Lovely little cottage with everything you need. There were fresh flowers and farm eggs when we arrived which was a lovely touch.

Great hosts. Awesome property conveniently close to the hot pools, restaurants, pubs and shops.

Eva’s place was perfect for our family of 7 adults and 2 toddlers; from the spacious bedrooms with comfortable beds and quality linen to the huge , fully fenced flat yard. The kitchen is workable with a dishwasher and washing machine always being a bonus with a family gathering. We all agreed this is the best house we’ve stayed in Hanmer and tbf we’ve probably stayed in excess of 20 times so it’s high recommendation.

Great accommodation for our group. Fantastic location being so close to everything. Comfy beds. We'll equipped kitchen. Hosts responded to questions immediately and were on hand as soon as we needed them. Would definitely stay again.

We recieved communication a couple of days before check in with clear arrival and departure instructions. Check in was easy. House was clean and spacious. We had 6 adults (3 couples) 2 children (10 and 13) a new born baby and a dog (medium size) and we had plenty of room to hang out, sleep, and eat together. Plenty of on-site parking. Full kitchen made cooking family sized meals easy. 2 bathrooms were great and the bonus of the spa bath. close distance to town, pools, restaurants etc, you can walk or drive ( a bit of an uphill walk on way home). Very responsive and friendly hosts who were available if messaged. Really enjoyed our stay here, will come back.

Perfect location for a family get away with the dog, walking distance to both lovely walking tracks and the town. Lovely and quiet. The house is simple and tidy. We will be back.

It was a beautiful week in Hanmer Springs! Very cozy cottage with a lovely backyard. There's a fireplace with a plenty of firewood available. And its a 5 minute walk to the pools, very convenient location. Definitely would recommend!

We were a family group of 14 (grandparents and three children's families), and there was plenty of space for us all. Great to have washing machine and drier. The place was very private, quiet, and the garden was lovely. The grandchildren enjoyed the trampoline and swing rope. The location was great, walking distance to the hot pools, Conical Hill, forest walks, etc. Would come again.

If you’re adventurous and enjoy unique places, then like us, you’ll love this place!Thankfully for us the weather cleared the afternoon we arrived and we had fantastic views of the mountains and surrounding areas. Some persistent stoking of the hot tub paid off and a good relaxing soak in steaming hot water as the clouds rolled in and rain started in the late evening was beautiful!

A couple of things, Pet/Park fee: If you’re bringing a pet, you’ll pay an extra fee on top of the Airbnb rate. TinyAway listed it, but it wasn’t obvious. My partner and I missed it when we reviewed the listing and only realized it after booking. We share some responsibility, but it could’ve been clearer. The drive up: 4WD is essential for steep areas unsuitable for city cars. Driving up and down the mountain was terrifying but memorable. Pictures of retrieving the key would’ve been helpful. Summer: We visited in the summer, and it was extremely hot. We couldn’t spend time outside because of the flies. This isn’t a complaint about our hosts, but a heads up for anyone coming in the summer. Hosts: TinyAway as the main host were very responsive, sub host Tim was not, so that could be improved. View: The view is absolutely gorgeous. Loved it. Home: I thought the home was clean, my partner thought the fridge wasn’t. Eco-toilet took a little getting used to. Bring your own food/snacks.

This place is such an epic getaway! The drive up is pretty sketchy but easily doable without a 4WD. The views are just insane and it’s super relaxing! Great value for money!

Amazing place with incredible scenery in both poor and good conditions. Great for an exciting adventure with all of the usual comforts once indoors, really enjoyable to live in a simple and minimal way up in the mountains.

Wow what a fantastic experience! We were lucky enough to experience mt lyford by ourselves and enjoyed the peace and sunset whilst enjoying the outdoor hot tub. In the morning we walked Labrador peak which was great short walk to get fantastic views. Highly recommend. We will be back for sure!

Tim was great. So was the hot tub and the fireplace. Definitely a trip to remember
