Nice accommodation with views of the river. Flat has all necessary amenities located in a quiet but central part of the city. Great host - would recommend!

We had such a great stay! The location is perfect with a mall across the street and lots of restaurants and shops. The host was very responsive which was nice because we got in later at night. The place was extremely clean which is super nice when on the road! I would definitely recommend!

The flat was perfect, everything we could have needed was available. It was easy to go around in Newcastle by foot or metro, and all in all we had a great stay! Thanks for hosting us!

An enjoyable one night stay for a friend's celebration. The apartment is perfectly located for all Yarm has to offer, and just a short walk to the high street. Everything was as the description, and extremely comfortable. Ollie had thoughtfully left milk in the fridge (both plant based and normal), and there was tea and coffee available. Ollie was available to meet me when I arrived and left, he was an excellent host and responded very quickly when I contacted him the day before arriving. I would recommend the apartment and would very happily stay again.

Really enjoyed our stay in Yvonne’s property. The flat was pristine, very spacious and the guidebooks and treats really made the difference. My mother and I would definitely return should we need accommodation in Newcastle again - thank you!

This largish well apportioned apartment was just the ticket for our trip to Sunderland. Located in a lovely quiet suburb of Edwardian(?) houses the flat is on the second floor of a three story house. Clean and functional it was a convenient ten to fifteen minute walk to the city centre which was ideal. Not far from the Ivy House pub where there is a great selection of real ales and a tasty pizza offering. Key box entry was easy with parking outside in the lane was a bonus. Shower was good also. The apartment was spotless and clean reasonably priced - served our needs well.

Thanks for allowing us to stay Senna. The place was cosy, had all we needed and an easy walk to the centre of town, Cathedral, Castle and restaurants. Fantastic stay. Highly recommended.

Ideal hub for myself and kids. Very comfortable, excellent kitchen and fast broadband. Would have preferred a better parking spot as I have a large car and needed to mount full kerb to access parking. I didn’t fancy parking on street as it was adjacent to small junction. Just something to note. Aside from that, very happy. Thank you very much

This was our second time staying here this time with a new addition little Jim 🐾 so glad it’s dog friendly, we all had a great time staying again. so clean and homely. great hot tub with a nice view of the field full of lambs. left a lovely little hamper with snacks in both times. cute little notebook where everyone writes about their stay and recommendations! if you’re staying there’s lots of walks local and a short drive away. highly recommend visiting hamsterley forest. the cross keys pub for food is delicious and dog friendly no food on mondays though! lots of dog friendly food places around. overall a great place to stay in a great location. thank you so much for letting us stay emily. we will be back again.

Peaceful quiet location. Near train station. Clean . Generally well equipped, although a few bits of cutlery and crockery missing but nothing major. Comfortable beds, pillows not to my personal preference as very hard, but overall an excellent stay and I would not hesitate to stay again and would recommend.

We stayed at the house as an extended family for 4 nights for our daughters wedding in the area. It's an absolutely beautiful place and perfect for holidays , celebrations , gatherings or a base for an extended stay. The house is great, the garden amazing , outside space to socialise and eat is super and it's peaceful with beautiful views. We will hopefully come back again it's an absolute gold gem!

We were staying up there for my Sons wedding , then we stayed on a little over Christmas to see the children . The Ubers are amazing and I just downloaded the app ‘Uber eats ‘ as well and they can do a shop for you from the Coop ,Sainsbury’s and Tesco and more . Uber travel was very good and reasonable . Area of house is great for Newcastle , Durham or Bernard castle area . Rooms are a good size , beds comfortable. Walking for elderly parents was nice and they increased their fitness immensely , as the fresh air has helped them along with the trips to the countryside which is all around . Very Clean throughout . Comfy sofa and large chair. Great for a family . Garden is enclosed and very safe . Rachel has been a very kind host , and fast to respond to any querys , I would recommend the area and the home , the locals are friendly and there’s a Tesco express which has a bit of everything , in walking distance . Warm and welcoming, banister on stairs plenty of cupboards . A*

We enjoyed our stay in this property, it was decorated to a high standard and had a good amount of space for our needs. It had almost all the facilities we needed to celebrate Christmas (we needed to buy a few more trays for the oven but that was about it). One thing to be aware of that we missed when booking is that the bathroom is downstairs at the back of the house, behind the kitchen, which was a bit of a surprise as we didn't remember seeing that noted before booking, however didn't cause us too many issues during the visit. The only other thing to note is there were a few minor maintenance issues (missing/dead light bulbs for example) that should be fixed, however again this didn't cause any problems during the stay, just something that could be improved to fully bring out the potential of the space.

Seldom is where we stay one of the highlights of our trip, but this townhouse definitely was. It was absolutely amazing. It was warm and comfortable after coming in from our chilly all day excursions. The beds were comfortable, the house extremely clean and the amenities absolute perfection.

This is my second time staying at James & Mark's place and it was great both times. The location is excellent, totally walkable into Newcastle and there's a big entertainment complex nearby with supermarkets, shops etc. The apartment is a good size for 2 couples, the 2 bathrooms really helps. The outside space on the balcony was a lovely addition too, seeing as it was such nice weather whilst we were there. Plenty of room for the 4 of us to sit out. If I'm ever in Newcastle again this will be my first choice for accommodation, just a shame we didn't manage to secure it for when we're next here in May :(

Fantastic, professional and welcoming hosts, who pride themselves in providing the best stay possible! Barry and Sue provided folders filled with local amenities, garages, local companies and more if you have car issues etc. The flat is gorgeously decorated from an interior lovers perspective with everything you need. This included local garages in case your car breaks down or needs a spare part. The communal gardens provided beautiful views of the river Swale and within walking distance to the centre of Richmond. The flat very much felt like home during our stay :) Very peaceful, fantastic area and friendly locals.

Great last minute stay for what my partner and I wanted. Very friendly host and nice touches in the accomodation. It was our fault we didn't realise there was no oven- but we where surrounded by places to eat and shops so it was no issue. Couldn't fault the stay and was great value for money.

Had a fantastic stay at Kris’ place, what a little gem! Great area, loved walking in Jesmond Dene and a short distance to the city centre. The hot tub was a lovely luxury, but the property is amazing in itself, very well equipped, beautifully decorated and very comfortable. We were staying with a young baby and it was really appreciated that the travel cot was there set up ready for us, we’d highly recommend and will definitely book again in the future if we’re in the area.

Great flat and location! The local area was lovely, nice walks, pub opposite and shop next door. The flat was an ideal location for exploring neighbouring towns and walking areas. The flat was exactly as described on the listing and Chris’ communication throughout the stay was great

The apartment is in a very good location with convenience stores, restaurants and bars literally on the doorstep. The apartment was also very clean and spacious and surprisingly quiet given its location under the Tyne Bridge and with all the bars nearby. It is an easy walk up into the town so would definitely recommend for a stay in Newcastle. A shout-out for the little cafe literally opposite the apartment called Quay Ingredient run by a lovely lady who provides delicious breakfasts and brunches.

Fabulous apartment with beautiful sea views. Fantastic communication with our very welcoming host. We arrived to lots of special touches which helped us to feel at home from the start! Very comfortable accommodation. Private parking was a bonus. Would definitely book again!
