Tim was a lovely host, very responsive and made me feel at ease and ready for our weekend in Rye. It’s a great house, a perfect size for us as 2 adults, 2 children + dog. There are lots of games and books provided and there’s a nice big park opposite with a playground. We particularly enjoyed the cat cafe which is just at the end of the street. And everything is in walking distance. A great location. We had a wonderful time.

Very welcoming and clean. Lots of space for all guests. Gillian was very responsive and helpful. The house had everything we needed. We stayed in because of cold, rainy weather and had a lovely time as a big group. The house had lots of room to relax and spend time together. The kitchen was well equipped and had plenty of glassware and crockery for our group of nine.

Marta’s home was a beautiful as advertised. Modern, chic, and right in the middle of the history of rye.

A superb home with character, design features, and so thoughtfully laid out. I knew that the location was about rest, relaxation and peace but the physical location of the house with direct access to the sand dunes and the beach was epic. My partner and I took out three dogs with us and it was the exact medicine needed for complete rest, relaxation and was an oasis of calm. The sunrises and sunsets were stunning. Sophia was an impeccable host and I could not have asked for me. I have never wanted to book the same place twice but.... I will be booking again.

We had the most wonderful stay at this stunning Georgian cottage in Rye, Sussex. From the moment we arrived, it was clear that this property was something truly special. The interior design is absolutely exquisite—every detail carefully curated to create a cozy yet elegant atmosphere. It felt both luxurious and incredibly inviting. Alex, the host, was amazing—warm, attentive, and always on hand to ensure everything was perfect. His hospitality really elevated the experience and made us feel completely at home. The location in Rye is ideal, with charming streets and great pubs and restaurants. Whether you’re looking for a romantic getaway or a peaceful retreat, this cottage has it all. Amazing home, would definitely stay again. clean tidy and perfect. 30 second walk to the nearest sand dune, or 2 minute walk to the main car park/straight onto the beach. local bars/pubs and shops. very near Rye town. Highly recommended

Clean spacious bungalow in great quiet location very close to beach but tucked away from road. Accommodation is very well equipped and beds were comfortable. Easy parking and also enclosed private garden perfect for a dog. Would highly recommend for a relaxed comfortable stay in a unique part of the country. The fish shack at Dungeness is worth a visit.

We had a great few days. The quirky accommodation is comfortable with outstanding views to the channel. The weather was amazing and we enjoyed sunny atmospheric walks and exploring the area. The fish shack just 2 minutes away serves and sells fabulous fish. Do try the scallops! Beachy Lees is very well equipped and Vinca has thought of everything you might need during your stay. Great flat, excellent location. Plenty of towelsand spare bedding. Was a perfect stay for us and our dogs, just a short walk to the beach. Would stay here again.

We had an amazing stay with my family! The caravan was super clean and felt just like home—so cozy and comfortable. The beds were incredibly comfy, and we all felt relaxed and at ease. Julie was so easy to get in touch with. By the end of our stay, my kids even asked if we could sell our house and buy a caravan instead! 😅 It was truly a memorable experience, and we can’t wait to come back! Thank you.

A Excellent host, responded quickly, the stay was exactly the same as mentioned very quite and peaceful location, we did feel like home.. my kids enjoyed the short walk close to the beach and local shops .. been to the light house a short drive and also had some fresh fish near lydd-on -sea.. overall had a fantastic 2 nights stay at Julie’s caravan. Definitely coming back again..

Our family had a wonderful few days at the gorgeous Oast House property. Stunning setting with views across the fields. Local walks were great and maps available, along with local attractions all close by. Heather prepared an amazing meal for us which was well worth the money and the property had everything we needed for a peaceful and enjoyable few days away from the big smoke. The guest book in the property says it all about what a fantastic place this is. Highly recommend and look forward to returning soon.

Great few days staying here. Lots of nice touches (milk in the fridge for our arrival, high chair and cot for our baby etc., basics in the cupboards like salt and oil) and Jo was really easy to communicate with. The house is very comfortable and we really enjoyed staying there.

Lovely accomodation! Although we were only able to stay for a short while, we still had a lovely time. We thoroughly enjoyed the woodland walk (and so did our two chihuahuas). The property was immaculate too. Thank you!

I had a lovely stay in this very beautifully furnished and spotlessly clean house. Beautiful views over the marshes- a bit foggy on my visit. Very private and quiet and ideally placed for a walk on the beach. The house is very spacious, comfortable and well appointed: the children loved the playroom. Highly recommended for a lovely stay by the sea.

Diana’s beautiful countryside cottage is nestled into the East Sussex countryside, providing a quiet and remote getaway, but within easy drive of shops and several lovely Sussex towns and villages. Beautiful walks in the area.. in the winter bring your waterproof boots and enjoy!! Great for a stay with family or friends, lots of lovely spaces in the house ( the photos don’t do it justice). We stayed between Christmas and new year, so we appreciated and enjoyed the abundance of coal for our daily evening fires, providing a warm and very cozy atmosphere. Very well equipped kitchen with enough space around the table for 6 or 7 people. All our needs were met. Well worth a stay, I would highly recommend this place and we will surely return! Gill

We hadden 4 fantastische dagen in het huisje van Caroline. De kinderen waren heel gelukkig met de chocolaatjes en zelf was ik helemaal in de wolken met alle prachtige bloemen die werkelijk overal in het huis stonden! De locatie was zalig rustig en een goeie uitvalsbasis voor een aantal daguitstappen. We sliepen als roosjes in de comfortabele bedden en werden elke ochtend wakker met het gefluit van de vogeltjes. Het aanwezige ontbijt was de kers op de taart want zo konden we rustig aankomen zonder al direct te denken aan de volgende ochtend. We raden een verblijf dan ook zeker aan! 😊

Georgia’s cottage was exactly what we were looking for our city-break! Great location close to the harbour and other picturesque walks close by. We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely go again and recommend to others that want to see Rye and Rye harbour!

What a beautiful cottage! had a great stay in a wonderful location next a pond. Really enjoyed the indoor fireplace and bbq'in in the garden. the cottage was tidy and cosy. Henrietta is an amazing and responsive host helping us with all our needs every step of the way. highly recommend!!
