very lovely house to stay in. the garden is beautiful. the inside is super clean and has everything we need. the hosts are really friendly, they provided a lot of help to us. the location is very good, close to shopping area and lots of restaurants.

Nous avons passé un merveilleux séjour avec nos 4 enfants chez Am. La maison est très agréable et très bien placée. Nous avons pu profiter pleinement de nos deux jours, de la ville et du saturday night market. Je recommande vivement.

Prisana's is a great host, helpful and communicated very quickly when we had a query. The house is beautiful as is the outside space. Once you have accustomed yourself to the surrounding area it's a joy to live in such a wonderful place, full of everything you could want or need. To reach the city and all that has to offer is easy using local taxi's from an app such as 'Grab'. If you had any questions or need advise Prisana answers your questions very quickly, she also sends messages with local activities / festivals etc that are taking place. I would highly recommend this Airbnb and can't wait to return again myself, thank you so much Prisana, you have a wonderful property in a wonderful location.

Our family had a very pleasant and relaxing stay at Jitrada’s place. It is a very special place which surrounded by trees. We also love the Lana style rooms. Overall, we had a great stay. Jitrada was very responsive and helpful, which made us feel at home. I would recommend this place to everyone who wishes to stay in Chiang Mai.

The house is well located near the trendy Nimman area. Plenty of places to eat, coffee shops, massage places etc and just a short walk to all the shopping and markets around Nimman 1. The property was very clean, comfortable and well equipped with everything you could need. We had a great stay and would recommend it.

1. 위치 정말 좋습니다. 하지만 가끔 그랩 배달기사들이 위치를 못찾기도 합니다. DN wellness Massage 로 위치 알려주면 찾는데 도움이 됩니다. 2. 방과 거실 모두 사진과 똑같고 더워서 마당에서 시간을 보내지는 못했지만 예쁜 정원이 있습니다. 3. 비행기소리는 밤 12-1시 사이 간혹 들리는데 예민하지 않은 사람들에게는 전혀 문제 되지 않습니다. 4. 수건 더 요청했고 바로 의사소통이 되어서 제공받았습니다. 머무르는 동안 생수 걱정 없을 정도로 많은 양의 생수를 제공해줍니다. 5. Late checkin 요청을 미리 상의 없이 체크아웃 전날 전달했는데 흔쾌히 허락해주시고 매우 합리적인 가격으로 머무를수 있었습니다. 6. 가족 5명이 생활하였고 매우 편안하게 잘 지내서 다음번에도 꼭 다시 오고 싶습니다. ( 2층에서 내려올때 계단 미끄러움 조심하세요. 샤워기가 약간 노후되었지만 쓰는데 큰 어려움은 없었습니다. 예민하신분은 필터 샤워기 준비해가셔도 좋습니다. ) 좋은 공간을 공유해주셔서 호스트님께 매우 감사드립니다. 덕분에 치앙마이에 대한 좋은 인상을 많이 받을수 있었습니다.

My family and I enjoyed our stay here immensely. The house has everything you need, and the pool table was well used! Also, the common areas areas were modern and well kept. The communication with the host was excellent, with fast replies leading up to the stay and we luckily didn't need to reach out during our stay.

We just spent five nights here and had a great time. The apartment is well equipped, in good condition and comfortable. The apartment block feels very safe and well maintained. We are a couple but I can see how this space could work for 3/4 as there is a sliding wall to separate the two sleeping areas. Nimman is a modern, bustly part of Chiang Mai, lots of cafes, restaurants and bars. A Grab cab will get you into the old town or riverside area in about 15 minutes and 100bht

В здании есть небольшой спортзал и бассейн с прекрасным видом на горы. Сама квартира хорошо оснащена, в ней есть все необходимое. Хорошего качества матрас, подушки и белье. Мы отлично выспались. Спасибо большое.

The house is beautiful and well equipped. You have to walk quite a bit to reach the center, but there are several temples and friendly locals on the way so it's not a big deal. There’s plenty of privacy but if you need something, the host and her warm and friendly mother is there to help you. The laundry service is fast and very affordable. There is a tap with drinking water that I haven't seen anywhere in Thailand. A plenty of love and ideas were put into this place and you can feel it. I'd recommend this accommodations to anybody who is willing to walk a bit for the extra tranquility.

