The place is really beautiful and spacious, the two terraces surround the entire home and you can decide whether you want to enjoy the sunrise or have a coffee in the shadows. The center of Afytos is within a walkable distance, with many restaurants and shops. The beach is also near, although the path to it is steep and I preferred using a car. There is convenient parking and the place is really quiet, I had great sleep there. Beds are comfortable and everything was super clean. The view is more than breath taking, and you can enjoy it from both terraces and also from the living room. There are two bathrooms with makes it really convenient. Antigoni and Kostas were friendly and responsive. The communication was perfect, instructions how to find the place were clear. We really enjoyed the new sunbeams on the terrace. A really great place to stay.

Great location and a wonderful sunrise. The flat is situated at the second floor. The space is more than generous for 2 couples. The beach is also very nice with both free areas and beach bar. One of the few places in beach front that offers parking. All together, a wonderful place for a vacation. Thank you for sharing your home with us Silke and Kai.

A szállás nagyon szép helyen van. A házban 2 apartman található,ez kicsit félre érthető volt a leírásba. A nagyobb apartmannak gyönyörű terasza van ami közvetlenül a tengerre néz. Mi a kisebb apartmanban voltunk,amiből a kilátás messze nem olyan jó. A tenger pár lépésre van. A lejárat kissé elhanyagolt, gazos , a betonból helyenként kiálló vascsövek balesetveszélyesek. A part kavicsos, lassan mélyülő és a víz kristálytiszta., nagyon nyugodt, alig van ember. A ház egyszerűen berendezett,de minden megtalálható amire szükség van. Augusztus közepén azért a légkondicionáló hiányzott. Ár érték arányban a nagyobb apartman jobb... legközelebb inkább ezt választanánk. Boltok,éttermek 5-10 perc sétára vannak. A tulajdonosok nagyon kedvesek és segítőkészek,nekik csillagos ötös! Összességében elégedettek voltunk és csodálatos 10 napot töltöttünk ezen a helyen.

We stayed at Sia for 10 days. The surroundings are beautiful , the place is very quiet. The sea is very clean and see-through , ideal for families with children. The apartment looks exactly like in the pictures shown with new furniture. The kitchen has everything necessary. And finally, Sia is very friendly and kind, she gave us information regarding the restaurants, beaches and near towns. We really enjoyed this vacation , thank you Sia !

We had a great stay at Ioannis's apartment. The apartment is located very close to the main street and beaches, with several minutes walking distance. The view from the balcony is lovely. We'd come back again to this place.

We had a great time at Christos’s place! He was very helpful throughout our whole stay - from providing thoughtful instructions to how to find the place to sending his brother to check on us when we couldn’t properly close the awnings at the balcony 😅 His house is 1min walk from the beach and we couldn’t dream of better location. If we could, we would have spent the whole summer there. Thanks again, Christos!

Wir haben uns in der gemütlichen Wohnung sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Lage ist sehr ruhig und der Blick auf das Meer vom Balkon aus wunderschön. Sehr zu empfehlen

The apartment was great, and the host was very friendly and helpful. We were given easy to follow instructions, and the apartment was very cozy and in a relaxing environment away from all the noise in Pefkochori. We loved our stay and will definitely visit again!

Ev, tam olarak fotograflarda gözüktüğü gibiydi. Ekstra olarak istediklerimizide hemen tedarik edildi. Konum olarak, sakin ve huzur dolu bir yer. Denize yürüme mesafesinde ve deniz cok güzeldi. Diğer koylara gitmek içinde yine güzel bir konumdaydı. Cok yakında ihtiyaclarınızı karsılayabileceğiniz market var. Ev sahibi dost canlısı ve cok yardımsever. Sürekli iletişim halindeydik. Sonraki tatillerde kesinlikle yine düşüneceğim bir yer.

We stayed for 10 days(2 adults and 1 child) and it was amazing. Everything was just as described in the pictures and you basically have everything you need. The house is 2 mins away from the beach, very cozy,clean and quiet! Katerina is friendly and very responsive.

Des hôtes remarquables : une communication facile, performante et attentionnée avec Sushan. Dyonisia son épouse nous attend en fin de parcours pour nous amener à la maison , car un peu compliqué. Accueil remarquable avec un panier garni avec des œufs, du pain de mie, de la marmelade, …pour un en-cas ou un petit déjeuner. Boissons fraîches au Frigo. Appartement magnifique, très bien décoré, sur 2 niveaux avec 2 belles terrasses au soleil couchant. Climatisé. Rien ne manque. Idéal pour des gens aimant la nature et sortir des sentiers battus. La plage citée dans le descriptif est plutôt une belle crique entourée de rochers. L’accès n’y est pas forcément facile sous la chaleur particulièrement pour des personnes d’un certain âge. Mais nous nous sommes mis à l’eau sur la « plage » à-côté’ de l’hôtel Mirragio, en revenant nager vers les rochers pour profiter d’une belle baignade. Le village de PALIOURI est à un 1/4 d’heure pour faire les courses et pour trouver un restaurant sympa.. 👏👍 Merci

It was a nice place to relax and have peace. You have your own beach in front of the house and it was amazing. Very clear and the colour its magnificent. House was very very clean. The kitchen is full equipped; even the coffee and spices. Rooms were a little bit small but its okey for a summer house. The garden was amazing! The big olive tree we love it. You can say good morning to sea and the night full of stars. Hosts were very very kind. They solve our problems very friendly and we got help from them anytime we wrote. We didnt want it ends but hope to go again! İ really recommend the place from the heart

We had a wonderful holiday with our friends in the house. We enjoyed the stunning views from the terrace, and we were enjoying every breakfast and dinner on the terrace. Everyone loved our private beach. The place is so relaxing, house is super clean and also a great base to explore nearby beautiful beaches and restaurants. House is away from the noise of the villages, but close enough to them if you want to go there. Perikllis and his wife welcomed us with a delicious homemade olive oli, olives, honey and wine. They are very warm and friendly hosts, they look after their guests and always trying to help if we need something. Periklis was every time reachable and gave us a lot of recommendations. We are already planning our next vacation in this villa. Thanks again for everything Periklis !

