My family of 4 adults were VERY comfortable; having en-suite bathrooms was perfect. We were in town for a family wedding in Sanford. It was an easy 25 minute drive. The outdoor wedding was July 5th…hottest day of the year…oh how we longed to be back at Angie’s where the AC was fabulous! Separate controls for upstairs and downstairs worked out great for us. The bride quipped “I wish you could make my cake.” So, Angies place was selected due to the photos of the kitchen. The kitchen was perfect! Clean, well equipped, the oven worked perfectly, the refrigerator had all the space needed to store a 3 tier cake. Even tho I was stuck in the house most of the day making a wedding cake, it didn’t feel like it. The kitchen (as well as the rest of the house) is so light and bright with tons windows looking out into the woods; just a lovely space! Angie was responsive and accommodating. We will definitely want to stay at Angie’s on our next visit.

I booked this place to have a small birthday gathering with local friends. Marisol was very responsive when I messaged with any questions regarding the property!! The only downside was that the hot tub seemed to need more time to come to temperature than anticipated, which lead to me not use it during the stay.

What an amazing place, definitely looking forward to staying there again.

This house was perfect for our family to celebrate Thanksgiving. My son lives in NC so we all came for NH to visit him for the holiday. The house was spacious and stocked with all the useful things you would need. They also allowed our dog whom goes every where with us. I would point out the house is off the road in the back so it was a little difficult to find when first arriving

The housee was located at the end of a small, quite neighborhood, the yard was cared for and the backyard looks out onto trees beyond the yard which is very peaceful. The house was very clean and nicely decorated. The host provided all information needed in advance, no need to message the host with questions. The only two downsides we had was that there was only one small sized pan, no ther pans or pots for cooking, so we chose to eat out for all meats due to cooking with only one pan would be difficult. There was also only one role of toilet paper per bathroom, with four people and a four day stay we used all the toilet paper, having one spare available would have been nice. Overall happy with our stay, would book there again! Thank you for allowing us to enjoy your lovely home, beats a hotel any day.

Me and my sister felt right at home at Melanie Meadows 🥰. Loved the open floor plan! Comfy beds and pillows which for me is a must. This is the first air b n b host who welcomed us with wine and pastries. I also enjoyed the availability of the Keurig, coffee pods, hot chocolate and tea. Very nice. The supply of wash cloths and towels was also nice. The location couldn’t had been more perfect for me as it was in very close proximity to my family. I will definitely be staying here again!

We had an amazing stay at this property. The space was very clean, welcoming and located on a beautiful farm. Not far from restaurants and the city. The host were very kind and great at communicating. Would definitely recommend staying here for a peaceful vacation!

Great place for a quiet getaway. Stayed here for a peaceful ladies weekend. Loved the place, would come back. The hosts provided helpful information, especially about how to find the location. It is remote and has a long dirt drive to the house. It's a little rough in a small car without 4 wheel drive, but i did it in a Prius and made it just fine. It's worth it. The house is beautiful and a great place for a quiet retreat.
