This place was incredible value and in a great location for us. The apartment looked exactly like the pictures, and was equipped with everything needed to have a comfortable and relaxing stay. The WiFi was also great, which was really useful for me and my partner as we had some work to complete online, and the WiFi was perfect for us. There was also laundry machines available to use which was very useful for us and it was a good price. Overall, so happy we stayed here, so much so that we will return soon to spend another week. Such a great stay, highly recommended and felt like a home away from home.

Wonderful apartment rental in a great neighborhood of the city. Standouts include the incredibly comfortable bed and nice amenities for food (microwave, kettle, fridge) and outdoor kitchen space. Only downside is the wifi doesn't work very well, but you can get a very cheap Thai phone plan to tether internet and you'll be fine. Overall a great stay, I will come stay again (had the best sleep of my life!!)

We had a delightful stay at this nice guesthouse. The owners were incredibly friendly and accommodating. Since we arrived quite early, they allowed us to check in at 9:30 AM, which was a huge relief. The room was spotlessly clean and comfortable, making it a perfect home away from home. If you’re planning a trip to Chiang Mai, I highly recommend this guesthouse. It’s conveniently located in the heart of the city, making it easy to explore all that Chiang Mai has to offer.

As usual, had a good rest away from the noise. It’s generally quiet in the neighborhood, occasionally on holidays there could be noise from people celebrating in the evening but it’s far enough away. Since it’s so quiet, it’s easy to hear if somebody is noisy in an adjacent room or the corridor, but I stayed here multiple times and it was only a problem one night when some guests returned from partying after midnight (luckily, they went to sleep quickly). It’s also nice that the outside A/C unit doesn’t make much noise when you’re using it. Sometimes you can hear birdsong. Thanks to the hosts for safely keeping my luggage while I’m away. Thanks to spacious cozy rooms and convenient location I’d say it’s suitable for moderately long stays (like a week). First floor rooms seem to have the same layout and are consistently prepared, no surprises if you need to move to another room or stay another time.

This place is super good value for money. The room is spacious and homely, good work set up for digital nomads and close to restaurants and 7/11. Hosts are super responsive. The room is on a main road so can be a little noisy at night but the host provides earplugs.

We really enjoyed our stay. The location was nice and peaceful. Walking distance to many eating places. We stayed on the third floor, and there was a nice balcony overlooking the woods. We would stay there again.

The apartment was perfect for me, very clean and tidy and looked and felt like new. the apartment is on the ground floor which suited me fine, and was only a short distance to the pool. The pool is great for cooling off when it is hot and was nicely shaded but not really for proper swimming. The area was very peaceful but within a short walk there are lots of places to eat and drink. The host was very helpful to me and very responsive.

Nice serviced apartment located between Nimman and the Old City. Building and surroundings were quite quiet. I really enjoyed my stay.

This is the second year in a row I have stayed at both of Ohm & Walter's apartments. They both have great views and are very well equipped. It's a great location with a lot of restaurants within walking distance and easy to get to all the attractions in Chiang Mai. They are the best hosts and went above and beyond to to provide everything I needed and make me feel welcome and comfortable. I would definitely stay at their apartments again.

We had a very nice stay (4 weeks) at this apartment. We enjoyed the location as it is between the old city and Nimman. People often like to stay in one or the other but we liked being in the middle as we enjoy walking (it’s about 20 min either direction) and enjoy both areas. There is also a very handy convenience store on the ground floor of the building, the pool is chilly but amazingly refreshing and wonderful when you’re hot, the cleaning once a week that Ohm does keeps the apartment very clean and nice . Cooking is somewhat limited because of ventilation but you can keep it simple and they do a very nice job of providing basics like coffee, toilet paper, some seasonings, and fresh towels and sheets each week. We were very comfortable and can happily recommend this apartment.

My girlfriend and I had a great time here. The location is really close to Nimman with tons of restaurants close by too. The place was clean and the space was big enough for two. Penny was a great host and went out of her way to help us out when we had a concern. We would recommend!

it's very close to the shopping mall. it's very hard to talk with landlords....... no response..... taking much time on communication 很靠近购物商城，房东不会说英文，很难沟通，通过airbnb客服联系 很痛苦。。。

像家一樣的地方，這是我多年來在清邁最喜歡的住宿之一。主人非常友善，常常會主動提供暖心的幫助和旅遊建議，房間就跟描述的一樣，非常整潔，設備和生活用品一應俱全，網速非常之好，而且還有可看Netflix的大電視，在大廳有洗衣機可供使用，天台可以晾曬衣物並且是一個舒適的看日落好地方。在附近有7-11和Mini BigC，還有很多本地食品店，稍微遠一點的話還有大型的Big C, Makro和Lotus，非常方便。地點雖然不是主要的旅遊區域，但離機場很近，只要你是有車的話，其實到達各旅遊景點還是很方便的，門外有泊車位，屋主還提供電單車租賃，可算是一站式服務。總括來說這是一個性價比非常高的住宿地方，下次還會再次入住。
