Clean, Comfy, Cozy, and Close to everything!!! Came to Amherst to see our daughter play lacrosse at UMass. We had a great stay we had everything we needed!!Beds and furniture super comfy and cozy!! Well stocked kitchen. Easy check in. Cathy provided great instructions and was very responsive. Thoughtful touches made our stay even better. Would definitely book again! Thanks for a great stay!

Andrew was a fantastic host! Totally responsive to all my questions and very helpful. The place EXCEEDED expectations - just charming, totally clean, every possible kitchen accoutrement, generous supply of bath supplies (way beyond anything I've ever seen!), comfy beds, warm covers. Any family would have a MARVELOUS vacation here. Definitely among the top 3 or 5 AirBnBs I have ever stayed at (in 10 years!)! HIGHLY recommended. You'll be happy here.

This was the perfect place to stay for our visit to West Springfield. It had everything we needed and Vasily was super helpful with any questions and provided super clear instructions. 10/10 do recommend.

She was an above and beyond host! In the time leading up to our trip, she was attentive in sending information concerning our stay. She was puntual in releasing our check-in info, making it incredibly easy to settle in. She has you covered on ALL amenities - tissues, kitchen supplies, face masks, toothpaste, games, you name it. The rooms had TV with Netflix and other streaming, making our nights in peaceful. Her kitchen served useful in the mornings we stayed in and made breakfast. Jessica was sweet enough to leave fruit, snacks, and sweet treats (which we certainly loved). Check out was SO simple, just having to shoot her a text once we left the place. If you need a cozy home for a little while, Jessica can certainly grant you that!!

Lovely apartment, wonderful location, and surrounded by plenty of shops and stores. We only stayed for a few nights but could have easily stayed much longer and had no issues with any part of the apartment. We will definitely stay here again next time we are in the area. If you’re reading reviews to confirm, then consider the confirmation you needed!

We had a fabulous stay and would happily return. The house is brand new, looks great and performs beautifully. After a long day out, it was so nice to have a cozy place to come home to. Compared to the alternatives of a highway motel, a chain hotel or an Airbnb closer to town, this place easily takes the win. Highly recommended.

This was our 2nd time staying at Janis place. We will definitely be staying here again on our next visit! Beautiful, Janis responds quickly, feels right at home, quiet, & the bed was super comfortable!

We were in town visiting my son who goes to school in Boston. The views were gorgeous and the area is great for long walks. The space was exactly as described with all the amenities. Would love to come back when it’s warmer and enjoy the lake.

Lovely house at on a private cul-de-sac. Lots of room for 3 adult couples in town for a family wedding. Well appointed kitchen. Each couple had a separate bathroom, handy when getting ready for the wedding. Enjoyed hanging out in the comfortable common spaces. Sharing take out in the formal dining room one night was a treat. Beautiful back yard with patio and open porch surrounded by trees.

Judy was a great host and offered us a great stay. She was very responsive and aided us in a wonderful trip. I would definitely recommend.

Our work crew said that they found Bob's place full of old-world charm while also providing all the modern necessities. If you're looking for a hip TikTok hang, this may not be the place for you, but if what you want is a clean, comfortable home for relaxing or remote work, Bob's place is highly recommended. It was a welcome respite from long workdays. Bob was easy to work with and the photos are an accurate presentation of the space. Bob even made sure the drive and walk areas were snow and ice free during their stay. Thanks Bob!

Debra's home was Incredible. We had a wonderful stay. It was very clean and tidy. Debra was very responsive with requests and information. The beds were super comfortable and the house itself was within walking distance to so many great restaurants, bars and attractions. We Would definitely recommend staying In this beautiful house. Perfect house for traveling with a toddler and family! Beautiful backyard with views of Mt. Tom and lots of books and toys for our kiddo.
