Peace was a great host, easy to contact and quick with answers. Beds very comfortable, flat was warm and cosy and had everything we needed, the fresh milk and tea & coffee were a nice touch.

Danny was a fantastic host, was very accommodating and helpful at every opportunity. Communication was fantastic with him and helped us with any problem that we had, easily finding solutions and ensuring our stay at their accommodation was the best it could be. Will definitely stay here again

Overall, a really great stay. Really proactive and responsive host. The flat looks just like the photos. No problems at all. Just some points for future guests: there is a crack in the coffee table and in one of the sink basins - doesn't affect use, just a heads up. Also, there are no sharp knives so perhaps bring one (we had to cut a crusty loaf of bread with a butter knife :D). But those are minor points. Overall great value for money and would stay there again.

Blessings place was beyond expectations. It was spotless, spacious and incredibly comfortable. Despite being in the heart of Birmingham it was incredibly quiet. The station and fab restaurants were all on our doorstep. So good, already booked to go back!

Andrea has been extremely helpful from the start, he is always available on the phone for any inquiries. I very much enjoy staying at his apartment and if I return to Birmingham again, I will definitely do so.

We had a great stay here! Khalli was very helpful and responsive. The place was very clean and tidy and the furniture was comfy! :) It was in a great location that was walking distance from New Street station and it was peaceful, we didn’t hear any traffic at night! Couldn’t recommend this place enough!

For us it was ideal because of local commitments. The proximity of the Lickey Hills made this an ideal place to retreat to in order to relax as well as keep local appointments. Nigel was a great host.

We managed the get this booking very last minute and we weren’t disappointed in the slightest, the rooms were beautiful, so much space including the garden. It had everything we needed. We really loved the decor. But for us the hosts made the trip. So thoughtful and considerate, and despite our own lack of packing skills, kindly sorted us out, truely grateful, such a kind gesture. Really great communication and ensuring we had everything we needed throughout. Definitely looking to stay again!

Great place, Amazing host. Had an amazing experience

Ideal for a overnight stay to meet up with family. Games room with pool table was great for the family to have time together over a few drinks. Generous size bedrooms for all members of guests.

The house is absolutely beautiful! Lots of space and has all new decor inside! Super modern, clean but cosy. We has 16 guests stay and everyone of them said how much they loved the house. Will deffo use this space again if we ever need somewhere to stay in brum again. The host is fab and replied quickly. 10/10 recommend.

Great location right in the heart of the city. Really quiet in the flat - don’t think I heard another neighbour the entire time I was there. Comfortable bed, nice bathroom and kitchen dining room was perfect for a few days away. Definitely recommend.

Amazing apartment, close to tram line has a lot of entertainment like cinema gym bowling near by. Restaurants and a Morrisons close by. Met host who was very lovely and friendly appreciated the complimentary chocolates and quick at replying to any questions we had. Apartment is good size nice and clean will come back again

The Annex provided everything I needed for a perfectly comfortable stay. It was clean, well-organised, and Lyndsay's communication was top-notch. I'd definitely stay again when visiting Wolverhampton.

We stayed here to allow us to visit our family . We had someone in a wheelchair who found the layout very good . The flat is well appointed and we have already booked to return for our next visit .
