My friends and I stayed for a wedding and this was a perfect location to stay. Thank you to Gurm, who warmly greeted us when we arrived and showed us around the house. Everything we needed was provided and Gurm kindly recommended some local restaurants. Sadly we didn't have time to use the pool table in the games room, but it was a great set up with a tv there too (perfect for a premier league match and beers with some pals).

Sam was a wonderful host, friendly proactive and quick to respond and answer any questions. Would strongly recommend both Sam as a host and the property.

This is a quiet suburban road in the Birchills area of Walsall. We stayed here a total of 7 weeks while waiting for our house purchase to go through. It worked very well for us.

Great stay in a nice part of Birmingham, close to the train station and local shops and pubs, parking for 2 cars is a bonus

First of all, Ibon is the best host I’ve ever had on Airbnb. He is genuinely caring and always attentive to the needs of his guests. Secondly, the house is beautifully located—it's surrounded by nature, and it feels like it's in the middle of a park. From the bedroom, you can enjoy calming views of greenery and blooming trees. There’s also a large, beautiful garden that adds to the charm of the place. It’s perfect for relaxing and unwinding. I highly recommend staying here!

What a fantastic find lovely and clean ,very comfortable beds

We enjoyed our stay at Mike’s house. Mike communicated well with us as we placed a short notice booking due to our house having building work done. We know the area well and it suited our needs very well. Having a secure private garden and gate directly onto the golf course for our dog was perfect. The large well-equipped kitchen and excellent bathroom were great.

Fajne miejsce na krótki pobyt. Pokoje są schludne, zawierają podstawowe udogodnienia, do dyspozycji miło urządzony salon i dobrze wyposażona kuchnia. Miejsce spełniło nasze oczekiwania. Duży plus za świetny kontakt z hostem, elastyczność i niezwykle chłopaka dbającego o czystość, który wpuścił nas do budynku i z dużą dbałością, uprzejmością zadbał, aby niczego nam nie brakowało.

Thank you Nicholas for having me at Granny Flat. It was the perfect place for me to visit Birmingham and its surroundings. It was very quiet, clean and I felt comfortable. Every thing you need is conveniently within reach (shops, transports..). I also enjoyed the Canal walk from there to get to the city center. I'll definitely book again if I need to be back in Birmingham.

We had a fabulous stay at Lisa’s place. The bedroom is decorated so nicely and it’s so warm and cosy! Lisa was very friendly and amazingly helpful. We would 100% recommend staying here, ps. Amazing fish and chips just a short walk down the road too !

A really nice stylish and welcoming apartment in a quiet, leafy but convenient location, with everything we needed including a comfortable bed and really good shower. Even better than the photos suggest. Very close walk to all that Kings Heath and Moseley offer. Thanks for a great stay!

Me and my husband stayed at Stuart and Bethan’s place for a month, I was working at Queen Elizabeth Hospital which is a 10 mins walk from the flat. The check-in was easy and Stuart was very friendly and provided all the information before we arrived. The flat was the highlight of our trip, the place was exactly as described,clean, cozy, and had everything we needed. We really appreciated the beautiful surroundings, and the walkable distance from shops and the hospital. Stuart and Bethan were extremely responsive and you would feel at home due to their attention for the small details. The bed was very comfy, the sofa bed was a plus and not having stairs made everything easy because we had large bags. I highly recommend this place for anyone visiting Birmingham, and I would definitely stay again! 🤩

Had a wonderful 4 night stay very relaxing exactly what we needed. Great walks short and long with our old boy spaniel. Local pubs/shops/chippy are brilliant. Esther & John are great hosts. Place is amazing, highly recommended. Would love to return.

Great response, clear instructions, flexible. Pacman a bonus, could do with some new darts. Good value.
