We have previously stayed at another one of Eddy's properties, so we already had high expectations and they were all definitely met! Everything is exactly as described and lots of amenities available. We like how stocked the kitchen and bathroom is - it's super convenient and helpful to not have to think of those details. few mentions for future stays - we came on an unseasonably cold day and had to turn the heat up (all works perfectly) and benefitted from bringing our slippers/warm socks because the floor is a bit cold. Thoughtfully, there were rubber slides available for use! Also, getting in got a little confusing in the dark - our GPS told us we arrived when we were on the opposite side of the house. So just a heads up to anyone coming in, take a look at the map before driving in the dark :D

We are so happy we got to stay at Tammy’s spot for the weekend! It’s right next to a bunch of really nice restaurants, which is such a plus. The bed was super comfy and it was such a nice relaxing spot. Our dogs had a blast too and were welcome which is amazing. Looking forward to staying here again! Thank you so much !!

Natasha's place looked just like the pictures. She has done a great job modernizing the apartment. She was able to accommodate me with a late check-in. Might be the cleanest AirBnB I've ever stayed in.

This was our second stay at Michal's place, and it was as wonderful as the first. The apartment is very nice, has comfortable beds and is very well equipped. It is very cozy, was spotless, and well stocked with bathroom and kitchen supplies. Michal was also incredibly nice and responsive. We will look to stay again next time we're in the area.

Jason’s place is very clean, cozy, centrally located, and well stocked! We had a great time exploring Middletown and watching movies in the cozy living room. The downstairs neighbors were a bit noisy but Jason was very proactive and reached out to them immediately asking them to keep it down. We recommend this home and would love to come back again!

The perfect home away from home in every way. The hosts are excellent and responsive. I noticed a problem with the heating system during my last stay and it was fixed by this trip. Not only that, they added a space heater to make sure guests would be fully covered during these cold days. The commitment to guest comfort is a clear priority. I also appreciated the flexibility with a later check out time.

This was my first time in Connecticut for a wedding and I wanted to stay somewhere close to the reception venue. Tim’s place was perfect- a short drive away from Middletown’s Main Street, but also very private with a nice deck, which made this feel like more of a getaway than a quick trip for me. The apartment was very clean and had I forgotten something like a bath towel or soap, was well stocked. Not totally sure I’ll ever be in Middletown again as the newlyweds don’t live here but this’ll be where I choose to stay!

The unit was recently renovated and well done. What honestly stood out to us besides everything being new was the layout of the unit. We really enjoyed the layout. The separation between the bedrooms helped make it feel larger. HOT water! this was very nice, rainfall shower head and a normal shower head.

Penny's place was perfect for me. I was traveling alone and I needed a kitchen. It was the perfect place for that--not too small, not too big. It was quite comfortable and everything worked well. The neighborhood was very quiet, and it was conveniently located for my purposes.

The place was nice. Our stay was peaceful and we were allowed to bring our pet dog which was greatly appreciated. We were able to find the place easily and getting in the door was good too. The beds were comfortable and we were able to sleep well. The hot water heater worked exceptionally well and we had no problems with hot water. The wifi worked very well and we were able to connect to the internet with ease. We even saw a beautiful fox!! Thank you for a great stay.

Chase was a great host! The place was just like the pictures. It was extremely clean when we got there. Very private, could not hear neighbors. Neighbors are friendly and helpful. No washer or dryer (as described in listing) but there is a great laundromat nearby within a 4 min drive. Kitchen is fully stocked. Shower gets extremely hot. Wi-Fi is good. Chase was responsive and left food recommendations. Lots of things in the area within 15-30 min drive , good mall, movie theater etc. Aldi and other grocery stores nearby. Overall a great stay, would recommend!

Lovely renovated firehouse - quirky layout with two big bedrooms with individual bathrooms. Not much of a living room but still cosy. Very welcoming and responsive hosts.

I stayed for two nights for my friend’s and I’s birthday weekend, and it was a great experience. The space was clean, cozy, private and perfect to come back to after a day of exploring. The host was great with communication and very thoughtful, leaving us a gift bag and plenty of snacks. The frog-themed decor was very charming, and the overall setup made the space feel very inviting. Fresh towels were provided, and everything felt well taken care of. The bed was also super comfortable, with soft linens and pillows that made for a great night’s sleep. Overall, this was a great stay. The attention to detail and comfort made it a spot I’d recommend to anyone looking for a relaxing home away from home.

Jane was a helpful and responsive host, the apartment was beautiful, spacious, and well-equipped (and things were labeled for finding easily), the location was great for what we needed, and the cats were the absolute sweetest. Our family of 5 was comfortable and felt safe and right at home even during severe weather (super hot in the 90s and severe thunderstorms). Our kids didn’t want to leave! This is where you want to stay when you come to Middletown. It allows you to walk everywhere—bookstore, toy store, coffee shops, restaurants, and Wesleyan! The beds were incredibly comfortable and everything was just so clean and tidy. We always check to see if their properties are available when we have a visit scheduled.

This was the best Airbnb I could have asked for! Great location, very secure, so many amenities to use, and very clean! Marc was very helpful at check in and they even went above and beyond by adding a cute “Happy Birthday” sign to my door.

We really enjoyed our stay at Tyca's place. The house is immaculately clean and comfortably furnished. The decor is lovely and homey, not cluttered. The house is very roomy; the kitchen has everything you need to do basic cooking and baking and serve a meal. The location is quiet and peaceful, but just minutes from shopping and restaurants. We were there to just relax and hangout, but there appeared to be plenty to do and see nearby. Tyca is a responsive host and the house is great! We would definitely choose to stay there again when we are in the area.
