After researching where to stay during our quick friends' trip to Indianapolis, we decided to find a place in Broad Ripple. We wanted to be in a good neighborhood with places to eat, drink, & shop nearby. Daniel's place was in this area, so we chose it. What a great surprise to be within 5 minutes of walking to all we were looking for! We went for BBQ & then a few pubs the first night. The next day we walked around again to shop & eat. The pictures of the house don't do it justice. Its much cuter in person. The beds were comfy. Plenty of towels. Very clean kitchen. Sizable couches to relax on & talk with friends. Nice variety of coffees to choose from (but the Keurig was kind of tricky to figure out). I'd definitely stay at Daniel's place again.

Our stay was perfect! The house was great for my partner and our dog. The location was AMAZING! We were able to walk to tons of local bars literally a block or two away. Scooters and bikes were right on the corner and we were able to ride right into the city. It was a VERY QUIET neighborhood too. The location was right off the interstate and so easy to get to. We couldn’t have stayed at a better place. We plan to book again the next time we are visiting! Thanks for everything!

This is our second time staying and won’t be the last! Great home, easy to get to from the highway and a short walk downtown. Amanda is a great host and is always flexible with early check in if needed!

This is the second stay at Nick's place. We had another wonderful time and will always choose to stay at Nick's place when we are in town for the family gatherings. We all love the game room and when we want to relax and watch a movie, there's plenty of space for that too. Thank you for the great stay.

My family and I enjoyed our stay very much. There was plenty of room for 3 adults and 4 children. Having my daughter and son -in-law and their boys on a separate floor (with their own bathroom) was great! I'm sure they would have enjoyed the backyard if it wasn't pouring down rain the entire time during our stay.

Great stay for the Taylor Swift concert in Indy!! Had everything we needed & in a convenient location to the stadium. Felt safe staying here as two females!! And extra bonus for being pet friendly!!!

Christina was extremely kind and extremely responsive whenever we had a question. The apartment is charming, spacious, clean, and very nicely decorated. She left us plenty of coffee and other goodies to use. The location is in a charming neighborhood just minutes from downtown which makes it very accessible to everywhere you want to go. Overall a wonderful place to stay, I couldn’t recommend it more highly!

We really enjoyed our stay. The house is so fun and beautiful. There is art everywhere. We were always discovering something new. The place was super clean and tidy. The patio, garden and hosting were great to relax in. The kitchen was well stocked, the bathrooms were clean and the bedrooms were comfortable and roomy. We would stay there again most definitely!

The house is absolutely beautiful. It's historic, but nicely updated inside. Mike was a great host. I had a question about the TV and he responded to my text in less than a minute and answered my question! He exceeded my expectations. I have stayed in this house before and I hope to stay here again. I highly recommend it!

I had an absolutely amazing stay here! The property was incredibly clean and well-maintained, and the location in a peaceful neighborhood was perfect. The host was exceptionally responsive and understanding when a minor issue arose on my part. Aside from a slight scent upon entry, everything else about this beautiful place exceeded expectations. I would highly recommend it to anyone!

Had a lovely stay with no complaints, Matt was a wonderful host, very communicative and helpful. When I asked about black out curtains due to having young children, he went and got them and had them ready to go for when we got there. He even had beer and wine waiting for us when we got there. I would recommend staying here if you are looking in the Fortville area.

Sach is probably the most friendly, responsive host that we have ever had. The place was exactly as listed. The house is older and could use some TLC, but all rooms were clean, and it had everything we needed for a business trip. The neighborhood and location are both good too. We would stay here again.
