Was exactly as described and in a great location for anyone that enjoys all the ESVA has to offer. Even for folks just passing through, in my opinion, it beats any hotel accommodations for price and amenities that may be available in the area.

This was our second stay at Tara’s home, and we absolutely love it! It’s the perfect place to stay when visiting family—especially with kids. The house is clean, comfortable, and well-equipped for a relaxing stay. Tara is an amazing host, always making sure everything is perfect. We highly recommend staying here and will definitely be back!

A charming beach cottage about 3 minute walk from the beach. The home has everything needed for a pleasant stay.

Had a great time staying at Lisa's home. The place was a very beautiful home and a peaceful neighborhood. Spacious living area as well as the bathrooms and rooms.

For the two days I stayed I enjoyed my time! The beach house was beautiful, extremely clean, and most importantly not that far from the beach. Communication with Scorno was extremely easy. He would answer my questions in a matter of minutes which made it easier to check in and check out! I would absolutely stay at this house again!

Diana’s place was the best air bnb we have ever stayed in. The attention to detail on needs of guests was amazing, she thought of everything. The location was perfect and the home met all of our needs. I would highly recommend to anyone looking for a relaxing beach stay!!!

This stayworked out very well for us. It was very near my son and his family so we were able to have a great visit. Very clean, the host is extremely responsive and easy to deal with! Furthermore, we had to change the dates and she was extremely accommodating.

The location was great for the getaway my hubby and I was searching for. However,Leo could have been more flexible with the check- in. My husband and I wanted to check- in to drop off our things before attending an event him and I was scheduled to speak at and afterwards celebrate his 75th birthday but Leo made it perfectly clear anytime after 3pm. To avoid confusion I complied. I think moving forward flexibility is imperative for many especially for my husband and I. We are both pastors and often attends a lot of engagements and we both just wanted to relax before the engagement and was denied. Other than that everything was good.

We really enjoyed our stay. Cynthia (the host) made communication very easy and all aspects were as advertised. The staff at Wyndham were very friendly and check in was a snap. As for the rooms; clean, and quaint with nice kitchen accommodations. Overall excellent stay, would not hesitate to come back.

The property was exactly as described. The interior was pristine. Our kids loved all the fun activities on the resort. This place is close to everything, BUT it is truly peaceful relaxing on the balcony after a long day at Buschgardens (12 min drive). Nicholas was prompt in his communication regarding resort details and amenities. 10/10 would book again! My daughter is already planning our next trip to Williamsburg!!

We loved our beach getaway because of our accommodation, it was private and peaceful and had everything we needed! Very clean and furniture done in great taste! We spent a whole week and we didn't want to leave. We especially loved the deck with all the beautiful plants and that we could hear the ocean especially at night! A big plus! We are definitely going back! Jules and Scott, the hosts were so welcoming and kind to us and always helpful. The short walk to the beach was beautiful and so easy! What a gem this place is! We had a wonderful stay celebrating family birthdays! The house was spacious and had plenty of bathrooms. It was decorated beautifully for the holidays. We especially enjoyed the porches overlooking the spectacular views!

Anthony’s home was perfect for our Galentines Weekend! Walking into the place was even more of a surprise compared to the pictures. The location is great and conveniently located. The only recommendation I have is to figure out a way to turn down the hot water as it was VERY hot. I wouldn’t want anyone to be scalded. I would love to return to this property in the future. We were a group of three couples who wanted our own bedroom and private bathroom to retreat to after enjoying busy days and evenings around Colonial Williamsburg. We really enjoyed the location of Kingsmill and all of the spacious condo amenities!

We had guests coming into town and needed a place for them last minute. Zoe's place was perfect- plenty of space for 6 adults. Good location, easy to get to. Worked out great and our guests raved!

We stayed here while in town for work. It was very peaceful and clean, and the staff very friendly. All that being said, it was a great place to feel at home while on vacation, surrounded by tons of food & shopping and close to many more.

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at Roshana's place! From the moment we arrived, Roshana made us feel incredibly welcome. The accommodation was exactly as described, if not better. The space was spotless, well-decorated, and equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Roshana went above and beyond to ensure we had a great experience. The location was perfect, close to all the attractions and restaurants, yet in a quiet and peaceful neighborhood. Communication with Roshana was seamless. She was always quick to respond and very helpful with any questions I had. I truly appreciated her hospitality and attention to detail. I highly recommend staying at Roshana's place if you're visiting Norfolk. I would definitely stay here again on my next trip!

Sarah was a great host…enormously accommodating and flexible. We all had a wonderful stay in a unique home. We would highly recommend Sarah’s place…and make sure that you go to Kiptopeke state park and see the cement ships!!!!
