Ended up with this host for a last minute booking after another Airbnb host told us last minute there was no heat (in Mass in December?!). Very responsive and professional, this team has very nice locations and fabulous communication all the way through our stay. Would definitely book with them again!

The home was beautiful and upgraded bathrooms were very nice! Nina was easy to communicate with and our stay was very enjoyable. The location was fantastic- beach and downtown was a close walk. I would highly recommend.

Great stay at this place! We stayed there a week before Chiistmas and the place had a beautiful Christmas tree and other Christmas decorations around the home. This really made it feel like home. We were able to sit at the fireplace and have a glass of wine and it even snowed that night which totally made the stay feel like a holiday. I would highly recommend this place. It was squeekly clean, sits on the water with great views, and easy to get to.

We had a great stay in Tara's home. It is located in a quiet neighborhood and is close to our favorite towns- Ogunquit and Kennebunkport. We had plenty of room for the four of us. We loved the outside spaces and the open floor plan. Tara was very easy to communicate with and very responsive. The instructions for check in and check out were very clear. We hope to return in the future!

Actually rented both units A & B of this property for my wife's birthday to have some room for additional family (surprise). Unit A was awesome! 2 beds and a bath, BIG kitchen that had everything you would need, dog friendly with a fenced in yard which is always a plus, super comfortable living room/dining room combo that had plenty of room for everyone to gather, private courtyard (shared with unit B) with room for outdoor dining and a grill PLUS hot tub! I could go on but to summarize, it was perfect for our plans. The addition of unit B gave us the whole place and I couldn't be more pleased! Centrally located. Anywhere we wanted to explore, from Kennebunkport to Ogunquit and beyond, was never more than 20 - 30 minutes away. Even the neighbors were amazing (friendly)! 100% I would (and plan to) stay here again!

Parents - do not hesitate to book! This cabin was the perfect place for my family of 4 to stay. The front room with the bookshelf full of toys is where we spent the majority of our time. I enjoyed drinking coffee and taking in the view from the GIANT WINDOW SEAT (seriously perfection). I have a 10-month old and an almost 3-year old and this was seriously the perfect rental. The host offered a pack & play and a high-chair seat that worked perfectly for the baby. The toddler was entertained by all the new things to play with. The front deck is the perfect spot to get some beautiful family photos. We will be booking again if we are in the area.

We had the pleasure of saying at this beautiful cottage in Barnstead, New Hampshire, hosted by Darryl, and it was truly an exceptional experience! The cottage was immaculately clean, with every detail thoughtfully attended to, creating a peaceful and inviting atmosphere. Darryl was an outstanding host- incredibly responsive, always available to answer questions, and he went above and beyond by checking in regularly to ensure we were comfortable. He also provided fantastic local recommendations for dining, which made our stay even more enjoyable. The location was serene, offering a perfect escape from the hustle and bustle of everyday life. We would absolutely love to stay here again and highly recommend this lovely cottage to anyone looking for a peaceful getaway with a host who truly cares about thier guests!

We absolutely loved staying at this Airbnb. Even though Karen was out of the country, she was incredibly communicative and her husband was very easy to get in touch with as well. Any questions that we had were answered, the house was clean and inviting, and we felt right at home. They had also set out different brochures of things to do and had some supplies for us that we might need. I would definitely stay here again.

My friend and I wanted to have a girls night away. This was the perfect place for us! It was close to many restaurants and things to do but the place was so beautiful and peaceful we wanted to just relax and enjoy it. In the morning we sat in the sun room area and just enjoyed the birds chirping and sun shining. This was exactly what we needed to relax.

We loved our stay at Prime Rock Sq! The perfect, affordable spot for a weekend getaway for a couple. Of note was the king size bed, which was SO comfortable! The apartment was spotless upon arrival, and also very quiet even though we were close to downtown. We came back one evening and a fire had been made in the fire pit outside which was a fun way to wind down the evening. It was just a delightful little spot and we will definitely be back! The hosts were great and communication was excellent. Thank you both for having us!

