I have just enjoyed a few wonderful days in this beautiful apartment . The space is clean , relaxing and beautifully furnished with a small balcony where I was able to sit and enjoy some sunshine . Patsy is a warm , welcoming and attentive host and I would highly recommend staying here to anyone visiting this pretty market town . I will definitely be returning.

Jayne has been a fantastic host and started our trip off with Cookies and Cava!! The apartment was easy to find, modern and clean as a whistle. The fully fitted kitchen with dishwasher was fantastic to cook in and easy some excellent music! The bedroom and bathroom were comfy and clean with enough room to spread out in. Thank you for an excellent staycation.

We had a lovely stay, at Anne & Phil's. Anne was welcoming and warm, the place was exactly as described, the location was peaceful, but also within a minute walk to local pubs and co-op. During the days we went for lovely walks, to Uppermill and also visited the historic Fort. Will definitely return.

I highly recommend this beautiful Apartment, it is warm, cosy attractive and literally 5minutes walking distance to the city walls. Richard has been very attentive and made sure we had an easy entry, private parking and very clear instructions if we needed help. Thank you.

Stayed here for a work break and it was the perfect location. The flat is super quiet, which made it ideal for online meetings on Zoom and Teams – the internet connection was reliable throughout my stay. Since I spent a lot of time indoors, I really appreciated how cosy and comfortable it was, making it an excellent base. The cleanliness was outstanding – I was so impressed, I even hoovered a few times myself to keep it spotless! York is a lovely city that I visit a couple of times a year, and this flat definitely made my stay even more enjoyable. I also felt quite safe as a woman on my own there and walking around in the local area. I highly recommend this flat!

We had a lovely 3 night stay at the loft. Charles has been communicative the whole way through and provided us a huge amount of information before our arrival which helped us plan out our trip. Everything you need is in walking distance and we enjoyed some lovely walks up the river and to the reservoir. The space itself is clean, spacious and private with everything you need for a comfortable stay. The welcome gift was a lovely touch and we especially enjoyed our visits to Cocoa Joes for delicious hot chocolate and Wildish for a great coffee. Would love to return to the Loft when we’re back up North!

We often need to be in Todmorden when visiting family. Kerry’s place is our first choice, well placed and easy to find parking. Kerry is friendly and communicates well. We have all we need at Nobel Nook for a short visit.

We love Bevs’ place. We are big fans and keep on returning whenever we are in Yorkshire. Totally recommend. What an amazing view!

Great base for dog walks straight from the front door. The house was ideally located in Hawes, the onsite parking was a welcome bonus. It was clean and warm and had everything we needed for a weekend trip. would recommend to anyone looking for a base in the area.

Hosts communicated well with me before arriving and when I got they there they had put the heating and the kettle on! Flat was exceptionally clean and perfect for a trip away for work. Kitchen was fully functioning and well equipped and the extra touches like milk and breakfast items were much appreciated. Hosts were very friendly but also respected my privacy and their two Labradors sealed it for me! Would definitely stay again for work or a short break
