Beautiful cosy apartment, looks exactly like the photos and is lovely and clean. Only improvement would be little things like drying rack for clothes, toilet roll holder and cutlery divider to make the place even more comfortable. Would definitely book again.

We had a great stay in a lovely apartment perfect for our long weekend. Nice private road in easy walking distance of town and seafront and used as a base for the Brighton Marathon weekend. Would definitely recommend it if looking to stay in that area again.

Mark and Melanie are wonderful hosts and very welcoming. The place is exactly as described in the listing and it is very cozy and peaceful. The beds and pillows were very comfortable and we had all of the amenities we needed for a peaceful stay. The EV charging was an added feature and very useful to us. The surrounding property is picturesque and charming. Over all we can highly recommend staying at this place to other guests! Thank you again.

Very characterful place to stay right in the best bit of Hastings Old Town. All amenities worked well, comfort in abundance, all in all a delightful stay.

A nice little place where we could spend a month between house moves. John was helpful, and met us at the location. The flat was clean, and everything was as described. The flat is in a relatively secluded place as expected, but there was a bit more traffic noise than expected, as it is right on the corner of a crossroads.

A wonderful last minute short break to Rye. We found the house perfect for our needs, spot on location to amble into Rye within minutes. Really appreciate the electric car charging point and all the house guide was well laid out with lots of local recommendations. Highly recommended, would definitely stay with Jasmin again!

I had such a wonderful experience at this Airbnb! The place was exactly as described—clean, stylish, and super comfortable. The host was incredibly responsive and helpful, providing clear check-in instructions and great local recommendations. The bed was cozy, the kitchen had everything I needed, and the neighborhood was quiet yet close to everything. I've stayed twice in this large flat and it is only a few feet away from the Co-Op and shops of all types. Three blocks away from LaBella Vista, the best Italian Restaurant in the area. Beautiful and staff the greatest. You can walk to beach within three blocks. What else could anyone want in an Airbnb. They are generous with lights and heat and it's very cozy in the winter.

Extremely happy with our stay, lovely home from home feeling with everything you could possibly need, extremely pleased with quality of bedding (had forgotten just how good down quilts and pillows are) Would not hesitate to revisit in the future

Stayed at this barn house for two nights and honestly, it was just what I needed. Super quiet, peaceful, and a great spot to escape all the usual noise. The wood-burning hot tub was such a nice bonus—perfect for relaxing in the evenings. The host, Tim was great too—really helpful and quick to respond to any questions. If you’re after a chill countryside getaway, this place totally hits the mark.

What a beautiful place to stay! The attention to detail was amazing and it had all the possible amenities you could need. Diewertje was incredibly responsive and even left a little gift for our 1 year old which was extremely kind. We really enjoyed using the log burner on some cold and windy evenings. The location is also great for exploring the local area. We would not hesitate to stay again!

What can I see about Nikki, she is truly one of a kind...the hostess with the mostess! she should teach classes on hospitality and cleanliness ! I have stayed in 100's of airbnbs at this point and I have never stayed in one this clean! Literally you could eat off of the floor! And comfortable!! the bed was so comfortable...I really needed that! after a week in London on a hard mattress...this was perfection. Nikki and her husband were both very, very sweet and helpful not to mention accommodating my allergies and giving me down free bedding. She is not doing this for money, she loves what she is doing and sharing her wonderful space! Every supply, homemade treats and top of the line everything. Luxury sheets, high quality furnishings. THANK YOU NIKKI!

We were pleasantly surprised by our accommodation! The house is incredibly neat and tidy, and it has such a lovely scent. The bedding, towels, floor mat feels even better than what you’d find in a 5-star hotel! The only little hiccup we encountered was with the shower in the morning—it seemed to struggle a bit after two people had used it, with hardly any water coming out. Overall, though, we really loved our stay! thank your Cecile and Richard will definitely recommend this accommodation to our friends.

A lovely, clean, peaceful getaway for our young family – had everything we needed. Fully stocked kitchen for proper home-cooked meals, comfy lounges for both adults and kids, and a PlayStation with PSVR and loads of games (even tempted the grown-ups!). But the highlight was the pool – the photos do not do it justice, with floats, toys, and a deep end up to 2m. Private access connected to the house meant early morning or even midnight swims! Super thoughtful setup for families – travel cot, change mat, stair gates, and safety locks where needed. Communication was excellent, with fast replies and helpful updates like roadworks info. Best of all, our eldest finally learnt to swim here – something we’ve not managed to do back home. Would definitely return if they'll have us. One of our best Airbnb stays yet – thank you!

My sister and I enjoyed our stay at Ayodeji's place. It was cosy and clean, he communicated throughout and provided clear instructions regarding the nearest car park. Marion has gone above and beyond to make your stay the best possible everything is clean and there is plenty of room for a comfortable stay having a private garden made a big plus to our stay Marion was always on hand if we needed anything but our stay was private and peaceful there are two pubs in the village and a village shop for coffee and cake we will definitely be back to stay soon this is the best air bnb we have stayed in thank you marion

Nice one bedroom in a great location for walking to town and also has a parking spot, which was a nice bonus. The elevator was a plus too as the last place we stayed was nice but had LOTS of stairs. Only item worth noting is it is close to a busy road so you can hear the cars. Didn’t bother us, but worth noting. Kitchen had a gas cooktop, which we always prefer over electric. Bed was comfortable.

Very nice stay. Good location for Ashford, clean, comfortable and great view.
