The Quincy House was very cute and we felt right at home. Although an older home, it was neat and clean and inviting. The full kitchen was very nice to have. It is in a modest neighborhood in town with its own driveway with very easy access to the front door from the car. We would have loved to stay there both nights we were in town but we were only able to book one night due to availability. Debbie is a very responsive host and went above and beyond when we left something in the refrigerator and had to return for it :-) I had chosen the Quincy house in particular because I search for fragrance free homes. I was delighted to find the bed truly had no fragrance to it. The Quincy house turned out to be a perfect place to stay for our birding trip to Harney County and we would be happy to stay there again, and would not hesitate to book Debbie's other listings.

Beautiful and peaceful! Lots of beautiful birds around you to watch! Dark starry sky for a night time relaxation! This place has so much to offer if you are into nature. Clean, well equipped with kitchen amenities if you like to cook. Close to gas station. Mimi was a great communicator when we needed help. A couple of things, if you are using a navigation app, use Pedro springs instead of the address on the Airbnb, the address takes you to a gate in a ranch a few miles south. If you are driving from south to north, the direction given on Airbnb does not help as much. Simply look for Pedro springs and you will be at the right place. Also, Verizon and T mobile (not sure about other carriers) don’t have signal a few miles from the place.

Perfect jumping off spot to explore the area! Clean and cozy, loved the restaurant too. Would definitely recommend!

Such a cool house! The inside of the house is beautiful and comfy! Everything is very clean, but you also don’t feel like you need to walk on eggshells! It’s also a great spot for kids with lots of toys and games for them to play with. The painting room is awesome, the kids spent a lot of time out there hanging out and painting! We will 100% stay there again next time we are in the area!

This is an oasis that feels like a home in the middle of nowhere. It’s super clean. They had a lot of books and movies available. The internet is not the speed one is used to in the city, but it got the job done. It was a relief to have it considering there was no cell signal anywhere out there past Lakeview. There was a nice area outdoors behind the house that we didn’t utilize, but the sound of the creek behind the house was pleasant. Hart mountain offers gorgeous vistas and the Werner Wetlands is a must for birders. We very much appreciated having a clean and comfortable place to stay in the middle of nowhere.

We loved staying in Samantha's house for 3 nights over Thanksgiving break. We love coming out to Harney county and spending our days exploring our favorite sites and finding new ones. Then, to come home to this warm and cozy house that was so conveniently located was a real treat. The kitchen was very functional and the living room was very comfortable. The beds are also quite comfortable. We felt right at home. We would absolutely love to stay there again.
