Every thing was great .Exactly what we expected we stayed 10 days and the location was perfect. Pub serves great food corner store next corner. Bed warm and mattress great . Close to everything restaurants pubs beach David and Toni Australia 🇦🇺

A great retreat on the edge of the town centre. Wonderful location close to many independent shops and restaurants/cafes. You don't get many better hosts than Jane, either - welcoming, warm, friendly and nothing is too much trouble. We were spending a couple of family days for the annual bonfire celebrations and Jane made the whole event that much better with her local knowledge and help. This home has a rustic traditional 'cottage' feel with a balcony and seating where you can sit and chill. I think you'll like it. We loved it and wouldn't hesitate to stay again.

Such a peaceful and magical place, one of my favourite places to have stayed in ever and the hosts and accommodation were great.

This was a return visit to this lovely house. The house is bright, clean, well equipped, and not cluttered at all. The kitchen is bright and has everything you'd need. Old Town is a lovely area of Eastbourne. We are a family of four, the bedroom set up is perfect for us. There are nice playgrounds in Gildredge Park and the nearby recreation ground (i forget the name). Recommended :)

Jeannie’s rental was an excellent choice! The place was cozy, spotless, and had everything we needed. Jeannie was very accommodating, even lending us a vacuum and clothes iron when needed. The other people staying at the accommodation were friendly and helpful, especially Barry, who made our stay even more enjoyable. The location is perfect - a short walk to the beach, restaurants, and groceries like Sainsbury’s and Londis, plus a quick bus ride to the town center. No complaints at all. Highly recommend!

Jane communicated with me as soon as I was booked in, which made me feel that I would be welcome. And upon arrival, my host was there to greet me and show me where was everything to which I had been looking forward : a large and comfy bed, an adjacent and private bathroom and a small and also adjacent balcony, upon which to enjoy the evening sun in comfort. Local amenities like restaurants and cafés were literally yards away around the corner, yet far enough away to feel singularly quiet and peaceful for sleeping. For my early morning walk, access to open countryside was also quite literally yards away - and within ten to fifteen minutes I could be enjoying views across the downs and in the direction of the coast. Up there the peace was palpable, yet within ten mins. I could be back in the town enjoying croissants and coffee. All in all - excellent quality at a very, very reasonable price 😊.

Wir hatten eine sehr schöne Woche! Jon hat uns sehr freundlich empfangen und war sehr hilfsbereit! Danke nochmal! Ein Parkplatz war meistens direkt vorm Haus frei bzw. in der Straße. Zu Fuß kommt man gut an den Strand und auch die Innenstadt und der Bahnhof sind fußläufig erreichbar. Gute Zimmeraufteilung! Waschmaschine vorhanden! Wir können die Unterkunft auf jeden Fall empfehlen!

A beautiful clean, comfortable house. My whole family felt at home. Kitchen was very well equipped and location was fantastic. Host was very informative and made us feel welcomed. Would highly recommend. We would definitely book again.

Great stay. The place was clean and in a great location. Amy is an amazing host, very responsive and helpful.

Roz was kind and helpful. She told us of events in the area and provided us with helpful information. The kitchen was stocked with treats and snacks on arrival. We had eight people stay and the house accommodated us all nicely.

Truly one of the best Airbnb’s I have stayed in, everything was so well thought out. The house has everything you and more. The bedrooms are really cute, each having their own theme and super comfy. The host was amazing from day 1, we got a welcome pack that had everything we needed and he was there to greet us with cake and fizz as it was my birthday. I honestly cannot recommend this place enough. I even got a message from everyone one I came with, to say thank you to the host!!

This house had everything to ensure a comfortable stay with an extremely well equipped kitchen, all the essentials provided and a very generous welcome pack. Our teenage grandson loved the TV room and we loved the location , just minutes from the old town shops. The garage was a bonus which thankfully (just!) accommodated our Golf car. Communication with Gilly and Rachel was excellent, check in / out was easy and flexible. If only all Airbnbs could be like this -highly recommended!

Helena’s place is great - a great house with lots of room and good amenities. Steps away from Waitrose and Lewes High Street meant that this was an extremely convenient place to stay for all members of our group. Thank you!

This was a super place, modern, clean, comfortable. Close 12 minute walk to the train. Twice Hourly train service to London. East Grinstead is a charming village with restaurants and shops. The host met us with warm coffee and croissants waiting. We slept better than at home. Clean towels, sheets. Very quite house. Modern kitchen, nice new washrooms. Spacious rooms. Hoping to return.we highly recommend this to others.

Joanne's pretty cottage is comfortable and inviting, being well fitted out and cosy. It's in easy reach of pubs, restaurants and shops, and public transport to/from Brighton is easy. In addition to the amenities listed, there is the added convenience of a downstairs lavatory. Joanne was very helpful, responding promptly to all my enquiries. All in all, an excellent host for a great stay.

Lovely house about 15 mins walk into Hastings old town.. house had some lovely features and really appreciated the fabulous open kitchen & dining area, which caught the sun in the mornings and made for a fab setting for breakfast. We had a small issue with the front door lock which we raised and which was fixed the same day with excellent communication & response times.. would recommend and would certainly stay again, thank-you!!

We had a very enjoyable stay over the Easter weekend. The house was beautiful and perfect for a multigenerational family stay. The house was of an extremely high standard from the decoration, bedding, towels, welcome gift, kitchen facilities, communal areas and outdoor space. We loved the room diffusers scents so much we have ordered some too! We had a lovely Sunday roast in the Royal Pub near St Leonard’s Warrior Square Station - thank you for the recommendation. We would highly recommend a stay in this beautiful house.

lovely comfy bed and cosy room. It's a private room as Ricky and Tina live mainly on the floors above. Friendly and welcoming , couldn't have asked for more.

Wir hatten eine schöne Zeit mit zwei Familien. Das Haus war genauso wie beschrieben – groß, sauber und gemütlich, mit genug Platz für alle. Der Check-in war super einfach, der Gastgeber freundlich und immer erreichbar. Die Lage ist schön ruhig, perfekt zum Abschalten. Ohne Auto geht aber kaum was, da das Zentrum von Eastbourne etwa 40 Minuten zu Fuß entfernt ist. Brighton erreicht man in ca. 30 Minuten mit dem Auto. In der Nähe gibt’s ein paar schöne Burgen und natürlich die beeindruckenden Seven Sisters Cliffs – definitiv einen Ausflug wert! Insgesamt eine tolle Unterkunft für alle, die einen entspannten Urlaub im Grünen suchen. Wir haben uns wohlgefühlt und empfehlen die Unterkunft

Really super ,stylish and comfortable house. Thank you so much for a super stay, we really enjoyed being so close to the beautiful bustling Pantiles, which were really sparkling with Christmas lights, but lovely and quiet in Cumberland Mews. We were very grateful for the parking space just outside. Natalie was really helpful and responsive which was so helpful. Thank you so much. We managed to cook Christmas Dinnervery easily.
