Sue and Tim are great hosts - extremely helpfull and responsive, nice people. The Garden Room is lovely - well designed, very clean, good wifi and a nice bathroom. I travelled for business and it was a perfect place to stay for a week. There are good transport links, its good value for money and has ample roadside parking. Lewes is also a great town - good restuarants and lots of cultural events if you have time. I will be using it agian if available on the dates I need. Recommended.

A lovely little treasure of a place in beautiful surroundings - if you like the country air, walking, and a great local community style boozer - which we did and do. Would recommend a stay - bring your wellies if staying in winter.

Perfect bolt hole to visit family and friends for the weekend with private garden for doggy. Hosts were very friendly and helpful. Would definitely recommend if you don’t intend to prepare much food.

We loved the place. We felt like we were at home. The house itself has got that welcoming feeling that when you’re inside you just wanna stay indoor. It was warm and cozy. We loved the scenery outside as well.

Cannot recommend enough - had a fantastic stay, Vivienne was so helpful and responsive, often checked in to make sure I had everything I needed. Overall, had a fantastic stay and was well looked after. Beautiful surroundings, even in cold wet Feb. Plenty of wildlife, chickens, ducks and guinea fowl to admire out the window!

Had a fantastic stay at Robin’s Airbnb! The place was spotless, comfortable, and in a great location. Robin is a wonderful host—responsive, helpful, and made my trip even better. Highly recommend!

The Outbuilding is lovely. The extra special touches like leaving milk and butter in the fridge were very much appreciated. The kitchen is very well equipped which is excellent. Jago the pooch is adorable and would gaze through the fence awaiting a fuss… We had an excellent girls weekend away, the accommodation is within walking distance of Gusbourne Vineyard where we very much enjoyed our wine tasting!

We had such a wonderful 3 nights here. Perfect getaway! It was the best stocked airbnb we have been to. So cosy the bed was a delight James himself was a lovely host Couldn’t recommend this Airbnb enough!

Had a great stay. Garden is small but dog proof. The cottage is nicely turned out, with lovely cups etc. very comfortable. Only downside is there is no pavement on some of the (bendy) road past the cottage, however there is a footpath pretty much opposite the cottage and it is possible to take a scenic walk round the country paths.

Great place to stay for a little peaceful getaway with lots of greenery, peaceful surroundings, and the place itself was really nice with everything you’d need. The hosts are really nice and friendly, and equally give you your privacy. I would definitely recommend a stay here.

A Perfect place to stay. Thoughtfully laid out and very comfortable, quiet environment to relax in. Everything we needed was provided. A few minutes walk takes you up on the Downs or to the town centre. Easy access to Brighton on the train.

What a beautiful location and extremely clean place. Perfect for a peaceful getaway, very secluded. Incredibly helpful instructions for check in. Very cosy and love the wooden beams. Well equipped kitchen. Lovely touch with birthday banners up for my partners birthday and a bottle of Prosecco. Lovely to sit outside on the clean outside furniture and added touch of the fire-pit with wood provided. Could not have asked for a better birthday getaway. Look forward to returning.

A lovely stay in Joanna’s place. It’s ideal for a single night. Very cosy, very warm and very comfortable bed. Ideal place to explore the beautiful countryside around this part of SW Kent

We had a great stay at Swallows Lodge- it was peaceful, beautiful surroundings, and the house itself was comfortable, with everything we could need. One of the nicest Air BnBs I’ve stayed at!

Stayed here for new years and we loved it! The place is squeaky clean and super comfortable. As someone who prefers to cook in i absolutely loved the kitchen; it’s well equipped and the gorgeous big Island feels as though you have plenty of space! The bathroom was another bonus, very modern with a great size bath and luxurious walk in shower. We loved all the windows and doors and you feel very private despite the house being next door. Inside felt really spacious and uncluttered with a really comfortable sofa and blankets - the tv even had Netflix set up! Would definitely recommend and stay again thank you Avril and Paul

The Mill was a great historic setting for a lovely family Christmas. Neil & Jenny were very responsive & welcoming with essentials in the fridge on our arrival. Everybody in our party enjoyed the stay and would recommend it to others.

We cannot recommend Snap Mill Barn highly enough. The hosts have thought of everything and it is beautifully furnished to a very high standard. Sue and Steve met us when we arrived and explained everything that we needed to know. We had no problems during our stay, but it’s reassuring that they are right next door if you need them. The location is perfect if you are looking for a peaceful stay and there are some beautiful walks and pubs nearby – our dog felt very at home, there were even treats for the dog! We stayed at the barn while our house was being renovated, and it was a perfect escape from the building work. We were sad to leave. Thanks Sue and Steve from Jacquie and Andy 😊

Zara is an amazing host, who I couldn’t recommend more highly. The property was really tidy and very comfortable - if you’re looking for a place in the Rolvenden area, this is the place to stay

The Pump House Annexe cottage is the perfect place to stay to get away from everything. The location is nicely quiet and secluded, the views are fabulous, and the cottage itself is wonderful. The nearby towns are easily accessed by car. Tina was the perfect host and had thought of everything you might need for a beautifully relaxing stay. The cream tea was a lovely way to welcome us, along with the other essentials provided by Tina. I cannot recommend the Pump House highly enough. We would not hesitate to book again. We had a wonderful two night stay here. Spilled out onto great walking routes from the front door. Our host could not have been kinder. High recommended.

Honestly the best weekend away. We took two little ones age 3 and 4. And our dog. it was just perfect. Big swing outside. Nice and secure smaller garden for the dog. Beautiful peaceful lake. We went for a walk in the wood opposite and found a lovely tea room then a pub garden. The rooms are amazingly clean. Balcony beautiful. Everything you need is there; cupboards have food in too. And beers and wine and crisps and milk! Hot tub was great fun too. We wish we were there for a week! We will definitely be returning. Thankyou so much for our weekend

Not sure where to start. Helbecia is the perfect host, admirably assisted by her wingman Geoffrey. It was as much a pleasure chatting to them as staying in what must be said to be a true gem in the Airbnb world. The accommodation was spotless, huge tv with Netflix, prime and all the usual to channels. Plenty of books if you fancy a chill, separate heating from the house, kettle, fridge, and a combi microwave/oven. Oh, and a comfy bed, nice big shower!! A 20 min walk over fields ( wear suitable footwear as it can be a little boggy as you get towards the castle) gets you to Bodiam Castle and a further 5 to the Castle Inn which does at this present time serve food after 7pm on a Sunday. Very good it is too. A 10 min walk from the pub ( depending on how many you’ve had!) gets you to the Steam light gauge railway and a trip to Tenterton. All in all a fantastic place to stay close to many NT places too. Get it booked!! Thank you H&G!! A***
