We had a great stay. The hosts were extremely responsive, helped with anything needed, provided clear instructions and information about amenities. Bedrooms, Bathrooms and common spaces were all very well designed for guests; comfortable, complete and clutter-free. We will definitely try to stay here again on our next visit! You won't be disappointed for 3-bed 2-bath!

Super logement ! Très propre, design et dans un endroit très calme. Possible de se rendre à Chiang Mai city à pied en 15minutes. Hôte disponible et à l’écoute de nos besoins. En revanche, il n’y avait pas de rangement dans les chambres.

He tenido la suerte de encontrar esta villa maravillosa. Uno de los airbnb mas bonito donde he estado. La villa es muy grande, nueva y moderna. La piscina privada perfecta. Era todo muy limpio y en orden. Ha sido facil el check in, el host ha sido amable y reactivo. La zona era muy tranquila y cerca de tiendas y atracciones. La recomiendo y espero poder volver pronto!

6명 가족들과 patrica 숙소에서 묵었습니다^^ 평화로운 숙소에서 4박5일동안 즐겁게 여행했어요! 숙소 너무 깨끗하고 필요한 물건들이 다 있어서 좋았어요! 부모님들이 너무 좋아했어요!!! 마야몰이랑도 가까워서 매일 1일 1 마야몰 했어요 마지막으로, 비행기가 오후라서 체크아웃 시간 조정 요청드렸는데 흔쾌히 수락해준 patrica 너무 고마워요!!! 다음에도 또 방문하겠습니당😊😊😊

Jorge is such an outstanding host. His communication is always responsive and attentive. He is so friendly and helpful that you will get a friend after your stay. Our whole family felt right home at the place and kids do not want to leave the place with lots of fun things to do/play with. We all enjoy the pool and jacuzzi very much. I would recommend this place without hesitation.

5 stars all around. The house is even more beautiful than in the pictures. It's very spacious and well designed. Kengkad is extremely accommodating and responsive and helped us sort out everything we needed for a great vacation. Another huge plus is the housekeeper who went above and beyond with cleaning, dishes, and laundry.

Excellent place. It was very convenient for me to pick up and drop off my friend on a regular basis. And good options for Grab as well.

I think Home 220 is the best place to stay in Chiang Mai, and maybe all of Thailand. It’s a beautiful and peaceful home in a friendly local neighbourhood. The surroundings are gorgeous – it’s like a small green paradise with so many varieties of trees and plants. Nanthiya and Khing have also cultivated a lovely living space in and outside too. Everyone mentions the birds, and that’s because the birdsong you’ll hear everyday is amazing. I counted around eight different varieties – it was really fun familiarising myself with them as I walked around in the evenings. You’ll also live next door to Khing (the co-host) and her two friendly cats Aoun and Momman. Khing is the best neighbour you could ask for, and Nanthiya is always around to help and offer advice if you should need it. I can’t wait to come back and stay with Nanthiya and Khing (my two big sisters).

총 7명이서 사용했는데 너무 맘에 들었습니다!! 올드타운내에 있어서 위치도 너무 좋구 숙소도 아주 쾌적하고 좋았어요!!

这次在清迈的民宿体验真的太棒了！房子装修得非常复古，每一个细节都充满了设计感，仿佛住进了一个充满故事的空间，拍照根本停不下来！房东人超级热情，不仅给了我们很多当地的美食和景点推荐，还帮我们解决了各种小问题，真的像朋友一样贴心。民宿的位置也很方便，出门就有便利店和餐厅，去古城和夜市都很近，交通完全不用愁。总之，这次入住体验满分，强烈推荐给所有来清迈的朋友！希望未来有机会一定再来住！🌟

Our stay at this pool villa was absolutely incredible! From the moment we arrived, we were blown away by the beautiful design and luxurious atmosphere. The villa was spacious, clean, and beautifully decorated, making us feel right at home. The private pool was the highlight of our stay—it was the perfect place to relax and unwind. We spent hours lounging by the pool, enjoying the peaceful surroundings. The outdoor area was well-maintained and offered plenty of space for sunbathing or just soaking in the serene ambiance. The host was incredibly welcoming and attentive, ensuring that we had everything we needed throughout our stay. The little touches, like fresh towels and thoughtful amenities, made the experience even more special. Location-wise, the villa was ideal—quiet and private, yet still close enough to explore nearby attractions. We couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay! Very safe and private house. Suitable for 4 people!

