Perfect location for walking downtown and exploring the surrounding areas. The home is inviting, and the couch and beds are very comfortable. Instructions are clear and easy, and Sue has a notebook full of wonderful local recommendations. Our family of four felt very much at home and would definitely return.

This place was cozy! I loved the rainfall showerhead so much that I now want one. My favorite part was the informational binder supplied, as this was my very first time in the area. My daughter is attending Smith in the fall, and we came to check out the area. I did love the porch as well. Perfect view when it was raining and snowing.

We loved the spaciousness and the amenities. The location was perfect and it was super clean and comfortable. The location was quiet and also a short walk to town. We’d love to stay again and would recommend it to others.

Susan was so kind and let us in early when the rain really was coming down! My kids really appreciated the kids books! kitchen was well stocked but we barely touched it! all was very easy!

House was in a great location for our families needs. Hosts were very helpful and addressed any needs and concerns we had almost immediately. Even with our rambunctious children and parking issues (not on hosts end) the hosts were polite throughout the stay.

This is our third time staying in one of Sue's Northampton properties (a different place each time) and, as always, the apartment was great. It's spacious, comfortable, and thoughtfully appointed. The location is wonderful, with easy walking to everything, and Sue is an excellent host. Highly recommended!

We loved our stay! We were coming out to see family, and this was a great place to stay with toddlers. Very big, with a great common room. The beds were comfy, and basics provided. It's not super decked out for cooking, but accurately described online. Beautiful views- we loved waking up and seeing the landscape. Very cool old house.

Servio was a great host. The property was gorgeous and felt like a steal for what I paid. Check in and check out was very easy. I had a little bit of a hard time finding the front lock at first but once I found it there was no issue. The room was spacious and cozy. Bed is a definitely bit firm so if that's not what you prefer just know that ahead of time. The only issue I had was that when I entered the room the first time I didn't realize the TV was unplugged so I stood there for about three minutes wondering why it wouldn't turn on and then I fixed it. Bathroom was always stocked and there was plenty of parking so nothing to worry about there. Overall great experience and I would stay with Servio again.

The accommodations were everything we wanted and more. We needed just one bed, for just one night at Sarah's accommodations, for a family gathering down the road. The place is like stepping back in time, and that's a good thing. There was the modern, a TV with Netflix and WiFi meets the charm of a 100+ year old home, with what appeared to be original floorboards, an original narrow staircase, and other details. With any old home, you might get a cold bite of the winter air outside, so Sarah provides her guest with plenty of spare blankets, and a oil filled space heater in each room. Sarah provided a well written local guide, and signs on the walls to help you find what you need. She has a great sense of style. There are curiosities everywhere. I would highly recommend her place if you need to be in the area for a day or a week. You'll love it!

We really enjoyed our visit and the house was welcoming, charming, very clean, and comfortable. The hosts were very friendly and flexible about our late arrival time. There was also delicious coffee for us in the morning!

Found this little gem after refusing to pay $350 a night at the casino hotel. Location super easy to find. Felt super safe. On street parking right out front. The 3rd floor space is huge! Absolutely spotless, beds super comfortable with doors that locked for security, big open kitchen space. We enjoyed a bottle of wine before the hockey game. The bathroom was also just spotless. Super quiet location and the heat definitely kept us warm on a winter's night. An Uber ride to downtown was super affordable. Hope to return again and again. Thank you for a wonderful experience! One of the best I've stayed in ever!

Great place to spend a warm Fall day. Super cool place, really comfortable bed and an incredible view right on the lake.

Just What We Needed We had a marvelous trip to Northampton MA and Sue's large Victorian house was perfect for our group's stay. Of course it was clean and comfortable, but in many ways it had more than what we needed, from parking to rooms and other amenities, I was especially pleased to find convenient outlets and USB ports, even by the bed (which is better than some hotels I've stayed at). Sue had a welcoming gift in the kitchen, communicated responsively and helpful with ideas about the area, as our 'home' was truly conveniently located just blocks from the trendy downtown area. An enjoyable stay in a charming city.

I loved this place the beds were comfortable and Richard was very nice and easy to talk to he also responds fast a lot of activities for us to do overall loved the place would definitely stay again!!!

From the moment we arrived we felt right at home. This is clearly someone’s home, that has been loved and lived in. If your looking for a place that is comfortable and feels like home, this is the place! Matt was super, we only needed to get in touch with him once about a quick wifi issue (that was resolved before he could do anything) but he was ON IT. FAST. And very gracious. The house is much bigger than we expected. Would definitely stay here again! Thank you Matt!!
