Liza was an absolute Godsend! After another host left us stranded at 4 AM due to overbooking, Liza came to our rescue. I messaged her at 6 AM, and she responded within minutes, going above and beyond to accommodate everything we needed. Her kindness and generosity are rare, and she now holds a special place in our hearts. Her home was stunning—beautifully decorated, impeccably stocked, and filled with thoughtful touches. She had it ready within two hours and even customized a welcome sign for our family! From custom linens and robes to elegant soap dishes, every detail was perfect. Liza also checked in to make sure everything was going well, and check-in and check-out were effortless. This was by far the best Airbnb I’ve ever booked, and Liza is truly the best host I’ve ever experienced. If you’re lucky enough to stay here, you won’t regret it!

One of the best AirBnB homes I've ever stayed in. Beautifully and creatively appointed. We felt right at home. Great resources for local activities and dining. Great selection of books to read. Chip was thoughtful and communicative. The kitchen had equipment that made it possible to cook! That's a real rarity. The number on the house is a little difficult to see on busy Route 44. Other than that, a 10+ out of 10. We're going back for sure.

Wonderful place for our family to spend the weekend while we attended our daughter's graduation a half hour away in MA. Clean, comfortable, spacious and charming in a quiet neighborhood. Auria provided clear instructions, check in was a breeze, and she was extremely proactive and helpful. She responded immediately to questions and was always cheerful and polite. One of the best Airbnb experiences we have had so far. I can not recommend this highly enough.

Lisa was a wonderful host! I booked this house the day before arriving after my original lodging plans fell through last minute, and she was so accommodating. She was very responsive and helpful when I messaged with questions. So grateful for her hospitality!

Sheryl's place is, home away from home. It's clean, cosy, quiet. The perfect place to be, for a well deserved rest.

Second stay at this place. Love the location as it is convenient to my family, walking, and eating out. We actually used the kitchen to cook this time. Nice layout, reasonably well equipped. Not a fan of Keurig so really appreciated the pour-over holder and filters.

We had a great time! The place was roomy, comfortable, and clean. There can be some noise from the street in the main bedroom, so maybe bring some earplugs. We loved the comfortable couches and foosball table. Place was well-stocked for the most part (towels, coffee, tea, cooking spices, shampoo & conditioner), but bring body wash! The place is centrally located, within walking distance from everything there is to do and see. Weirdly, Hartford does not have a grocery store, only small bodegas. So, if you’re not wanting to leave the area, bring some groceries with you. Definitely check out the art museum and the Cocktail Parlor— those were the highlights of the trip. Street parking is free on the weekends, but if you’re there for weekdays, expect to pay.

Monica’s place was great for me and my family after a day of skiing. There are great restaurants near by and some waterfalls The place was clean and spacious. I’ll definitely give Monica’s place a try if you are going to be in the area.

Had a great stay! Viktoriya was very accommodating, we stayed for two nights and the morning we were heading back there was a huge snowstorm, she made sure someone came to plow the driveway as soon as possible! Really recommend this place to anyone looking for a getaway!

Mark's place was a great stay for spending the week at Wesleyan. Can't be the location and Mark is a great host with a wonderful place.

Highly recommend! Safe and quiet neighborhood, responsive host, extremely clean with everything you could need. Fair price, cute decor, book your stay!
