Amazing stay, if you want a private space with an apartment that suits all your needs. Everything was lovely and clean, modern and nicely decorated. The shower was hot with good pressure too. Having a washer and dryer was helpful, we did our own washing which was great and also cost effective. Can't fault this place, highly recommend especially for couples staying in Hanoi!

Thao and her team at UrHome was very very helpful, very kind, very sweet and very welcoming! They are a team of about 5 young adults who aspire to allow guests feel at home while staying at their place. It is like a mini hotel, where there are about 8 rooms and the management themselves stay in the place itself so help was just around, any time. Right from the beginning, Thao was very helpful and informative. She was very generous with her recommendations and she was very prompt in her sweet replies. Upon arrival, we were led into the room as pictured, which was very clean and cosy. 5 minutes after arrival, Thao visited us with a new refrigerator! Hahaha, super cheerful and adorable! During one of the night, my friend and I got a little hungry so we wanted to head down to get some food. However, the staff at the reception invited us up to the 7th level instead, where the kitchen was. There, we talked to the main boss, Khoa and the 2 staff. We were invited to try the rice field snails and they also prepared some corn for us! It was a great experience communicating and bonding with them! The staff at UrHome are a great bunch of people. A group of young adults with a dream in mind and a goal they all work together towards - they are very inspiring and very respectable. Although there was a slight communication barrier due to the language differences, it was fun nonetheless, trying to get to know these lovely people. Thank you Khoa, Thao, Thanh and the two other young gentlemen! We will definitely stay in your place if we visit Vietnam again! Absolutely valuable for money. Great stay at Tung’s house as he is a great host with kindness. He perfectly showed me the hospitality and I felt right at home. The room is spacious with a living room and the kitchen. The house is located in the small alley but it’s easy to find all thanks to Tung’s clear instructions. I recommend staying with Tung in Hanoi. Definitely come back next time.

Excellent apartment! The bathroom was very clean, and the bed was comfortable. The furnishings were very nice and useful. The desk was great for letting me get some work done on my laptop. There were even some treats and local beers left for me as a welcome! The area was nice and quiet, a bit away from the touristy Old Quarter, which for me is a plus.
