This was a great homestay and a real gem. Stewart was proactive and responded before I even arrived to all the concerns I had as a woman traveling alone. He was always proactive if I needed to know anything. Warm and very pleasant. I highly recommend Stewart's home and hopefully, I will be back very soon. All in all - my most amazing homestay away from home.

Exceptional Stay in Sandton – A Home Away from Home! Our stay at Charl and Nelly’s Sandton home was nothing short of amazing! From the moment we arrived, we felt warmly welcomed and well taken care of. Charl and Nelly went above and beyond to ensure that our stay was comfortable, assisting with day-to-day needs and making us feel completely at home. One of the highlights of our stay was the presence of their wonderful dogs – they were such a delightful addition, adding warmth and joy to our experience. The outdoor space was truly a dream – a stunning garden with a refreshing pool, a fun trampoline, and charming swings that made every moment spent outside feel magical. The combination of a beautiful home, outstanding hospitality, and fantastic amenities made this stay one to remember. We highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a perfect getaway in Sandton. Thank you, Charl and Nelly, for an unforgettable experience – we can’t wait to come back!

I love everything about the place

The apartment was great and had everything we needed to feel at home. The building has a nice pool area with a lovely bbq and green area. Craig was also very communicative and the staff working in the building were very helpful and friendly.

Mbali is an amazing host! Woke her up at a god forsaken hour when I went out for an early cycle and it was like she was waiting on my call! Her overall comms and hospitality was incredible! Recommend this stay!

Bongani is a great friendly and pro active host, always checking in to make sure that everything is in order, lovely and helpful staff. Beautiful, clean, spacious, neat and has lots to do. The entertainment made our stay feel like a few hours. A quiet area surrounded by endless activities to do.

Staying at Hugo House was just what we needed for our family of five. Check-in was incredibly easy and Steven responsive and helpful. You feel right at home once you enter. The kitchen is fully equipped which made it easy to prepare family dinners. we could do a BBQ in the quiet, private garden and the kids enjoyed the pool, especially when it got nice and warm from the sun. Once a week Veronica would come and clean the place, super helpful especially with kids. The house itself is perfectly located, we could take morning strolls to the Woolworths Food nearby, or to Checkers at The Woods Shopping center. There is a lovely play area for young ones at the center while our older ones joined coding lessons. It was so convenient that it was just 2 min up the road. Hyde Park Shopping Center is also just a minute away. It just seemed like everything is really close, it is a lovely location. The compound itself gives you that feeling of security which you want. We picked Marten's place primarily for the back yard and it didn't disappoint! The kids loved the pool and trampoline as well as the play structure and lots of well maintained open grass areas to run and play. The house was great as well, particularly the open living space. Brave was always available at a moment's notice to clarify anything required. Would definitely book again. Thanks

It was a pleasure staying at Charmaine’s. The house is spacious, very well equipped and comfortable - a real home away from home. The garden was also a welcome distraction for the kids. I would stay there again with pleasure. Thank you for everything Charmaine and Stefan we were so grateful for the house during a difficult few days. We felt safe and comfortable.

Paula took us in with very short notice and still was able to provide everything we needed. We had the loveliest time in this super quaint little house. It’s the perfect home and felt very safe!

Simon's house provided an exceptional stay. The spacious interior and comfortable beds made for a restful sleep, while the seamless indoor-outdoor living experience, the ingenious manifold doors, allowed for delightful moments watching golfers pass by in the garden with a glass of wine in hand. The estate's easy accessibility and sense of security made exploring the scenic walks around the area a joy, especially the dam where boats gently went by. Inside the house, every amenity was available to whip up meals, and the lounge area with its oversized sofas and large Smart TV was perfect for unwinding. Throughout our stay, Simon proved to be an attentive host, responding promptly to any inquiries and ensuring our comfort and satisfaction. His flexibility and attention to detail were perfect, making our experience memorable. In summary, Simon's house is a gem of a getaway, offering not just a comfortable stay but also a warm hospitality that exceed expectations.

This place is the perfect escape for anyone looking to relax and feel truly at home. It's peaceful, quiet, and incredibly welcoming. The space was spotless, and Zingisa, the host, was exceptionally friendly. During our stay, one of my kids accidentally broke a glass or two—luckily, no one was hurt—but when we offered to cover the cost, Zingisa kindly refused, saying it was all about "honesty." To me, though, it was much more than just a generous gesture; it was a reflection of the warm and thoughtful hospitality we experienced. We truly appreciated it.

Sasha’s place is beautiful, clean and spacious, exactly as pictured, and we were all comfortable and happy. We felt safe and we especially liked having a restaurant in the building so that we could get a meal easily. When we had a couple of questions (e.g., how to open the deck door) she responded very quickly.
