Great place! Great Hosts!

Such a great location in this quaint, historic town of Havre de Grave, everything is walkable, and Siobhan’s place is on the edge.. The railroad bridge is nearby, and you can see the water from out the window. You can hear the train, but it’s hardly noticeable since most trains that run on the tracks are electric and they blow their horns outside of town. We had our dog with, so dogs are allowed, the stairs are a little on the steep side, but our guy did great. Everything was as described, and the inside is laid out like a small 1 bedroom apartment.

Great, cozy spot! Incredibly clean and check in/out was a breeze. Would recommend to anyone visiting the area!

Just got back from a wonderful 7 night stay! Ted was responsive from the time we booked and throughout our stay. He provided recommendations for restaurants and activities. The island Marina restaurant is in walking music and has an awesome atmosphere on the water with great food and music! The house was a great space for families. We spent hours outside enjoying the beautiful weather, dock and tiki hut! The sunsets on the dock are incredible! Basement was perfect space for the kids to play and parents to hang out! Beautiful house and awesome host!

Great Find! What a beautiful house and wonderful hosts! Susan and David were very friendly and their home was AMAZING! Beautifully laid out, modern, and plenty of space to stretch out and relax! They provided kayaks for us to use and we had a wonderful time there! Highly recommended!

This house was the perfect spot for our family over Thanksgiving! This home is spacious and incredibly charming. We had a nice couple of days making memories in this special place.

My family loved staying here. We had my 3-month old and my sister brought her 8-month old so we were looking for a place that could keep everyone entertained in one location and this place did just that! We enjoyed bird watching, collecting rocks on the beach, swimming in the heated pool, and watching the sunset from the hot tub in the evenings. This was also the first time I could say that the listing looked better in person than the pictures. Thank you Joni for letting us stay here! We made some amazing memories!

The Dock House was a wonderful retreat. The views are amazing! The space was clean and comfortable. We felt welcomed and right at home with Gary, Diane and sweet pup Lucy (❤️❤️❤️)! Thank you all for such a lovely stay. We’ll be back!! Amy and Mark

the only reason I gave a 3star for cleanliness is bc of bugs but I want travelers to know these are only country bugs...crickets in the basement...stink bugs everywhere...tis the season, etc. We were fine with it but might be concerning for some. Despite, we LOVED our stay!! The photos do not do justice...hard to capture magic in photos ;) The nearby town of Chestertown is historical and darling and nice if you want to shop, go to a restaurant or sightsee. We cooked all of our meals in the well stocked kitchen with fresh produce, eggs and cheese from local farms and fresh herbs from the yard!We kayaked/canoed, built fires, played games, fished and hiked around property. Truly a lovely time at a special place.
