We stayed here for a weekend while visiting our daughter at Fairfield University. The location was perfect! The house was beautiful- it reminded me of a modernized cottage. Everything was spotless - made you feel instantly at home! We will absolutely be back! We tried for upcoming parents weekend in October 2025 and she's already sold out!! Definitely book - you won't be disappointed!

My family and I have rented several homes for vacation over the years, but this home is truly a special place. The property is gorgeous! The views are amazing, and we enjoyed spending many hours taking it all in. Lots of wildlife to observe and the private hiking trail was a great bonus. The house itself was wonderful…a unique mix of history, art, music, and modern technology. Everything was high-end and excellent quality. The bed in the master bedroom was the most comfortable we have ever slept in away from home. The house was extremely clean and had everything you would ever need and plenty of it. We have never seen a vacation house with so many extra linens, toilet paper, Kleenex, coffee, etc. We were so impressed! Hector is an exceptional host, friendly and responsive. His home is incredibly peaceful, a true sanctuary. We are so very grateful that we chose this house for our family vacation. Thank you, Hector!

Jonathan has been amazing and so accommodating! Our house had recently flooded, leaving us scrambling to find a place to stay. The house is fantastic and perfect for our situation. He has been so generous, helpful, and responsive!! 10/10 would recommend staying here!

Petra’s house is in the most beautiful spot on a small lake and a stones throw from the beach. This was our second year there and we hope to be back. The house is stocked with everything you need to feel comfortable including great bath products, kitchen, equipment, and toys and books. I never felt uncomfortable in her house. This was a wonderful family week in heaven.

This was our second stay. It is a lovely home, with a really charming interior in a stunning woodland location. The amenities are great, a super kitchen for cooking as a family & great bathrooms. Thank you for accommodating us Erin.

We must have passed the residence hundreds of times going out Montauk over the past 40 years. What a hidden gem. We were so fortunate to have the opportunity to stay at this location. The home was very well appointed, tidy and clean. What a gem of a home, even in the off season. We would love to return.

We had a lovely stay! Taylor was very kind and helpful throughout the booking process and we just loved her little place! Peaceful and safe location that felt very safe and just a quick walk /bikeride down to the beach to watch the sunset. Thankyou!

Really enjoyed our stay! The host is very approachable and drove out of state to get us salt on the day for checkout as snow is frozen on the slide way. She is giving us a good experience and being very considerate to allow us to leave later than schedule due to severe weather.

My wife and daughter came in for a soccer tournament. Initially it was 4 of us and a dog but we changed it as one of my girls plans got cancelled. Aseem had no issue accommodating the change and refunded the difference. The place worked out great. Thank you.

Spacios and quite even a nice backyard for summer weathers. Access to kitchen accessories plus nice a cozy. Overall was a very well and clean place.

Laura is an amazing host and her place really is wonderful. She is so quick to respond to any questions or requests. I will stay there whenever it is available when I am in the area. The house is a block from Main street so you get all of the benefits of the neighborhood without street noise. If you are lucky enough to find the place available when you are looking for a place to stay in the area, I would recommend booking it (before someone else does) :-)

Alexis’s place was perfect. Plenty of space for my husband and our 9 month old daughter. The neighborhood was walkable and serene with beautiful views of the water nearby. I hope we get to visit again soon!

Ricardo’s place was truly incredible. It’s such a cozy, clean and convenient spot located in a very good area. Had everything you need and have a very home-like feel. I was visiting my girlfriend for our anniversary and the weather wasn’t the greatest outside but that didn’t bother us one bit. We were comfortable cooking and eating at home and we had everything to make that happen. Ricardo and his wife were so kind and flexible with us. We would love to come back in the summertime and fully enjoy their spot again because there are great views in the backyard by the water. Well worth the price of admission. Thank you Ricardo and family. We will definitely be back if you’ll have us! Cheers 🥂

Kimberly was a wonderful host. She promptly answered any questions we had concerning the reservation. She made sure our stay was comfortable. She even went above beyond by leaving complimentary snacks.

Very warming and a beautiful cozy home that just gives you a big hug as soon as you walk in. I loved everyday there and can’t wait to come back in the summer time hopefully !

We had a wonderful stay! The cottage is adorable, very clean, well-maintained, and very comfortable. Has a warm "homey" feel from the moment you walk inside. Big windows with lots of natural sunlight and views of the beautiful lake and landscape. The neighborhood is very peaceful and quiet, perfect for relaxing and sitting outside. Robert was a gracious host... very friendly and had excellent communication throughout. We're very happy to have found this place and would definitely stay there again!

This place was ADORABLE !! Anne was such a lovely host, she was so friendly, sweet, and very responsive. The place was so cozy, the fireplace was also the heating system which was super cool to sleep next to a lit fire every night. The town of Old Lyme and the towns that were boarding it were all at max a 15 minute drive and the places were super cute to walk around and so many amazing places to eat. The lake in the community nearby the cabin was so beautiful and the views were amazing ! I would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a cute cozy getaway !

We lived our stay at Carey’s place and plan to come back next year. Amazing location if you want to relax and take a few days away from the city. The house is very cozy and comfortable with a great backyard facing the water. Thanks Carey!!

This was our 4th year staying here. It was perfect as always. Thank you to Deborah for sharing this wonderful cottage. It feels like our home away from home. The best sunsets can be seen from the deck!!!

Deb’s place was very peaceful, comfortable, and well appointed. We immediately felt at home and enjoyed the interesting decor and personal style. It felt like staying in your own bed and breakfast. There were so many places to relax, and the front and back porches were so welcoming. The location can’t be beat if you want to check out the local wineries, farmstands, and great restaurants. An easy walk across the street to Peconic Bay, you can see from the upstairs bedroom. Kitchen was well appointed with everything you would need for cooking. Short ride to markets, farmstands, and Love Lane for shops and restaurants, about 20 minutes to Greenport.

Head of the Pond House was in such a beautiful peaceful setting and was exactly what we needed! Quaint, beautifully decorated, cozy, and thoughtfully stocked for a very relaxing stay. Monika was super proactive and helpful with recommendations and left us lots of local yummies. The birds and the sights on the pond (ice sailing!) were lovely. Highly recommend the cottage to take in all that the Hamptons has to offer in a peaceful and tranquil setting.
