I stayed here for a fortnight, and my experience was fantastic—homely and peaceful. Mr. Anand and his family took exceptional care of us, providing useful information and assistance whenever needed, always just a call away. The new and clean utensils with all necessary kitchenette were provided and is worth the mention. The safety and security at this property are excellent, making it highly recommended for solo travelers. Mr. Stephen, the co-host, was also very supportive , helpful and friendly. In short, we had a blissful stay surrounded by beautiful nature—a true home away from home !!

place brings complete reset and peace to you, look and feel of the place is very earthy , rustic while offering all the amenities as listed in the property description. we had a great time while getting to interact with Harveer Ji (very courteous and humble co-host/caretaker at premises, always pro active to help you with what you need). Had a wonderful time interacting with other fellow travellers at the property, doing nitnem early morning at the glasshouse. location is blessed, don't have additional words to describe it. All in all I wish and look forward to returning for a longer stay and working from here at a permissible time in future. last but not the least food prepared by Harveer Ji was nothing less of a blessed feeling - simple, tasteful to keep you light and energetic through the day Thank You all again for making this another memorable experience

Where do I begin? This place is a dream come true in every aspect you can imagine. Right from the time you arrive when they receive you, ready to cater to you in your room with whatever you need, extremely friendly and helpful people around, it was beautiful to stay here. The views are just as you see in the pictures. The food they provide is amazing. ton of books to read. this place has it all. I am definitely going back here all summer next year!

I recently stayed at an Airbnb in Harsil, and it was an unforgettable experience. The scenery was simply breathtaking. Nestled in the mountains, the room offered panoramic views of lush greenery, snow-capped peaks, and a serene river flowing nearby. The hosts were incredibly welcoming and provided thoughtful touches throughout the space. Waking up to the sound of nature and sipping coffee on the balcony was a highlight. The sunsets were magical, painting the sky in vibrant hues. The location was perfect for exploring the surrounding trails and enjoying the tranquility of the area. Overall, I highly recommend this Airbnb for anyone seeking a peaceful retreat in nature. The combination of stunning views and warm hospitality made it a truly memorable stay. We had a very pleasant stay for a night on March 21st 2025. The place is located 7kms before Uttarkashi in Matli Village. The house is approximately 60mtrs downhill offroad from the main road. It's very neat, clean, private and well maintained as it's a newly opened space adjacent to the owners house. It's amidst beautiful greenery all around,river bhagirathi flowing at a distance but clearly visible. The rooms are cozy and warm as ample sunlights gets in through both the rooms. It gives a feeling of actually living with the locals but in a private space. They have their own farming around the property and a pair of cows, so the tea that you will have will be made from the cowmilk in-house. Will surely make a visit here again. Aunty is a great lady there and our added bonanza was Kanha ji who was on a vacation after his exams. The young boy went to great heights to make us feel home, may God bless him with good health.

I recently stayed with my family at this homestay in the hills of a small village, & it was an incredible experience. Despite some recent reviews, we decided to give it a try, and I'm so glad we did. The simplicity of everything, including the food made using organic veges was refreshing. The hosts practice minimalism & make use of available resources wisely, given the necessity to travel to another village for groceries. This is a true village life exp, so don't expect the convenience of citylife where everything is easily accessible. Instead, embrace simplicity & beauty surrounding you. For those used to staying in hotels, it's essential to understand the concept of a homestay. This is abt enjoying home-like atmosphere, connecting with the locals & experiencing their way of life. The host Samrat was extremely cooperative, empathetic making us feel like part of their family. His warmth and hospitality truly enhanced our stay.I highly recommend this place.

The most comfortable home around this part of Uttarakhand ! For me the most integral part of a stay is the host. I frankly cannot express in words how friendly and helpful the host was during our stay. Stephen always went out of the way to help us no matter what our requirement was. A truly exceptional host. The place has all the amenities you could ask for a comfortable stay. It also has a fully equipped kitchen. The view from the balcony is surreal. This place is ideal for long stays to laze around and also with plenty of nearby places to explore. Already made my plans to come back to this place in a couple of months :-)

Great place to halt in Sonprayag on the way to Kedarnath. Could park my motorcycle in their porch-garage for 3 days. Though located away from the main road, host provided pick up and drop for the Yatra. Great home cooked meals. Very responsive to your demands. Both the brothers manage this place like home and treat guests like family members. Overall, it was a great experience.
