Wendy was so helpful with info before arriving and made sure every base was covered with our stay. The home was perfect for 8 of us to stay and relax. I would recommend staying at Wendy’s for any large groups wanting to be close to Brighton but in a peaceful area.

Lovely little character Victorian terraced house, a short walk from the centre of Tunbridge Wells. Jen's communication was excellent and we really appreciated her flexibility regarding cehck-in. The sitting room was extremely cosy with the log burner alight, and the separate dining room with a good solid table was a bonus. The kitchen is compact but well-equipped and had everything we needed to cook an Easter roast! Both bedrooms are a good size for a cottage with comfortable beds and high quality bed-linen. Das Zimmer mit Bad und Küche war total schön, gemütlich, geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Haben es leider nur 1 Nacht genießen können. Zentrale Lage für Bus, Bahn, Fähre. Diets war im Kontakt sehr angenehm und zuverlässig.

We had a lovely stay here! The house was clean and comfortable and the added extras were a really nice touch. Incredible being so close to the amazing beach - the climb is steep but you can walk round if you don’t fancy tackling the dune! This place made a brilliant base as well for visiting all of the local attractions. Fran is a great host and was very responsive. Thank you! ☺️

This is a lovely spacious house in a great location for the coast. 2 living rooms make it good for groups or extended family gatherings. Kitchen is well equipped and the garden is a lovely extra space in good weather. Jill and Ben are friendly responsive hosts and gave helpful advice on the locality. We loved swimming and meal at Saltdean Lido and coastal walks from South Hill Barn.

What can I see about Nikki, she is truly one of a kind...the hostess with the mostess! she should teach classes on hospitality and cleanliness ! I have stayed in 100's of airbnbs at this point and I have never stayed in one this clean! Literally you could eat off of the floor! And comfortable!! the bed was so comfortable...I really needed that! after a week in London on a hard mattress...this was perfection. Nikki and her husband were both very, very sweet and helpful not to mention accommodating my allergies and giving me down free bedding. She is not doing this for money, she loves what she is doing and sharing her wonderful space! Every supply, homemade treats and top of the line everything. Luxury sheets, high quality furnishings. THANK YOU NIKKI!

A few words aren’t enough! Helen and Kevin’s place lived beyond our expectations. With beautiful surroundings on our doorstep; forests, beaches and beautiful woodland! Nothing was too much for our hosts who went above and beyond. We will definitely be back and there was so much more to explore. Perfect getaway not far from London; we didn’t want to come home! I need to note the bedroom is blissful, the bed was super comfortable with extra pillows and blankets if needed. Also, Kevin’s bread 🍞 was *chefs kiss* Thank you again. We hope to see you again soon! I am writing this review on behalf of my aunt and uncle who stayed in Alex's bnb when I was getting married last weekend. They were delighted with the accommodation, it was lovely clean and cozy and filled with treats! Alex herself was so friendly and helpful and really went above and beyond for them during their stay. They wanted me to send their big thanks for making this exciting weekend extra special! I also wanted to say that Alex was really great with communication and directions provided perfect details of where to go and always made herself available. I stayed with a couple of friends at Simon and Paulas place. We had such a lovely stay. The flat was beautiful and had everything we needed. Jessica the cat made our stay even better :). Thank you for a great stay!

This is our third time staying. Place was clean and welcoming. Hosts are responsive and very kind in dealing with our messages as we had to shorten stay. Will definitely stay again.

Marsha was a fantastic host and very helpful. Design House added extra excitement to our trip and the location was perfect for a weekend by the coast. The house was fully equipped with everything we needed, Marsha kindly left out a beach BBQ and a dog bed, plus additional mattresses for our children. We loved the fun interior and many quirks, highly recommended for a fun filled trip with friends or family.

Perfect for what we wanted for our stay exploring Dungeness. Clean, comfortable, compact.

Tam and Ed were absolutely wonderful hosts! very helpful and went out of their way to assist us couldn’t have been friendlier! The place is beautiful and in a wonderful spot would highly recommend it. We are definitely going to come back well worth the trip from Sydney to go there!

Incredible Stay! Amazing Hosts. The hosts couldn’t have been more helpful giving us recommendations and advice, even providing us with a map for the Winnie the Pooh walk. A spotless air bnb with great facilities and fantastic views. A brilliant central hub with most things either a short walk or car ride away. Definitely stay here!!

We had a great stay. Lovely place, both the space itself - very cosy and comfortable - and the garden and surrounding area: beautiful, green, and tranquil. Carol and Guy are great hosts, very kind and accomodating, and communicate well. Highly recommended!

Vivian is friendly warm and kind, so helpful and considerate. She made me a packed lunch which kept me going all day on my road trip through France. I was up early and she didn’t mind. I needed to start my motor bike at 4am and she said it wouldn’t matter, just get on and do it. Lovely hostess. I felt completely welcome and at home.

Jan is a very accommodating and friendly host, self check in was seamless as well as the instructions to find. An array of breakfast was also provided which was very sweet. The location is absolutely beautiful, looks even better than the pictures and is so peaceful. Will hope to come back again, thank you!

There is a gate to get on the property and we were unable to call Miranda when at the gate due to poor reception. I imagine this was because we are from the US and ATT is our carrier and I suppose England does not have a lot of ATT towers for cellular. We were unable to make phone contact at the gate and drove about 5 or so minutes into town to get good phone coverage and drove back. The house was clean and in a pleasant area. Miranda was most helpful.

Sally was very friendly and welcoming when we arrived. The place is in such a lovely setting along with the space being cosy and inviting! We hope to return again to explore the beautiful area further!

What can I say other than wow. This beautiful Airbnb is incredibly peaceful, in a gorgeous location and perfectly presented. Sarah is one of the best hosts I have had, not only was she incredibly friendly, helpful but she went out of her way to make me feel right at home and offered a delicious breakfast in the mornings too. I wish I could rate this Airbnb higher than 5 stars because its worth double that. I will definitely be back in the future.

Charmant logement tant dans les touches de décoration que dans l'environnement, avec tout le nécessaire et bien plus encore (de quoi prendre le petit-déjeuner et des chocolats), parfaitement propre et bien situé pour visiter le Kent et notamment Douvres, Canterbury, le château de Leeds... Lieu extrêmement paisible avec une belle vue sur la campagne et des couchers de soleil hypnotisants, l'accès à un jardin adorable et la proximité de la faune sauvage. Jo est une hôte très accueillante qui a le souci de bien recevoir. Nous reviendrions avec très grand plaisir !