We came in from out of town for a few days and were so pleased with our stay. The house was clean and comfortable. It was very close to the beach and walkable to the center for entertainment and restaurants. We would absolutely book again. Thank you for a wonderful weekend.

This is a great place if you’re looking for something in the area! Super affordable, walking distance from a great convenience store & any uber drive to downtown was quick and cheap. Joseph and Michaela were very responsive. The house was spacious, clean, and unique. There were plenty of beds, towels, and soap also. My friends and I really enjoyed our stay. I had just left an Airbnb that was deplorable . Tony and Sonja ‘s place was just like going home . Felt very comfortable as a single woman having the space attach to their home. However felt very at ease when it came to privacy . The unit was immaculate. They could not have been more accommodating and kind . Highly recommend!

The place was extremely clean and had everything you would have needed. I had a long stay there (4 weeks) and Evan and Rachel were so kind to offer if I needed fresh linens or a restock on anything. I would 100% recommend to anyone who wants to stay in the area!

The Dogtown Cabin in Rockport is truly a gem! From the moment we arrived, it felt like a home away from home. Julie was incredibly warm and welcoming, making our stay even more enjoyable. She was always quick to respond, making communication a breeze and helping everything go smoothly during our trip. As animal lovers, we couldn’t have picked a better spot – playing with Darwin and Azore, visiting the horses and chickens, and birdwatching right on the grounds was beyond delightful! The cabin itself was so cozy and thoughtfully equipped, with all the essentials and a few extra touches like fun games, fantastic books, a Bluetooth speaker, and beautiful art and antiques that made the space extra special. I especially loved relaxing on the porch with a cup of tea, wandering the peaceful Dogtown woods, and stargazing at night. Plus, being so close to the charming town of Rockport was the perfect bonus! It was everything I could’ve hoped for and more.

It’s a nice little place to stay that it’s in the middle where I needed to be. It’s a bit tight, but it’s what we needed. We have encountered a problem with a WiFi, holly gave us the next door WiFi information, and the speeds wasn’t quick since it was far. Otherwise it’s a nice place.

My boyfriend and I were beyond ecstatic about this tiny cabin. Very clean and just as described. The comforts of home, outdoors. It was cold during our stay (there is no heat or AC) but extra blankets and plenty of firewood was provided! We saw otters, bald eagles, deer, blue jays and beautiful sunsets. We brought our electric scooters and scooted to the town of Ayer which was absolutely adorable! Highly recommend “Tiny’s” for breakfast, “Nashoba club pizza and taproom” and “Gibbet Hill Grill” check out Bancroft Castle while at Gibbet Hill Grill. We were very happy with our stay. Snacks and drinks were also provided at the cabin. Thank you for sharing your property with us! We’ll be back!

Everything about our stay was seamless and delightful. Truly just what the doctor ordered! We had a relaxing and peaceful getaway on the lake; our hosts were beyond gracious and responsive, the home was pristine and the location simply can't be beat! We enjoyed hikes, spent time in the hot tub and watched movies by the wood burning fireplace, and cooked many delicious meals in the well stocked kitchen. With 3 bedrooms you can bring the whole family. Would 11/10 recommend.

The cabin is lovely and if anything the listing sells it short. The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you could want for cooking, great movie selection, puzzles and games, etc. There is a little path that leads down to the small lake behind the house. If we weren’t visiting in January we would’ve spent the evenings sitting outside at the little clearing in front of the pond. Kayak, canoe, snow shoes, and fishing poles were all provided. Airbnb was clean and clearly well taken care of with a very helpful guide for guests. I highly recommend it and would absolutely return, hopefully in the summer next time!

We had a week of event at the ski resort and the location was very convenient. The house was well described and furnished with all we needed. Sara and Christopher were super engaged and responsive hosts and gave us great recommendations for restaurants and places to check out.
