I stayed a month while looking for my permanent home. This place was perfect...peaceful, fully furnished, stocked. Dylilah was very responsive from my very first message to her. She was also proactive in sending me the address for a local storm shelter when we had a day of bad weather/tornado watches. The place was very clean and had everything I needed to stay for the month. All appliances are well-maintained and easy to use. I would recommend this place to anyone looking to visit this area. It's only a short drive to town and to David Crockett State Park. I felt safe and at home. I would recommend this place to anyone looking to stay in this area.

We so enjoyed staying at this little lodge. It was so spacious and comfortable! Jennifer was so helpful with her instructions of how to find the lodge and very quick to respond if I messaged her. If we’re ever in the area again we will definitely be staying there!

I want to start by saying, a HUGE thank you to Jim and Mary! Jim greeted us in person when we arrived. We had an amazing stay in their wonderful home, waking up to a beautiful view of the lake. They have a private swimming pool but we didn’t get to use it, it would be perfect for summertime. Their kitchen has some supplies you can use, the rooms are spacious and clean, they also have clean towels in the closet. One of the highlights of our stay is Jim’s delicious pecan pie that he personally baked for us! We appreciate their thoughtfulness and for making me and my family feel welcome. They are very responsive whenever we needed help or have questions, also pet friendly, we were able to bring our family furbaby with us. Absolutely we’re willing to stay again in this lovely home.

I was not expecting for the house to have some basic food items and seasonings. This was very convenient.

We had a great stay here! It is a perfect location. We loved being able to walk to The Factory and downtown Franklin. Sasha was a great host and responded quickly to any questions I had.

This was the perfect place for me and my dogs! I felt extremely safe and Jorie was very welcoming. Her dogs are friendly and I liked that she checked to see if mine are ok with other dogs. The location was perfect to be out of the city but within 30 min. I highly recommend and would stay again!
