Great location with super easy beach access. We had a monk seal sleeping on the beach the first morning, which was a good omen I suppose. Home is well appointed with everything we needed and more to enjoy our family vacation. The North coals location is very relaxing, so if you’re looking for more action / activities consider the East or South. No air conditioning but plenty of ceiling fans and excellent cross ventilation with the doors and windows open. Overall a great place to stay.

Amazing doesn’t describe our stay! We came from AK and WI for a double anniversary trip and this place did NOT disappoint. We even had a baby and toddler who enjoyed everything. We were allowed to check in an hour and a half early after a long night of flying. Didn’t think the house would have any beach equipment and then we found the treasure trove of beach supplies in a room closet! The only hiccup was a minor door lock code issue mid stay, which Monica and Rohit were extremely responsive to fix for us via text. All in all….we are already planning our next stay!

It’s a clean and spacious for 4 adults, and a nice location- walking distance to the beach. The kitchen is fully stocked with appliances for what we need. Also plenty of beach towels and beach chairs, inflatable tubes. My daughter loved sleeping with the sound of beach waves. Susanne responded to my questions quickly and kindly.

This property and house was perfect for our family. The backyard had a large tree for climbing with a swing! It provided hours of entertainment. The beach, view and location was peaceful and secluded. The layout was great. The beds were comfortable. The hot water was endless and pressure was amazing. We could stay there for a month. Our 11, 8, 5 yo kids swam in the ocean, played in the sand and discovered marine life along the beach and the river. The location was half way between the airport and princeville which was nice. The property management company was quick to provide restaurant recommendations and answer any questions. We were very happy with their service. We will be back!

Enjoyed the most mellow and relaxing vacation with my adult children. We walked daily on the great pathway and took in the blue ocean and the peaceful setting. The neighborhood was quiet and what I expected. We enjoyed eating at all the wonderful local places within a casual 20 minute walk. It was rainy this time of the year so sometime we just stayed and chilled in the awesome living room. The house is old so it has its charms but it felt like going to a beach house. There are plenty of windows and we slept with them open and it was very windy at night so we didn’t miss the a/c at all. We are from the Pacific Northwest, my son said he was surprised that 72 degrees could feel so cold and it was funny to see him wear his puffy jacket at times. Anyone staying here in the spring should probably bring a jacket because the wind and moisture can make it feel a lot colder than it should be due to being right next to the ocean. This is an excellent location overall.

The home in Haena was beautiful. We had a perfect stay. Beautiful stay; Can't wait to return! Home was exactly as pictures describe. Home sits high on surge piers so is 20 feet up for great views. Beautiful large covered-deck. Large open floor plan great room with vaulted ceilings. Also Beautiful large nano-doors between deck and indoor space to create great indoor-outdoor space. Very well-appointed Kitchen with high end dishware and all types of cooking utensils. Beautiful Kepuhi beach less than 100yds away. Very easy access. Spectacular Tunnels Beach 10 minute walk away. Quiet locations 15 min from quaint- and fun Hanalei Bay.

This was a very nice condo at a great value. It’s located in the harbor on the shoreline. We were able to watch cruise ships and other boating vessels come in and out. Nice sunset view! Great food nearby within walking. Golf course also within walking distance.

We had a wonderful stay. The house is amazing and in a beautiful and quiet neighborhood. Great outdoor spaces, comfortable beds, etc. The shared pool and tennis courts are essentially in the backyard, and we had them pretty much to ourselves. Both were great to have so close. And we were a quick drive to Hanalei, beaches and walkable to the resorts. I would absolutely stay here again!

This Airbnb in Princeville on Kauai’s North Shore helped us enjoy an almost two-week stay. The location is excellent. There are beaches and great restaurants nearby. There also are shops providing groceries/alcohol and other useful potential supplies in the immediate area. The unit is well laid out with space to sit and relax both indoors and on a small but cozy lanai. While there are other units in this complex; this one allowed us to feel a great deal of privacy. The unit is very clean and well anointed with good appliances and enough cooking and dining items to allow you to eat at “home” as often as you desire. We are fortunate to be able to stay at many Airbnbs and this one rates as a top notch selection.

Our family of six had a fantastic stay. The place was great. Beds were comfy. The unit had everything we needed. Furniture all nice and new. Kitchen was well-equipped. Beautiful view out the window toward the nearby beach two minute walk away. Great spot to explore the island from. We’d definitely stay here again!

