Great place to stay in downtown Manistee, with close proximity to all that the city has to offer. I would highly recommend it and would certainly stay here again.

Lovely place RIGHT on the lake. My husband and I went for a date weekend of ice fishing and relaxation. Yes-it was a perfect spot to walk out and fish despite the quantities of snow! Restaurants all right there in walking distance- hours are different than what is on menus or online so be aware. Very clean and cozy place that was spacious and warm. We will definitely keep it on our list for the future!

We loved the idea of converting an old motel into a more comfortable and spacious place right across from the beach. The bed was comfortable, "living" room space with table, microwave and fridge were just what we needed, and folks we met were very friendly. We'd stay here again!

Great stay for our girls trip. The place was very neat and clean and presented just as described. There were many thoughtful “little essentials” that made our stay comfortable. The kitchenette had an electric skittle if you wanted to do some light cooking. There were 4 of us for a three night stay and there were plenty of towels/linens. The place is situated right in town so it is close to many restaurants and TC events. The host was quick to respond when we had a question. I would highly recommend this property.

Our second time staying here. Very clean and neat. Super close to the horse park and the beach. Host is always responsive within a few minutes. Will definitely stay again.

We were in town for a family wedding and this was a perfect location. Could walk to town and other stores were close by. Place was better than expected.

The house was as described. Beautiful fenced in back yard for dogs to run around. Beautiful view of sunrise over tge water. Nice private beach with dock. Very open layout. We were there with 5 adults and three dogs. When we come back to Traverse City this would be the place I'd stat.

We enjoyed our weekend at Segrid's home. The beach was so nice and close for walks and the sound of the waves on our fall retreat was an added, peaceful, bonus!

Very happy with our stay. Excellent kitchen. Clean. Nice view of water. The place is on the smaller side but my party of five (2 parents & 3 kids under 8) was quite comfortable. 3-5 minute walk to the water (it is across the street but the beach is huge). 2 minute drive to downtown. We enjoyed our stay quite a bit.

What a great place! We went at the end of March which is off season and is questionable weather for Michigan, though nothing was questionable in our stay. The house is very comfortable and welcoming and has had wonderful renovations. Location is perfect, and you can see Lake MIchigan, the beach, pier and lighthouse from the house. The amenities are ideal with a nicely stocked kitchen, and plenty of sitting areas to accommodate all our guest while still having private and quiet sleeping areas. A fantastic place to gather Family and/or Friends. Thank you

Beth and Keegan were great hosts! Very responsive, friendly, accommodating, and even let our ESA come along. They assisted us with early check in and late check out times! Hot tub was amazing, beautiful location. We were so pleased with our stay and are planning to return in the summer! Amazing venue.

We were looking for a place that was close to everything in Ludington and this was the perfect spot. The check-in and checkout was super easy. The host updated us on things pertaining to the property ahead of time, including scheduled maintenance. And the house is very clean and comfortable. We try to make going to Ludington an annual thing and we would definitely stay here again.

From the word GO Michelle(Mike🥰) was the best hostess. She and her husband both treated us like family and were very gracious to our needs. Superb people to rent from and the accommodations!! In my grandson’s words …. We are making this a tradition ❤️

Great communications. Very convenient location for us, proximity to hiking trails and the offer of the attached heated garage in snowy TC was much appreciated.

This may be one of my new favorite Air BNB spots! It is very comfortable and close to a lot of spots in Traverse City. The beach view was also very nice to look at. Kara is a great host and provided us with clear check in and check out instructions. Will definitely be visiting again!

Lisa’s place was perfect for a weekend getaway. My wife and I would definitely rebook this place for a future visit. The skybridge to the brewery and other shops was a nice touch and allowed us to get to the Main Street in town with ease.

We went to Traverse for a family vacation, and this location is great if you want to avoid downtown traffic and have quick access to the water and peninsula. Everything is modern and spacious, yet cozy. It seems like the condos are designed for Airbnbs, as most people staying in the building were coming and going with suitcases. It was quiet and felt like a safe place. Lots of natural light with huge windows but also can feel occasionally like a fishbowl as the view faces the parking lot and borders parking lots with two other motel/hotels, but was not a bother (and the curtains are great). We enjoyed the games, books, and electric fireplace the most. Super cozy bed and couch too! Thanks Andrew! 😊

Spring was great and very helpful and responsive. Area was great. Was hoping for snow, but warmed up when we got there. Very close to downtown and very close to area attractions.

Had a great stay at the condo for a few days! Great location. Quiet area but a quick drive to shops and the beach

What a great place to stay! Everything was clearly labeled, which made our stay even that much better. Extra blankets for chilly evenings, a heated mattress pad with dual controls.. for when the hubby wanted it at 10 and I wanted it off, lol. We cooked some of our meals, and with the great kitchen that was so easy! We put the parking pass in our vehicle and it never moved all weekend…we walked everywhere, and there are some great food spots close by! My husband has stayed in many Airbnbs for work and he said this was by far the cleanest he has stayed in. We only wish we had warm enough weather to enjoy the great patio! The washer and dryer, which was really nice, was handy for making sure we left without dirty clothes, and that we kept the towels up. We are already looking at when we can stay here again.
