A really nice place to live and I will recommend to all my friends if they visit the island. I specifically like the decoration and furnitures of the house. The hoster was super friendly and prepared all the things we requested for a nice stay.

What a find! Peter & Yoshie’s place is amazing. The location is lovely, so close to the beach and local amenities. We ate in, but the cafe opposite is obviously very popular as were the restaurants within easy walking distance. The house is very comfortable and well equipped. We had varied weather but were warm and cosy. We were lucky with enough warm sun to have beautiful still mornings so ate our breakfast on the small park next door and watched the sunsets from the bench overlooking the sea watching pelicans and other seabirds fly past. Would highly recommend and hope to return when we visit Melbourne next.

Our stay was very enjoyable and the accommodation was fantastic with all required amenities. The propert has a fantastic patio and backyard. the host, Maha, was wonderful and very helpful. He was very responsive and allowed us to check in late as per our convenience. i would highly recommend this property and host to future visitors.

Amanda’s place was perfect for our family visit, with a great location just seconds away from Beaumaris concourse. Clean, comfortable, nice outdoor seating area, and Amanda was an excellent communicator.

Lana’s villa was the perfect spot for a mid-summer family getaway! Not only was it cute, clean and fully equipped, It was walking distance to beautiful beaches, local cafes, playgrounds and shops. Lana was super quick to respond to messages and so helpful when needed. We had a wonderful time in her lovely space & can’t wait to be back again soon!

Honestly our best Air BnB experience to date. Fantastic property, with fantastic hosts. Our family of 6 had plenty of space and plenty to do! I would stay here again without hesitation.

Helen and Andrew were amazing hosts! Their home was in pristine condition and the renovations made to the property, styling were of a very high level. Helen was responsive, flexible and made things very easy for us from the onset as well as giving us great recommendations and the location is just moments away from the beautiful backbeach where you can observe an enviable sunset each day. Great large size house with plenty of space to enjoy. This property was so easy to find, just off the main road. The spa was delightful, the colder weather ( Mid June ) was a bit chilly outside, but the water temp was perfect. A wonderful getaway home, with everything you need for a relaxing holiday. Quiet and safe neighbourhood. Easy to park and great for large families. The lake view from the yard is truly stunning. Those with kids will enjoy the opportunity to feed the geese and ducks that come right up to your yard. The place is sparkling clean and host is very responsive to all our queries.

We always said we wanted to get ready for our wedding somewhere that would give us beautiful photos. The Glasshouse Villa did not disappoint! More than what we expected, we were very surprised when we arrived. If you want a house to get ready with lots of space this property should definitely be on top of your list. Photos do not do this property justice! My partner and I were able to get ready for our wedding separately until we did a first look, lots of space to set up hair and makeup stations whilst the boys were doing their thing in a separate room. Great floor plan for getting ready for a wedding as I was able to put my dress on privately. Thank you very much! Highly recommended! Miffie was a lovely host, very friendly and welcoming. 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

This is one of the best Airbnbs I have stayed. Everything is perfect, but my main highlights include: - spotlessly clean! The house even smelled amazing when we arrived. - thoughtful touches, like a bottle of wine and card for our arrival. - incredible kitchen, if you’re planning to cook while you’re there it has everything you need and more. The knives are great quality, the instant boiling water, the platters and bowls for entertaining, it’s all there. - the bathrooms are spacious and well designed. - the linen is great quality and the beds were incredibly comfortable. - the aircon worked beautifully, even on the really hot days/nights. - the pool was fantastic. Great size for teenagers and the spa was enjoyed by the adults most nights. - the laundry has quality washer and dryer, and a Dyson vacuum for a quick vacuum. - walking distance to great coffee at Koonya General store. - Katie was very responsive and helpful. We will absolutely come back and highly recommend!

Great little villa with brand new kitchen and amenities. Well appointed. Perfect size for our group of 7 with two bathrooms and one room on one side of villa and the rest on the other side. Great location, the Ramada resort is always lots of fun for the kids and they love it here. This is one of the better villas we have stayed at in the area with its freshened up look. Host was extremely responsive and attentive, would book again!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Avila. The house is very spacious and comfortably accommodated our large group. It had everything we needed to have a relaxing short break. The location is literally a short walk of 5 minutes to the beach. Summer was very easy to deal with and the instructions regarding the premises were clearly outlined in the house manual.

We had an absolutely awesome stay at Craig’s house in Rye. The heated pool was spectacular and very relaxing. The grass area was great for kids to run around and play and the house was warm with nice modern bathrooms. We also loved that it was pet-friendly. Rye was a great area to holiday with lots to do for both teenagers and younger ones. Craig was very responsive, friendly and helpful as a host, and we definitely hope to return another year. Thank-you!!!

The house is so open and spacious exactly what we needed for the family. The backyard is small, but there’s a wonderful park 5mins walk, and small shopping center 15mins walk away that I could pick up whatever we needed. Area is safe and quiet.

Outstanding house and gardens, so peaceful, historic and beautifully maintained. Has everything needed for a getaway with friends: huge heated indoor pool, tennis court, pool table, grand piano, luxurious four posters and a well equipped kitchen. Alan was able to meet us at check-in and is a very gracious host with great knowledge of the property's history, which he shared with intelligence and wit. Can't recommend the whole experience enough.

Swan bay was a beautiful stay I’ll be definitely staying again the front desk was easy check in and check out we didn’t get clear instructions on check out with the rubbish we were told to get rid of the rubbish but wasn’t told weather we needed to dispose of it or leave out front of cabin we took to front desk and was told to leave out front of cabin next time but we were able to dispose of easily out front of reception other then that the stay was super peaceful and clean I’d definitely stay again was an amazing birthday weekend away we traveled to Geelong racecourse for the M5 rodeo and travel to spring creek horse riding in bellbrae
