cozy set-up for family movie night, and we loved reading on the back porch and in the hammock. We went on a beautiful nearby hike, too. Highly recommend!

Erin’s place was cozy! It was also very clean. It was definitely pet friendly with a big yard for the dogs. The town is very small town chic but not really small. I wouldn’t say Erin’s place is walkable to the downtown area. Also, not being from the mountains driving around can be intimidating/parking at local places. Ubering around was easy! I would stay here again if we’re back in town and I would recommend you staying as well!

This was our second stay at Lakewood Cottage. The lake house is beautifully decorated and had everything we needed for our stay. We spent our mornings drinking coffee on the dock and enjoying the beautiful lake view. It was the perfect, relaxing weekend that we needed. Allison and Chad are great hosts and we’re so glad they share their beautiful lake house.

We went here for our anniversary celebration; it was everything we wanted & more. perfectly peaceful place in a beautiful location. The house was soo private though it's attached and connected to the host house. The hosts ensure that we are left secluded and give almost privacy. They even decorated super nicely with swan towels with rose petals. it created such welcoming & celebration vibes. We are soo grateful for all the arrangements that they did proactively & the hot tub was awesome, properly cleaned and prepared well in advance. We got all restaurant suggestion everytime we asked them on top of list that they already provided. host even suggested right place for souvenirs. totally satisfactory experience. everything is clearly described in the description so you won't have any questions if you thoroughly went through those. Thanks again for hosting us..

We very much enjoyed our stay! The condo was as advertised. Very clean and so very peaceful. The close proximity to Chattanooga was ideal. We hope to return in warmer months to enjoy some more of the area.

A beautiful little spot on the outskirts of town! Signal Mountain is a beautiful and peaceful little town! Exactly what we needed to get away from the hustle and bustle of every day life. Staying here was perfect because it was close to everything that we found to do without all of the heavy traffic.

Comfy, cozy, beautiful location! Kelly's place was perfect for us. It was clean, the beds and other furniture were comfortable and the kitchen was well stocked with good pots, pans and baking pans too. The deck overlooking the Tennesee River was our favorite spot. We enjoyed watching boats, barges and birds. We saw eagles, turkeys, blue birds and vultures and also many cardinals, sparrows and woodpeckers too. The views were amazing whether inside our outside. Kelly was responsive and informative and we never had any issues. Thanks to Kelly for a good vacation!

A great place. As advertised and very nice and clean. The renters were very responsive and great to communicate with. We would rent this place again.