The house is in a fantastic location—right by the sea, in a quiet area. It had everything we needed. Our stay was wonderful! We will definitely come back again.

Very nice place and friendly host. Just 2 minutes walk from the beach and 5 minute drive to Nea Plagia beach and taverns.

Wir sind als Familie (2 Erwachsene, 2 Kinder) angereist und wollten einen entspannten Urlaub am Meer verbringen. Das Haus war der perfekte Ort dafür. Wenn man mobil ist, erreicht man alles was man braucht innerhalb weniger Minuten. Ein paar Minuten weiter sind reichlich Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. Die Ausstattung umfasst alles, was man braucht. Das Meer ist nur nach ein paar Minuten zu Fuß zu erreichen. Die Kommunikation mit Kostas war super, er hat immer innerhalb weniger Minuten geantwortet. Außerdem lagen in der Unterkunft Empfehlungen für Unternehmungen, Restaurants, Strände usw. bereit. Mit Kindern ist der Wasserpark „Waterland“ sehr zu empfehlen. Wir haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen und freuen uns, es weiterempfehlen zu können!

Всичко беше перфектно, имахме всичко необходимо , дори някой лекарства. Мястото е тихо и къщата е на плажа .Може би липсва само климатик за най-топлите дни.

Wir verbrachten eine wunderschöne Woche mit unseren 3 Kindern in Nondas Wohnung. Die Wohnung ist noch schöner als auf den Fotos, die Ausstattung wirklich sehr gut. Da wir Ende Oktober dort waren , waren wir konplett allein am wunderschönen Strand. Das Meerwasser ist herrlich und hatte noch 23 Grad. Es war wirklich ein unvergesslicher, wunderschöner Aufenthalt für die ganze Familie

Das Haus und das Grundstück mit Nähe zum Strand haben uns sehr gut gefallen. Das Haus ist schön eingerichtet, bot genügend Platz für unsere zwei Familien und verfügte über alles was wir brauchten. Die Terrassen luden zum gemeinsamen verweilen und essen ein, der Garten war toll für die Kinder. Wir haben sogar ein paar Gottesanbeterinnen und Geckos gesehen :) Die Umgebung war zu der Zeit des Jahres außerhalb der Saison sehr ruhig, was gut zum abschalten ist. Für Restaurants und Supermärkte sind wir in die nächste größere Ortschaft Nikiti gefahren. In der Nähe befinden sich viele sehr schöne Strände und Bootsverleihe zum Erkunden der unzugänglichen Buchten und Inseln. Der Urlaub hat uns rundum sehr gut gefallen. Das hat auch an der Unterkunft und Gastfreundlichkeit von Ioannis gelegen.

Ein schöner Platz für einen tollen Urlaub. Der Strand von Siviri ist der sauberste, den wir auf Kassandra gesehen haben. Nettes Fischrestaurant in erlaufbarer Nähe. Supermarkt. Gerne kommen wir wieder.

George welcomed us like a true host. His english as well as Serbian is really good and we really had a great time at his villa. Only downsides - no baby bed mattrace and if you drive a low clearence vehicle you might have problems with the approach path to the villa. Recommended for people with kids since the backyard is big and the beach is perfect for them.

First of all the sea view was breathtaking, cannot say a bad word for it, the location is right on the beach and the sound of the waves at night is very calming. The apartment is spacious with three bedrooms and a large kitchen with dining table. There is a great looking green grass between the apartment and the beach. The beach itself is not sandy, its full of small stones but it didn`t mind us at all. There are cliffs in the water but in 10-15 meters since you past them the color of the water is magnificent. The car is parked on the street in front of the building below the shades from the trees and all of the sea equipment can be stashed in the ground floor so it is easily accessible anytime you go on the beach. Chrisa was our host and she was terrific. We had some issues that she promptly took care of and made our stay very pleasant. She is a person that takes great care for her guests. A small downside was the lack of sunbeds and a few unpleasant neighbors that lived there.

Wir verbrachten mitte bis Ende September2024 einen herrlichen Urlaub in Argiris Unterkunft. Mit Wetterglück noch spätsommerlich🏖️☀️☀️ Die Unterkunft liegt direkt am Meer und ist über eine Treppe direkt mit dem Strand verbunden. Bei ruhigem Meer können mit dem 2er Kajak die nahgelegenen Buchten erkundet werden 😃. Es ist ein zentraler Ausgangspunkt um die Chalkidiki Region zu erkunden. Sehr saubere, eifach eingerichtete Appartements abseits vom Massentourismus. Ca. 15 min. Von Nikiti entfernt.