Stayed 2 weeks in Jen’s place and it was incredibly amazing! In just a few minutes, you’ll reach the airport or old city town. Easy access to food and laundry. Jen and Joe are very responsive hosts as well! It was a bit hazy at chiang mai and they even sent us an air humidifier. This place is highly recommended as it got everything you need. Heerlijk appartement. Schoon en heel ruim. Fijnste douche in Thailand. Noke was super aardig en we konden al eerder de tassen afgeven zodat we de stad al in konden. Zeker aan te raden om hier te verblijven.

체크인 시간을 좀 더 일찍 가능하게 해주고,또한 체크인 방법에 상세한 설명도 메세지를 통해 해주신 호스트님 감사드려요. 숙소 내부 시설도 청결하고 주변 님만해민,마야몰도 가까운 거리에 있어 이동하기에 편리하였습니다.다음에도 치앙마이 여행 오게 된다면 2일이 아닌 더 길게 머물고 싶은 숙소입니다. 호텔 두군데,다른 에어앤비 숙소에도 숙박하였지만 이곳에서 가장 편하게 쉬다 갑니다~^^ 단 아쉬운 점 한가지가 있다면 주방 싱크대 위에 개미 한마리가 기어 다니네요. 이 점만 해결해주신다면 최고의 숙소중 하나가 될 것 입니다.

Ik vond het één van de betere appartementen vooral omdat het goed onderhouden is. Alles werkte was fris en verzorgd. Het contact met de host was heel vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Heerlijk bed en geweldig balkon. Ik kom graag terug.

Very clean & good location

地點非常方便，711步行3分鐘可到達，附近也很多餐廳、咖啡廳，非常適合第一次去清邁的旅客，房間寬敞乾淨，床很舒服！水壓稍微小一點，但不影響使用，稍微會看到幾隻螞蟻，所以食物吃完就要拿到梯間垃圾桶丟掉，有機會會想在入住！

비행기 소음은 예상하고 와야합니다. 처음 도착한 날에는 잠을 못 잘 정도였어요. 다만 님만해민 지역은 모두 이런 수준이고 이틀차 부터는 적응해서 괜찮아집니다! 집은 사진보다 더 깨끗하고 잘 정리되어있고 머무는 7일 내내 만족했어요. 님만해민에 위치하지만 조용한 골목에 있어서 비행기 소음 외에는 정말 조용하게 지낼 수 있습니다. 수영장도 깨끗하게 잘 관리되고 있어요! 호스트도 너무 친절하고 빠르게 회신주어서 행복한 휴가를 즐길 수 있었습니다. 추천할 의사가 강력히 있어요!

Really good to stayin Lin's condo. Location is near by live bar, cafe, yoga class also seven eleven. not more then 5min. willing to recommend. pool is not that big but i can use it along during the stay. host are really kind that preparing drinks, snacks, and fruits. I don need to buy water bottle during the stay!

The apartment was even better than in the photos—super clean, well-equipped, and everything worked perfectly. The host was great, with quick and hassle-free communication. Would definitely stay here again! Highly recommend! 😊

We love visiting Chiang Mai and Ta’s place did not disappoint as a great option for housing. She’s done well to transform the space in such a unique way. Lots of beds (mattresses were a little hard for our liking but everyone is different on their preference). The space felt clean and inviting, and as a host, Ta was very responsive and gave clear instructions. We loved the location as it is walkable to Maya Mall, One Nimman, and so much more! It is a place that was certainly worth the price and one that we thoroughly enjoyed! Would recommend!

I had a fantastic stay at this beautiful condo in central Chiang Mai. The unit was spacious and thoughtfully decorated, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere. Each bedroom featured its own en suite bathroom, adding extra comfort and convenience. The living area was open and stylish, perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring. Plus, having on-site parking was a huge bonus. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone visiting Chiang Mai.