We stayed in Patty's cottage as a family of 4 (kids aged 5 and 7) for 7 nights, and had a wonderful experience. We happened to have friends in the area to help show us around, but Patty was very welcoming and happy to discuss anything and everything about Chang Mai; recommending restaurants and places to go with the kids. The cottage itself is lovely; nestled in the corner of a very large estate, there were buildings near by but we felt very private and by ourselves (in a good way!) The AC works very well, no bugs inside, comfortable beds - all was perfect. Walking around the gardens, or going swimming in the pool by the main house it felt like we were walking in the English countryside. A great contrast to the neighboring Thai city. The location isn't near any businesses so having transportation is a must. But getting to a market is only minutes away. If we ever come back to Chang Mai to visit our friends (I hope!) we will absolutely look to stay with Patty again.

Super cool and quiet place in town. Near the local community and fast to get anywhere around the town! So nice to choose this place as a staycation place!!!! I couldn’t imagine that there is still a peaceful place like this house around! Good hosts with friendly instruction and recommendations! Love it! Hope you can also stay here for a quiet and relaxing night! Best choice for you and you won’t regret to choose here for sure!

단 2박 3일 묵었던 개 아쉬울 정도로 너무나 포근하고 아기자기한 숙소였습니다. 먼저 체크인 전 짐을 들여놓을 수 있게 도와준 호스트 홍 고맙습니다! 샤워기 필터가 필요없을 정도로 수질이 좋았고 따뜻핰 물도 콸콸 나왔어요. 모기를 제외한 벌레 한 마리 보지 못했고요. 1층 실링 펜은 약간의 소음은 있지만 그만큼 시원했습니다. 넷플릭스, 유튜브도 돼 저녁엔 더할 나위 없이 재밌는 시간도 즐겼네요. 다음에 또 치앙마이에 가게 된다면 예약하고 싶습니다! (근처 솜땀 가게 맞은편에 리어카에서 파는 무삥, 그 옆 리어커에서 파는 닭껍질튀김 치킨 꼭 드세요. 아침 9시부터 맥주 까게 만드는 맛입니다^^)

The house is beautiful and perfectly situated. Yes there is a nightclub two doors down and yes we heard it but it wasn’t loud or bothering to sleep. The location is fantastic easy to get to everything and great restaurants and shops just around the house. Communication if needed was fantastic, they were always around and checked to make sure all was well. 100% would stay here again in a heartbeat.

Nirinrada provided us with a wonderful stay! She was incredibly kind, sweet, and responsive, making sure we had everything we needed for a comfortable visit. The space was clean, cozy, and as described. Her hospitality went above and beyond and truly made our trip even better. Highly recommend!

Suhawan & her sister Ning Nong are great hosts. communication was always quick when replying to me. Ning Nong is lovely & met us at the gate & shown us round. the house itself is traditional but has everything you need for a long stay. We were there for a month. The house is as described but bigger than it appears on the pictures. On arrival there was an issue with the shower & when it couldn't be resolved, they immediately ordered & installed a new boiler which was hugely appreciated. Nothing is too much trouble & they both genuinely care & want to ensure you have the best time. The location is amazing, in a small community, the house is surrounded by trees & is really peaceful. as others have mentioned, a 5 minute walk away is a soi full of cafes, restaurants, street food & just about anything else you need. The airport shopping mall is a 20 minute walk away too. Bolt & grab easily available to get around. We had a great stay.

This place is just beautiful. It was easy to communicate with Jitrada and she was very friendly and helpful. The place is exactly as on the pictures in a very nice surroundings. We do highly recommend it.

Vorawat has a lovely home and is a most welcoming host. My friends and I really enjoyed the peaceful setting outside of the old city, which was easily walkable when we wanted to check out the inner attractions. We all look forward to returning one day.
