Fantastic host. Very helpful and would definitely recommend. House was beautiful, very clean and can accommodate a large group.

This was a great, comfortable, private stay that was well worth the cost. Host was very helpful and communicative. Was only in town for a night to see a match at Villa Park, and it was a very easy walk to get there. The location is very accessible from Birmingham New Street station; a quick ride on the bus and a very short walk and you’re there! I would highly recommend a stay here!

Would definitely recommend. Communication with David was excellent and he was also an excellent host. The area is lovely to stay in with transport links into and outwith the centre literally round the corner. It was only a 15 min walk from Birmingham rep and library with a metro ride practically door to door. I love cats so Wu and Ace were actually a bonus for me but they are not in the way and won’t bother you if you’re not that way inclined. The room is lovely and clean and excellent for relaxing and working and I had easy access to the kitchen with my own dedicated fridge. Would definitely stay again if I was in Birmingham. Judith was very responsive and made contacting her very easy, check in was very flexible. Judith is an excellent host and made my stay very comfortable during a difficult family time, she went over and above to make me and my daughter feel very comfortable (Even providing a night light for my 8 year old daughter). We loved this apartment. Although small it’s very functional and comfortable for 3 or 4 people and was beautifully clean. We were self catering so were pleased to find a really well equipped kitchen. Despite the cold weather whilst we were staying we felt very cosy inside. There is some traffic noise audible in the apartment but we didn’t find it overly intrusive and Jemma thoughtfully provides ear plugs for light sleepers. The apartment is in a great location for exploring central Birmingham on foot, but it was also great to have somewhere secure to park our car. We would definitely recommend this apartment for a short break.
