Claudia’s place was exactly as described. A warm, relaxing and peaceful spot! The host was extremely welcoming and gave excellent recommendations. The breakfast at the onsite cafe was also a brilliant way to start your day.

Wow! We had a truly wonderful weekend at the Log Cabin, we didn't want to leave.. it is the perfect place to relax and recharge with uninterrupted beautiful views, total privacy and peace & quiet. As a family of four with our dog, the cabin suited us perfectly, the en suite bathrooms in each bedroom were a fantastic bonus. The hot tub was amazing and we enjoyed a lovely walk in the surrounding area. Thank you Andrew, this was the perfect place to spend my birthday weekend!

Great escape from busy life with an amazing location. Was very homely and my children loved it.

The place was peaceful and much bigger than we expected. The jacuzzi was the cherry on the cake, and we loved every minute. Even though there was a slight issue with an unexpected security deposit once we checked with AirB&B the hosts didn’t try to ask for it in the end anyway and everyone was friendly and left us to our privacy. We loved our stay at Pancake Lodge, beautiful views, immaculate lodge, hot tub was a very good quality one, outdoor dining area was unique and creatively made, all amenities needed and clear communication throughout. Kari also was kind enough to add a birthday banner for us before arrival and helped plan for a later check in putting on some lights warmth etc. Very thoughtful extra touches were appreciated. Would highly recommend and will return.

This place is absolutely lovely, we stayed here for 1 night at the secluded retreat cabin at Jo’s place for my boyfriend’s birthday get away. Jo is super friendly and always responds right away! The cabin has got lovely decor, really clean and the bed is so so comfy! The best night sleep I’ve had in a long time, lovely firm mattress and a warm heavy duvet! Hot tub was lovely, so warm when heated by the long burner! A projector used to watch tv and can log into all your apps like Netflix and prime tv, was so relaxing. All round this get away was exactly what I was looking for and we will definitely be back! Thank you again Jo.

we had a lovely stay at the Hive . Beds were the comfortablist we've ever slept in. very easy to check in. very clean and cosy. The grandkids love the hot tub and the selection of games. would definitely recommend to others. 5 star all round. Tina

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Casa-Van. It was just what we were after! We wanted some peace and quiet and that’s what we got! The accommodation was extremely clean and had everything you needed! I recently stayed at this awesome wood cabin and had such a great time. The location is super peaceful, perfect for getting away from everything. The owners were really friendly and made sure we had everything we needed. The cabin itself was cozy and had all the basics for a comfortable stay. I’ll definitely be booking again and highly recommend it if you’re looking for a quiet, relaxing place to stay!

Loved the 'other red hut'. Booked a couple of days to walk the nature reserve (2 mins walk from the hut), relax in peaceful surroundings and de-stress, as well as work on some art. The hut was pristine, had everything you could want and more besides, and made staying there an absolute pleasure. The only downside was having to leave! I will definitely be back when I need some more alone time. Hugely recommend as a get away.

Larissa’s quaint little cabin was a wonderful escape from the hustle & busy world we find ourselves in. She was responsive & left us some fresh eggs & also delicious homemade jam. We are a family of four & and whilst we were very comfortable the place is small. Our girls slept very well on the futon bed in the lounge. I imagine this place comes to life in summer when you can utilise the outdoor space; like the dining table. We found it quite crammed at mealtimes. The pool, even in November, was fantastic! Fresh & an absolutely wonderful experience. Thank you Larissa.

We had a fab stay at Georgina’s cabin. It’s super cosy and the amenities are ideal. The setting is really peaceful and there’s so much to do on site. Georgina was super helpful ahead of our stay and during. We would definitely be up for staying again! It was the perfect home away from home, with the loveliest details and great facilities.

The Surf Shack is a fantastic place to stay for a few days! The space was really well thought out and each area felt distinct despite being the same room. The hosts were very responsive and helpful. We loved using their guide to local shops and restaurants! Many thanks! We will be back :)

Beautiful, serene location. Big bright double-wide trailer-style holiday property in a community of holiday owns and lets. There is a restaurant open in the summer and a bar open year round. The view from the balcony is gorgeous day and night, and if it's chilly you can curl up on a window seat. Comfy clean furnishings. The kitchen is huge and amazing! Don't be a tool like me - read the description and bring along towels and soap/shampoo. The check-in process was smooth and the staff on-site were very friendly and helpful even though we rented privately via Airbnb instead of through the holiday company.

Absolutely superb cabin. Spacious but still wonderfully cosy. We stayed over New Year so weren’t able to enjoy the outside space but the views from the cabin across the rolling fields were great when the mist & rain cleared away! Instead of enjoying the outside space we were able to make the most of the wood burning stove to keep us cosy in the storm. When we arrived in the dark, Marie & Dave had thoughtfully already lit the wood burner and some candles too. It made it look so welcoming for us - kind of magical actually. Never experienced such a warm welcome from hosts as we did from Marie & Dave. It was so lovely. The cabin is set away from the main house so you really feel it is private and your space for the duration of your stay. It has everything you need to make it feel like home but in a good way.

We had such a wonderful stay at Little Hawthorn Cottage, we couldn’t recommend it enough. There was sheep and lambs in the fields and it felt truly peaceful and private. The cabin is well equipped with everything you need, we used the kitchen and we’re very happy with the coffee making equipment. We really enjoyed the location, visiting Middle Farm was a local highlight.

We had a wonderful few days stay at Sally and Gavin's at The Club House. The accomodation is brilliant, a perfect quiet getaway spot for a break away from things. The Club House is exactly what you see in the photos and had everything we needed, the kitchen is well equipped so we were able to make ourselves some nice meals. The tennis court is great, such a bonus to be able to get out and play on the doorstep. We had some trips around the area so we got to see the beautiful landscape of the High Weald as well as the historic town of Battle which is only 10 minutes away by car. If you are feeling adventurous then there are footpaths and bridleways around the area including through Brightling Park. Sally is the perfect host, everything was prepared for us when we arrived including some lovely touches like home baked brownies and fresh eggs from their chickens, and throughout our stay she was helpful and thoughtful. We would absolutely recommend a stay!

Very pleased with our stay, it looked just like the pictures and was lovely and clean. The kids were particularly excited to see the sheep and their lambs drinking from the river directly outside, they sat on the patio watching them playing every morning. I’d definitely recommend this place and stay again in the future.

We had a lovely couple of days at the cabin, which is comfy and a very short walk from fabulous Winchelsea beach. My 7 year old grandson and I really enjoyed being able to check out the beach early morning and last thing in the evening - sea swimming was great in the afternoons. Elsbeth is a very warm, kind and welcoming host and we really appreciated the breakfasts. We both would have been happy to extend our stay and strongly suspect we’ll be back. What a hidden gem! Staying in this cozy garden cabin was such a peaceful escape. Tucked away in the host's beautifully kept backyard, the space felt private, quiet, and full of charm. The cabin itself was super clean, well thought out, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay including a surprisingly comfy bed and thoughtful little touches like coffee, tea, and a few snacks. Thank you to Karen and John for looking after us so well, we will definitely be coming back
