This place is amazing! So cozy and so comfortable! The lake was beautiful and we made plenty of use of the fire pit and kayaks. Stephen was so kind and responsive and made asking questions easy. I would recommend this place to everyone!

This property was so charming and a perfect fit for our group of 4. There is 1 bathroom in the main house and 1 in the garden house which worked out perfectly for us. The guidebook that the hosts provided was a huge help!

We recently stayed at this lovely Airbnb for three days and had a fantastic experience. The space was warm and comfortable, with the gas furnace keeping us cozy throughout our stay. We really appreciated the ample space and the convenience of the in home laundry. The kitchen was nicely appointed, making it easy for us to prepare meals, and the blueberry jam provided was a delightful touch. The location was perfect, surrounded by beautiful scenery that added to our overall enjoyment. We would highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a relaxing getaway!

Terras home was great, and was exactly as described and pictured. The only very minor problem we had ended up being the evening fog triggering a smoke alarm, but her and her husband were more than willing to run right over to check it out before we realized. Her welcome basket gave us plenty of ideas of what to do and where to go. She even has a pack and play, high chair, stroller and hiking baby carrier if you forget yours or need to save space. Really just a great home on magical island wonderland for anyone who enjoys the ocean and the out doors.

The house is fantastic, with its retro look and spacious rooms. Right by the beach. Lovely space. Gregory answered our questions quickly and well, and the house was perfect when we came.

Tim was a very responsive host, helping us with our needs. The home is massive and was perfect for a big group. The location was great. Kitchen fully stocked for any cooking needs. Would love to stay again!

We had an unforgettable stay at this charming Airbnb on Mount Desert Island during the MDI marathon weekend with our family. The location was idyllic, nestled in a quiet, serene part of the island that truly captured the essence of island living. We loved how peaceful it was, yet it was still close enough to explore the famous lighthouses, adding an extra layer of beauty to our trip. Waking up to the tranquil sounds of nature and taking in the coastal views set the perfect backdrop for our marathon experience. The home was cozy, well-appointed, and provided everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The host was attentive and made sure we had all the information necessary to explore the surrounding area. This place is a hidden gem, and we couldn’t have asked for a better spot to enjoy family time and make lasting memories. Highly recommend for anyone looking to experience the best of Mount Desert Island!

Perfect location for our needs, away from the craziness of Bar Harbor (yet just a few miles away when we needed to drive in for meals) and very close to Acadia National Park where we spent most of our time. Kevin and Donna’s place was spotlessly clean and well equipped. We enjoyed our stay and would recommend it together others!

Very comfortable Airbnb, we loved our stay. The beds were great, the living area was really nice, cosy and well decorated. The location was great, walking distance to restaurants and the harbor. The coffee provided in the Airbnb was also great. We had a wonderful stay

The Nest was beautiful, well appointed, and the attention to design details went above and beyond. Pam has such talent in creating exquisite, comfortable and elegant spaces. Everything was perfect. Her muffins and peanut butter cookies are the best!

A bit off the beaten path, but really easy access to Old Town and I-95. And perfect for those who want solitude after hectic days with travel, family, or university events. We chose this one specifically because Erik was hosting and we had such a good experience with another of his properties in the area. This one too was well appointed and very comfortable. With family in the area, we'll be returning and looking for Erik's properties.

David was super helpful and accommodating leading up to the trip when our group had a health scare. The location of the house is peaceful and an easy drive to the sights. The interior design is a little dated, but we had everything we needed. The two twin bed are in a loft the is up a pretty high ladder and is totally open. Since there are windows without shades and the kitchen is open concept anyone staying up there should bring ear plugs and eye mask if you’re a light sleeper.

This is a very special building with a very special owner. Our group likes to socialize, so having him right next door made for a wonderful experience. Lovely cute apartment with lots of history and an owner who takes pride in the heritage and his amenities. Spotlessly clean and well appointed.

I really enjoyed the hospitality room. It was great to arrive and use the room for hot drinks and snacks that were free. It was good to sit down there after our long trip and relax before heading up to our room. I also enjoyed meeting the manager and cleaner. It gave it a personal touch. The location was very convenient because there was an open restaurant next door.

We had a wonderful time staying here. It was homey, cozy and updated. I appreciated the local recommendations as well as allowing us to check in an hour early. It was nice to be away from the more populated area but be close enough to enjoy it.
