Annie was an amazingly friendly and approachable host. She recommended some lovely ealking routes for us to explore the area and a womderful local pub. We will most definitely be back and would thoroughly recommend to anyone wanting peace and quiet to escape busy daily life.

Our second family get-together in Anna & Eric’s gorgeous “garden”. The quirky accommodation options are fully equipped with anything you could possibly need and made homely and beautiful by Anna’s tasteful interior decoration. The addition of a “Pavillion” since our last visit made our evenings even better as there was plenty of room for our group of 15 to play games late into the night, after a day of tennis, tug-of-war, trampolining, bbq, chilling in the hot tub nestled in greenery while watching their peacock stroll back and forth…

This shepherds hut was a great place to stay while walking the South Downs Way. It was very clean, comfortable and warm and has its own bathroom facilities in a separate building. Pauline made me welcome and made sure I had everything I needed. I was very comfortable and had a great nights sleep. I'd definitely book to stay here again next time I am in the area.

Myself and my Husband stay here for 2 nights and had a lovely time. Victoria was there to meet us when we arrived and showed us around her amazing place. It has everything you need and also local pubs that do amazing food if you want to venture out. Would definitely stay again. Thank you Victoria :)

We had a wonderful time and we couldn’t fault the attention to detail to make the stay as pleasant and comfortable as possible. The place is cosy but spacious enough for a small family or group of friends. Cath was a great host and provided clear and timely communication, ensuring a smooth check-in process; she even came to say hello when we arrived. She also left us some provisions and a bottle of fizz in the fridge; the place is beautifully decorated, there are plenty of utensils in the kitchen, condiments, crockery/glassware and bedrooms are cosy, comfy and warm; it is very clean and tidy. It was lovely sitting outside by the log burner in such peaceful surroundings. We'd definitely love to come back and stay longer. x

We had an amazing time staying in Emily's shepherds hut. The hut itself was beautiful inside and really cosy but still plenty spacious enough for two people. The swan pub was a great recommendation for food and drink and was only a 20 second walk away, perfect for stumbling back to the comfy bed in the hut after a few.

Had an amazing weekend away with my partner staying in the Shepard’s hut we had some nice walks in the woods 🌳that are right next to the hut we seen some deer 🦌 a buzzard some fish a owl and lots of horses 🐴 The outside shower was a lovely addition and was very hot the local restaurant were really nice we had a Lovely time in the evenings next to the fire 🔥 relaxing with a few bottles of wine 🍷 enjoying the peace and quiet and looking at the stars ⭐️ The hut was very clean and the bed was very comfortable also there was a massive amount of firewood so we never need to ask for more thanks for a lovely weekend away

Made some wonderful memories here. Bought this for both families to come together and it was absolutely perfect for a complete range of ages from 6 months to 73! It was exactly like the pictures and as described. Plenty around surrounding areas to do and lovely space out the back for all the dogs the run around in. We had a fantastic time! We used all of the bedrooms and the shepherds hut for 11 of us and the space never felt crowded. The open plan living space is excellent and the space provided to eat in was excellent. I would suggest if bringing dogs that you bring a bright torchlight for night times as there is some outdoor lighting but not a lot. Was everything we hoped it would be and more - thank you Tilly!

What a wonderful place Jason and Katie have. The situation of the Shepherd's Hut is a piece of earth on heaven, we felt like we were truly away from everything. We loved watching the wildlife in the field throughout the day. The Sherpherd's Hut has everything you would possibly need. A wonderful place to stay and we hope to return.

We knew as soon as we arrived that it was going to hard to leave. This place is an absolute gem! A beautiful, idyllic spot! The attention to detail on the design and furnishings makes the hut so charming and we had everything we needed for a perfect weekend getting away from the city. The little welcome treats were a lovely surprise and the peace and quiet was priceless!

My son and I had a wonderful stay. It was just what we needed; relaxing, beautiful surroundings and very close to the beach. Tim was a great host and we will definitely return.

We had such a beautifully stay in The Shepards Hut. It was spotlessly clean and smelt gorgeous! I had booked our stay as suprise to celebrate my partners 30th Birthday, as we were arriving in his birthday, Amanda had decorated the hut with birthday celebrations, banners and balloons, it was very special and kind of her! The hut is very cosey and has everything you need! Plus it is immaculate! Tea, sugar, milk and even marshmallows provided. The hot tub is fantastic! Heated ready for our arrival and Amanda checked in midway through our stay to ensure we had enough wood to continue enjoying it. The hut is situated in a secluded area, very private and perfect to enjoy nature! Also, perfect for our dog who loved his stay!! Thank you for a beautiful stay and for a birthday for my partner to remember! P.s. we loved meeting Maple and Syrup, the pet pigs, and they were very pleased to receive our leftovers!!! Will definitely be recommending!!!

Very large hut, with dry toilet & shower cubicle in the hut. Full couch. Very comfortable mattress. Enclosed field area for the dog to run free. Hot tub was easy to manage (very clear instruction). Kitchen well equipped (4 hobs, cafetière, pots, pans, colander, grater, sharp knives, kitchen towels, etc) but no microwave because it's 12 volt electric from solar ( no standard plugs, just USB ones). There is a BBQ grill and pizza oven outside with the firepit. Wood was provided for everything. The horses made for good company. Good spot for star gazing and bird watch. Mo and Ann have been friendly, proactive and helpful. GOOD TO KNOW: The hot tub will be filled with fresh water when you arrive, so there is no chlorine. It's your responsibility to heat it with the provided logs. This process takes around 1 1/2 hours from cold. The water stays at about 36 overnight if covered so reheating is quicker. The kettle is stove top kettle so it takes a while to boil.

We loved staying here!. Shepherds Hut was lovely. Warm croissants for breakfast! Lovely, friendly people. Local pub was very good. We would stay again ... a definite favourite AirBnb!

Great place to stay! Sally was really friendly, lovely location. Definitely need a car to get to places, but if you’re a walking person, it’s perfect. Very minimalist, just as the pictures, also some lovely doggies, and we were able to pet a horse + donkey, and let us feed them. Very accommodating host, allowed us to check in early, and due to no visitors the day of check out, Sally allowed for us to check out when we pleased. Overall 5 Stars!! Definitely recommend

Loved our time in the Hay Wagon. Annie super helpful. Beautiful location, lovely walks and cycle into Winchester and back. The Chestnut Horse was a lovely dinner and Cobbs Farm Shop provided some great food for a BBQ. The outdoor shower was a treat too and added to a unique short break. Every detail has been thought of and can’t recommend it highly enough!

A great few nights away with my toddler: all the comfort of a bedroom with the adventure and switch off of camping! Liz was very helpful and friendly.