This is the place to stay on North Shore. We were close to great beaches and shopping. The beach was our lullaby and we saw amazing scenery from the deck every day. Can't say enough about the convenience and she provides buggy boards too! Super place for our family vacation, with a 3 year old. The pool was perfect too.

Wonderful stay ! We really enjoyed the pool, hot tub and several lounging areas. It was very quiet . We saw whales breaching in the distance and albatross flying by. It’s mating season and 4 albatross (and baby) were directly across from the house- they put on quite a show! Very fun to watch. We took many walks and loved the location. We hope to return!

Sean and Tracy were great hosts! The unit worked well for my husband and my parents. My mom has mobility issues so having a room and bathroom on the main floor was perfect. The unit itself gets a bit humid in the common areas but with the doors and windows open the cool breeze easily blows through. Would recommend and book again.

We thoroughly enjoyed 10 wonderful days in their well-appointed clean condo. It is nice that both bedrooms had their own TV’s, both beds were very comfortable, and each bedroom also had a nice size walk-in closet. The master bath soaking tub was a well utilized bonus. The kitchen was fully equipped with everything we needed and more including a crock pot. We also took advantage of the gorgeous community pool, hot tub, and clean community grill just steps away from their beautifully furnished lanai. Our beach days were enhanced with use of their cooler, beach chairs, umbrellas and beach towels. The location of the condo was perfect for our early morning walks along the golf course and the Princeville farmers market. Check in/out was a breeze along with exceptional communication with the local on-island manager, Michelle, and host, Andrea. Thank you!

A memorable stay in Princeville. The house had everything we needed and close to all the north shore beaches. The pictures don’t do the pool justice! Great for kids and adults alike.

Wow! Tyler’s place was amazing! The communication was top notch right from the get go, Laura was always helpful and responsive. After a full day of beach fun and outings, it was nice to come back and relax on the lanai. Our daughter loved her evening swims in the pool. We felt right at home and the location was perfect, especially if you are focusing on the North Shore. We LOVED that they provided beach towels, toys, chairs, and a cooler. We spent most of our time exploring the local beaches and these items helped so much. It was truly a perfect vacation.

This is a great spot in Princeville! The house has a nice layout and we loved the large kitchen. It has everything you’d need if you’re planning on cooking. It has a beautiful backyard/front yard space and a large driveway. The only thing I’d mention is that on our first couple of days we were sitting outside on the front lawn and someone pulled up to the house and went up to the door and was looking around. She didn’t say anything to us as she left and I wasn’t sure who it was but recognized her later as the property manager. I didn’t mind that she popped over but we were confused on who it was since she didn’t say anything to us. We saw her again when we checked out and she was there at 10 am on the dot. Check out time is something to consider, especially if you’re taking a red eye out. We wished we would’ve booked another night so we could use the space until our flight out.

Our stay in Kauai was beautiful. The house was very accommodating for our family. The walk to the beach was lovely. We all enjoyed it very much!

We had the most incredible week at Deborah’s house! It’s in such a beautiful location - surrounded by lush groves of palm trees and then steps from a great beach that’s never crowded. It’s a perfect place from which to explore the island, but if you want to just stay home and read in the hammock, that’s a great choice too. Deborah was a wonderful host - incredibly warm and responsive. We felt really lucky to have gotten to live the Hawaiian lifestyle for a week with this as our home base. Mahalo!

Great house in a beautiful neighborhood with options for many local beaches (driving or long walks). Very comfortable beds. So many beach supplies (cooler, chairs, surf board, etc) were a huge bonus. Well appointed kitchen made it easy to cook at home.

We just had a great stay at Tiffany’s place! The house is very roomy and comfortable. The location is very private, and a nice change from the busier parts of the island. The bay at the end of the road is beautiful, although not really swimmable. There are an abundance of swimmable beaches nearby though. We would definitely stay here again!

We had an awesome stay at Lisa and Nathan’s place. Well-situated and not far from local shops and restaurants, as well as a short hike to a beautiful overlook and peaceful beach free from crowds. We really enjoyed the overall tranquility of the neighborhood. Easy access and easy to find! Really stylish interior that was comfortable.

Beautiful home in Princeville! The house was spotless, well-stocked, and had everything we needed for a perfect beach getaway—including all the beach accessories. The only minor issue was that the washers could use a deep clean or possibly be replaced. Other than that, everything was amazing. Would definitely stay here again!
